This site is devoted to helping new dragon site owners, and to assist interested folks in finding images for their web sites. Here are some Frequently Asked Questions about the site.

Who can use the images here? Anyone! If you don't know how to draw, or don't have a paint program on your computer, they can be uploaded without those things.

Whose images are they, really? The images here have been generously donated by many existing site owners and artists. Each set of images may have a link button or information about who created them, which may be used on your site should you choose to use them.

Why are these dragons here? They were created with the idea that they could be used by anyone, for any site. Some people have run out of time to run their agencies, while others have new sets of images and don't need their old ones any more. Anyone who has a set of images (blank or colored) should contact the webmistress about donating them!

Should I take credit for the images, if I color them? You should always take credit where you've done something - but if you did not draw the image, you should say where you got it, so that others might find their own.

Can I give the images I color away to other people? Yes, if they are a color-your-own set, but we also like to see a link to the Dragon Image Collection so that others can find us. If you've gotten a set of colored images from the DIC, they should be linked to us so that they can be adopted out by others.
