Gender: Male, he/him, bi / note that he is incredibly fertile with any form of humanoid, likely including Wyldkin, Scaled live-bearers, Elves of any type compatible with others, or Zekirans, along with any given human species

Age: 30s? He is older than he looks, but he does appear to only be an adult more or less due to his height... He has a very long lifespan ahead, tested by the Zekiran Peridian (genetic engineers) to be over 300 years

Species: Human / Jewel Witch

Racial Oddities: unusually swarthy, it's possible that he has Summoner ancestry as well as Jewel Witch

Family: of the Vyan clan; he may have several children already scattered around ports that his family's pearl shops have dealt with, and will definitely have offspring on Zekira - he's got genetics that are extremely useful as well as that hyperfertility

Origin/Current Location: the Vyan family has docks along the Pearl Coast of the Province, and he was born and raised in Pearl Port. Has land holdings on Zekira as he's been through a portal between worlds (described in their own section); he will need to establish a home at the Never-Ending Grotto if he is befriended by a dragon - which he does, but also tends to remain over at the Nofa site for the time being

Skills and Profession: With a family that specializes in the pearl and oyster trade, you'd think his powers would be geared toward that, but they are not. Thus he has a sort of dual role among his family. First he did learn how to do all the nasty work of harvesting shellfish, shucking and cleaning them, pearl appraisal, and the like; but then also when his abilities began to truly blossom in his early teens, he was put on weather watch duty and trained for that. But he is a handsome man, and even smarter than he is pretty, and with an incredibly strong grasp on society and how people behave - he has made himself known as the go-to ahlVyan if you want to deal and trade. With his keen sense of weather, he is able to tell when to harvest since the tides will be affected by this, or just up and freeze parts of the waters and then unfreeze them to aid with the catch of fish. When traveling, this is of incredible use, since his family's docks are often found along the entire northern coastline, and though not all of the long continent's coast freezes, there are definitely times of year when there is thick ice to slowly chug through.

On Zekira, he's found his stride with his more unusual and under-used power of particulate control, which allows him to clean items easily - the only thing on Dragondeep he typically could use it for. But it can also be of tremendous use to allow for easy breathing in difficult conditions, and even in medical or fine tooling factories to make sure grit isn't present on those newly sharpened tools.

Overall however he has a masterful eye toward the shine and accents that pearls and abalone or other shell nacre produce, and many of his shell harvests on any world will then be set into handles for cutlery, swords and knives, door handles, musical instruments, or even shaped thin and translucent for use as windows.

Possessions: He is going to inherit a reasonable chunk of his family's trade, including a dock near his birthplace of Pearl Port. He will also have a small home on the Grotto, though also might visit the Gelgelan Prominence since it's a larger, and often more frozen-over, island. He does like it cold! His home has already been planned and will be built by Zekiran construction teams - the same ones who have helped with his Holdings there. Those Holds are detailed below.

Zekiran Status: Atasan, this implies that he has a lot more land and value on that land than most, and it's very true. Even in the short time he's been there, his Holdings are impressive enough to boost him into the highest ranks of their system. This does come with some particular legal issues, which Vahh 'takes care of'.
Stock Held: Bonds: 38, his holdings support the debt system and he gets quite a few of these Bayaran (indentured servants) who need to pay for gambling debts, virtually any other form of debt that can be accrued gets paid off in his sites rather quickly. He has no Budak - Jewel Witches as a culture do not support full ownership of sentients regardless of Status, and since he's 'imported' from another dimension the Vahh clan has made sure that there are ways around the laws requiring Atasan to hold them.

Diadem: Simple Hematite reinforced with silver in a thick, blocky band; adorned with what appears to be magically-grown coral (highly unusual as far as 'gems' go) as well as three small drop-shaped pearls (hardly unusual from a family dealing with this industry). His connection to the sea is obvious in this manner, but his powers are much stronger and odder than just adjusting the tide. This diadem's base material is apt to break and fracture, so it's been psionically strengthened by a metal shaper, which are found plentifully both on Zekira and Dragondeep. If anything should happen to actually break this band, he can have it repaired again - the coral, he'd have to probably look for someone specifically able to manipulate that substance, which is rare at best. Though he can definitely do his psionic work without a diadem, when he's wearing it, he is at full strength.

