Racial Oddities: Is able to withstand about an hour of sun painfully; does require blood weekly, can eat socially (no nutrients); can shapeshift to add bat-like wings to her back and fly - unless a True Vampire practices psionics or magic, they can't do this. This is considered strange to them, but at least she doesn't act like a Cursed Vampire or even an Infector, she's quite cultured and simply 'needs blood to survive' like they all do

Skills and Profession: Though she may have started her life as a bit of a huckster and con artist, once she was tapped for dragon bonding, Kevesee realized it would be so much easier on the other side of that legal fence. She uses the skills that she'd learned as a youth and applies them to spotting the same behaviors and skills in others - and preventing theft, grift, and sometimes violence before it starts. It takes one to know one, and she'll often lead a card shark along until they realize they themselves have been had. She's been brought around areas to make sure that there are no easily broken windows, hand holds, or other such intrusion aids, as well as making sure that jail cells (generally local small jails, not full scale prisons) are able to keep their contents secure - and reasonably comfortable, because when a prisoner has little reason to leave their dry, warm, and secure cell why would they try? She is not markedly adept with weapons, though she can certainly avoid being hit and against some combatants might even be able to wrest control over their weapon or move in for a stunning blow. She does not actively try to kill opponents, even dangerous ones, and will try talking them down first and foremost. If that fails, or if they are not an intelligent or coherent assailant, only then would she consider permanent harm. She uses blunt weapons and entangling items such as nets and lassos, to avoid the bulk of life-threatening injuries possible with bladed or impaling ones. Even though she doesn't come from Dragondeep she fits in remarkably well here, and since there is a community of 'True' Vampires she has a place where she can walk the streets and not be worried about being damaged: they have sunlight shades and full coverage even outside of the Necropolis, they're no fools. She is intrigued enough by this new society that she's invested time and effort into learning the local culture, but also in that regard she knows that should she wind up pairing with or sponsoring a dragon, she must not let that news get out! She may serve at the Grotto for 'security screening' since she has learned of the high-risk of offworld dragons residing here. Note that though she has psionics listed, she is not a mage and doesn't practice the same sorts of elemental magic that most local True Vampires can here.
Possessions: She became intrigued by the Clockworks almost instantly, because they had a very nice shop near the inn she first arrived at. Expressing interest in the nonlethal combat models they create among their own kind, she picked up a spring loading net and bolo launcher which she uses to catch lunch as well as fleeing thieves. This launcher helps boost range significantly, though does increase the bruising and occasional broken bone if struck in just the wrong location.
