Connections to the Kshau Protectorate

Though there are many dragon riders within the Kshau Protectorate's Guilds, Houses and Dragonries, there are other people who are clearly associated with them, but have less contact because they are in a locale which is not directly under Kshau control. Some of these are alternate-universe versions of the Kshau clan, others simply have different methods or means.

Carramba High School is a very interesting Nexus location, and has several Kshau inhabitants teaching or studying there.

House Domina is a school of magic found somewhere in the Harry Potterverse. Magical students and instructors could benefit greatly from dragon bonding.

The Sonic Convergence is a deep-space 'locale' consisting of opposing factions of musical and anti-music folks. What they'll all do with dragons is going to be interesting to see...

The Mall Crawlers and other such oddities exist in The End, so let's not bother them.
