Cheelle and Gilded Blue male Pekth

Pronounced "chay ell", Cheelle is absolutely spoiled and distractable. Her dragon, the unusually colored blue and gold Pekth, isn't helping this at all. However, this beautiful red-head is good at riding, and good at observation - things which the Weyrwoman has asserted will keep her busy making sure that Holder goods and tithes are taken care of properly. She's actually enjoying the way she gets to boss folks around. Probably too much.
