Abilities: Telepathy, and choose 2 of the below:

**Breath Weapon (Aura Changing): Can change targets aura by breathing on them -- may have positive or negative effect

**Karmic Power: Can enforce karma on a target, where positive actions are met with rewards, and negative actions are met with consequences. The larger the action, the larger the karmic repercussion

**Weak Necromancy: Can see and speak to the dead (spirits) of whatever plane the user is occupying

**Plane Hopping: Can visit various planes of existence -- it's easier to visit 'underworld', purgatorial planes and mortal planes; heavenly planes are all but impossible to reach with this power.

Size: 20-25 feet long
Abilities: Electric Shock. Electric Bite. Telepathic speech.
Physical Weaponry: Razor-sharp claws.
Note: Should NOT be ridden except by electric-proof persons. Look at those metal conducting spines. Their bones have a high metal content and conduct electricity, including their teeth. The electric charge can be wholly discharged and will need time to recharge.  Electric types have an unsurprising affinity for electrical storms.
Bond: Not Necessary
They may have more abilities/skills than this, but these are the primary ones. Can breed with any dragon type, though they probably should discharge the electric charge first. May or may not be related to the other Electrics -- recipients may decide for themselves.
(Inspiration: If I had drawn their hatchling stage, they would have been playing with a lit string of Christmas lights... that was clearly unplugged.)
