Appearance: yellowish skin, quite pale; 'high Silver ranked' outfits with a generous amount of black and darker silvers, no white in sight; likes the unusual cuts and styles as shown, and has stompy-boots he really loves making noise with

Notes: trained in diplomacy. That doesn't mean he uses it. He does, but he also likes to pretend that he's a 'bad boy' like his dad and uncle... That's not saying he isn't a bit weird, he's definitely weird.
