Water/Ice Shaping 9/10 - obviously she's been able to shape water all her life, but she's been able to also reduce the temperature and create ice even with the saltiest deep ocean. Being able to freeze salt water with this much ease keeps her safe while diving, which she can do for extended periods because 'water has air in it!' She can preserve fish up to her own size in a block of super-chilled flash-frozen water, which allows the tribe to enjoy feasts from deeper water or farther shores than they might if they had to 'be there to eat it fresh'