Personality: Though he is capable of doing most of the work his family is known for, he does however prefer to associate with the merchants and artisans rather than the fisheries or oyster harvesters, this is not a flaw: he is attractive and very good at interaction with political or financial goals, and as such he's the one tapped for visits to other cities or even other worlds to represent their interests. He easily adapts to other cultures and is incredibly talented in a boardroom as much as he is on the frozen peaks directing gales. He does truly love the snow and harsh winds of the northern seas and shore, which on Dragondeep isn't that unusual, but on Zekira is definitely something of note, as they tend not to swim - they do have trawlers and sea worthy vessels, and those who want that thrill pay a pretty credit to watch his performances... He's not vain so much as well aware of his own appearance and acts according to the needs of the day. If that means he flirts with a Grape Baron's eldest daughter, or sits patiently in a Zekran boardroom to file paperwork, he does it beautifully.

History: He knew that the True Star ported at his family's docks more than once in his youth, and when they came around this one particularly cold winter to drop off goods and pick up others, they picked him up too. Though he isn't much of a shipman, he doesn't easily get seasick and knows his way around water or ice more than well enough - and you can never have enough weather shapers: he helps with the winds and clear sailing, when he's aboard.

The crew of the True Star have been through several highly unusual storms - those which may also have helped bring the islands to the world, "portal storms" someone said... They wound up in Zekiran seas at one point, before he was sent off to Lantessama, and like numerous other Jewel Witches, he fit in there markedly well. He spent seven years building and investing with his newfound political partners in the Vahh clan, but he also has friends among different groups there (though not with specific ones, he will always prefer the Vahh group since they know how to travel back and forth from world to world). Unsuited to the Vahh's main holding in the middle of a desert (how - just - nope!) they quickly realized he was worth every credit to have him fix up the docks, understanding the currents and weather above Rapture, and adding an artistic flair to even the most mundane of locations with his background in pearl art.

He hardly goes inland on any world, in fact the farthest he's ever been from the coast is technically the Gogurrah facility - and that's under water. He does swim better than most, and certainly better than most Zekirans, but does his best work actually on land.

When he last moved between realms, the True Star's presence at Pearl Port alerted him that something unusual was up. After he had cleaned up a number of local deals (thanks to his family, there were no questions about just where the pink marble statues and data pad crystal shipments bound for the Jewel Witch tech labs were coming from) he boarded the True Star with a destination of Lantessama.

One of the Grotto dragon riders was with them, apparently to guide their travel to the right place and time. When they arrived, a wonderful layer of snow and ice was covering the coast. It allowed Radin to show off his skill to the locals and riders alike. Since he was native to a world with magic as well as sciences and psionics, he recognized that the snow as well as the dragons were quite magical, not merely part of the large cold stormfront that he knew would seasonally pass through this area.

Then - he saw the dragons. And he knew just exactly why he was brought here! He idly touched the coral pieces adorning his diadem, and chuckled to himself: if they were just bone, he could pass for having antlers, now couldn't he?

Note that after bonding Kiseki, he does expand his Nofa holdings on Zekira. Particularly since there is at least one other Reindeer Dragon residing there! (Hmm, and he's bonded to a rather pleasant looking woman with highly similar powers to his own at least in theory, the blood-bender Yaradi? Radin AhlVyan appeared radiant as always, dressed in the latest fashion and glimmering here and there with a nice jewel, he looked about as dashing as the dragons and drew their attention without problem. However the Jewel Witch had problems keeping their attention on him as one by one the reindeer dragons bonded others. But these things couldn't be rushed. So Radin waited elegantly for the right reindeer to appear. The right individual appeared in a flurry of snow and a mist of freezing water droplets that seemed to make his purple hide shimmer like a jewel.

"Do I look as stunning as you now? I can add a little more..." Kiseki conjured icecrystals in his furry mane.

Radin laughed and gingerly touched one of the freezing jewels and added: "I think I can get you some that are a fair bit more durable than these, Kiseki."

Description:  A shiny purple reindeer dragon with darker fur and bright, light-dotted feathers. Almost as if he's glowing or carries snow on his wings. Kiseki has 3 sets of wings, a beard and an earring.
