Skin: mushroom-pale, often burns in the sun

Hair: black with brownish highlights, cropped to jaw line, otherwise it grows quickly and unruly

Eyes: grey-blue, usually bloodshot from working in the archives

Personality: trusting, sheltered

History: having lived his entire life essentially within the Scribner's hall, Surlinian could hardly have expected to be Searched. Yet, there it was. He was just about to walk the tables as a Journeyman scribe, and thankfully was good enough at the duties he'd already been entrusted with at the Hall, that they awarded him his knots before being sent to the Weyr. Life there was a bit rocky at first, because of his size and his profession Surlinian was often teased or taunted. He was not afraid to stand up for others, but where it concerned himself, he often just took the teasing and griped in private about it. His Impression to the loving and gentle blue Stygimoloth (who he usually refers to as 'Mo') put an end to any of the ribbing he took. No one messed with a rider!
