Offspring Traits |
Breed |
Kingdom-Kazee Hybrid |
Size |
From 30 to 50 feet long (B longer with tail) |
Build |
Type A Low to the ground, noodle
Type B Higher up, muscular noodle
|
Features |
Both: Four legs with three fingered and clawed webbed feet; rubbery skin with blubber; three-tined head frill with webbing; pupiled eyes; Note that they are perfectly able to walk on land and will be comfortable with beach, pool-side, grotto, cavern, or other watery areas as homes, and will be able to explore on land easily
Type A head has a longer blunt snout; body has no belly armor; has glide-capable wings suited to heavy water currents and can break a fall from heights only; tall spined back fins with webbing only on mid-back; bare neck and tail
Type B head is shorter and more beak-shaped (not a beak though); head to tail's start widely spaced short spikes with webbing on spine; no wings, forearms have highly stretechy webbing under arm to body allowing greater mobility under water, no flight possible unless power gives it; body from chin to mid tail has thicker belly armor; tail is long and has split end with spade

Colors |
Mainly blue based with metallic tones common; violet, aqua, turquoise, teal, cyan, indigo, and whatever other blue-types you like. I would prefer to keep to the blues on this image though I can color match to rgb/html colors (since my dice collection is actually somewhat limited in that regard) if you like, rather than grabbing yellows, reds, etc for randoms. Even though Eternity IS a Kingdom dragon and they come in personality-based colors originally, they're not particularly represented by the clutch.
Note that Hullam DID change colors between hatchling and teen stage, and as such purples, violets, lilac, and other purple shades can appear normally, and you may choose to say that yours had a different hatching color at one point, or even straight up color shifting as a power
|
Markings |
Only Type B has belly contrast
Both types may be a single color on all parts
Both types webbing may be same as body or another color (usually marking color), webbing may be marked, opposite, etc
A - Single color,
metallic or plain
A - Striped, metallic, plain, both (one metallic)
B - Single color, metallic or plain (usually Belly will be metallic if you choose this option)
B - Single body/belly, one striped, metallic or plain (either, both)
B - Bicolor, metallic or plain
B - Bicolor, One or Both Striped, metallic
or plain (either/both)

Abilities
*all
**NOTE >
1=weak
6=strong
|
*Water Adapted Abilities - Swimming including deep water exceptional, breathes air and water equally
*Water Reliant - May need to be near or in water for a while per day or week
*Water Senses - currents, but also 'sensing through' water to detect fish or movement
*Vision -
exceptional vision under water not so great above
*Echolocation - works best under water
Empathy - Hullam's side relies on emotive speech only
Verbal Speech - Eternity I presume?
Telepathy - strong version of empathic power
Sonic Attack - for fishing I swear!
Water Manipulation or Attack - doesn't need to be 'breath'
Bioelectrical Sense - in water only can detect living things and their electric field
Chameleon / Color Shifting - Hullam's side seemed to change over time
** Note while 'extra powers' may be present due to the nature of the Swim, these should be the bulk of them; so I'd like to limit to 'one extra' only, and unless they have an instructor, 'magic' should be avoided or renamed to psionic or whatever. An extra power is fine, source matters, Kingdom dragons have elemental desires/personalities.
|
Bond |
Sponsor or specific location preferred, bonding optional but common to both types, must be water location of some kind, and someone must be able to aid the hatchling until teenage years (which, y'know. could be 6 months, might be 16 years, it's entirely up to you, but Eternity is effectively immortal and Hullam lives with an immortal...) |
Naming |
Do not have an ending-based commonality, however their names should reflect some event, noun, adjectives, etc - Eternity is obviously such a word, but so is Hullam, Hungarian for "wave" (water). I will name them if you like, but will also wait for naming from adopters if desired. Does not need to be limited to watery type words and can be complex. |
