Weight: 130* Icarus did lighten her build a bit, she's much more curvy than her weight would show, and considerably stronger than she seems

Hair: very red, from a brick shade at scalp to a lighter tangerine orange at tips, straight, but does tend to frizz up a bit in humidity, and is somewhat limp so she keeps it as simply styled as possible, rarely longer than jaw - notably though, if it grows to her mid back the tips are nearly yellow

Eyes: bright green, alert and wide, under fine brows

Appearance: light peaches and cream skin with no scars or markings beyond a lovely blush when she's happy; tends to smirk; she likes living up to her namesake, an orchid, and tends to wear lightweight and pretty skirts, and doesn't need shoes; she has a soothing voice, however she often squeeks or lets off very loud mocking, snorts when she laughs

Icarus Processing: yes, at age 3 she was given the processing with numerous other of the Pantheon's kids. Hers had a strong effect indeed, since her mother is essentially not Vortal at all. Her physical traits include a durability that rivals Melissa's, she does take an amount of damage from crushing or pressure but hardly any other type gets through, and what might cut her skin is healed in minutes. Vortally it expanded her range and strength of localized power.

Genetic Abilities: a decently strong empathic power that can be exterted either to understand those around her, or control them, up to about a dozen people with a tweak, or a single person radically manipulated, only works at close range of around 10 meters or less. Her telepathy is shorter range, but still quite strong, she can communicate with any Vortal mind at around 4 miles, and to any human including normal ones at less than 20 meters. She also has the ability to create Vortal illusions in front of intelligent creatures (anything that can process visuals and has a nervous system). However, as her father's powers also seem to have visible components, her illusions can be seen by normal people easily, she appears to leave 'traces' in the air around herself as she moves around using her powers. The illusions can only be 'seen' by those in proximity to her, at less than 50 meters. Only the stronger Vortal minds can resist any of her communication or illusions, and only those who are actively trying to stop her can wear her down - otherwise she seems to absolutely never tire of creating illusions. They can be quite intimate and detailed, down to the pores on someone's skin or the smell of their breath - they are very tactile. But also she can make remarkably simple 'shadow puppets' and 'jump scares' that can be used to keep people away from an area, or guide them toward something, or into a trap if they're a Combine.
Skills or Profession: though her mother would have preferred she go into a more scientific side of things, she's never backed down from fetching fallen tools or running wire up on dangerous catwalks for her. However, her skill downloads left the science about there - she knows how to run experiments and do basic construction of electronics, and while she's quite intelligent she prefers to put that toward understanding people and their experiences. She's sought out books and recordings of psychology and sociology, as well as more personal downloads that can help her fine-tune individual experiences. As she's able to 'edit' perception in those around her, she will take note of who needs to be sheltered, and who might be strong enough to continue without a nudge - and can effectively 'blind' someone to blood or gore, deafen their hearing to the screams or sharp gunfire, or encourage someone who is disgusted by their surroundings to ignore a smell or foul taste.
Personality: because she has control over imagery and even sensation with her Vortal power, she has sought out quite a lot of experiences to make sure that her visions are accurate. And because she's practically indestructable, she does things like jump off of rooftops, to see what it feels like to hit the ground. She is a risk taker, and has had to be convinced not to lead others into things that might hurt them. She does spend some time wandering gardens and ruins alike, making sure she knows what grit between the toes feels like, and how a freshly-cut rose smells, and she relishes all of these experiences as much as the others she shares them with. Notably she hardly ever panics, she maintains a strong grasp on any situation and tries not to let herself get distracted by things like explosions, screaming, or blood.

Events or History: Chandler already had two kids, when he was wandering around Black Mesa and noticed a somewhat tired looking redhead who looked like she could use a laugh. From there, Gina and he actually 'courted' to an extent, he wasn't looking for a fling, after all by this time in his life he was a full-grown adult and not as flippant as he had been. With a little help from Mel and Carmen they determined that any child would still be quite strongly Vortal, but just in case, they added Icarus with downloads on the schedule. She grew up as the Combine were being targeted, and has only known them on her homeworld as 'on the run' and 'desperate'. Here on the Rookery things are very different indeed. And like her dad, here she has a purpose: there are refugees who actually need the distraction and the comfort that she can offer, they don't just frivolously desire experiences.

Her dragon and she live in the Rookery full time, and she is among the front line of psychologist-types that help refugees adjust to life in their weird situation.

Size/Shoulder/Length: Small, 7'6" s / 40' l / 78' ws
*Colors: Default values shown, body and limbs, tail, wing arms almost always black (a very rich extremely velvety black), belly from chin to tail tip and behind legs grade from sky blue-cyan through dusty violet, and into vibrant pink; those colors are also found on face and dorsal armor, limb and wing armor, in reverse, as well as the shine spots on her sides; wingsails in the same shades but with large darker spotting; horns, nubs, dorsal ridge, claws brilliant white; eyes red-violet

Powers: Winged Flight, she has the sharp, finger-adept wings of any Rainwing, and likes to fly in tight quarters to show off that she knows how to use her agility. Her tail helps with this, particularly outdoors or in larger wooded areas. She's a racer, even if her name and demeanor is calm, she's apt to burst into the air and pursue prey, or catch up with someone with ease - though she can't really keep up a sprint for longer than a mile or so. She doesn't do these tricks with anyone on her back, but can be relied upon to move gear and goods with a harness - and complains by the time she gets somewhere distantly because that stuff is heavy couldn't you have one of the big boys take it next time?
Communication, Serenity is a talkative dragoness, though she does mind her tone around people because this is a war and they need distraction and aid, not worries and gossip. She speaks English in a high pitched chittering, but also Draconic, though that's about it. Though she is not openly Vortal, she and Calanthe do share a bond, and she 'gets it', if a person needs specific attention she'll be right on it.
Coloration, *all colors generally subject to change but her fondness for the violet scale is well known. She can create soothing patterns of twilight violets and darker blues, dazzle eyes and cheer people up with sparkling sky and pinks. Her body and limbs tend to remain black, but she can change the tint into dark red, purple, violet, and blue, she doesn't care for even attempting yellows or greens, as they often look muddy and gross (in her opinion). The only things that don't change are her eyes and claws.
Rainwing Features, those claws on her paws and wings are not for show. They are incredibly sharp, and can gouge into stone or wood, and through thin metal with ease. She is far from the strongest dragon though, so she would use that to climb or get around objects, rather than try and tear a hole into a Combine fortress wall. Her tail is heavy and strongly prehensile, and she can dangle bodily from anything that can support her weight, and likes doing this to cheer up refugees. Lastly she does have a potent digestive enzyme in her sharp fangs, but doesn't produce it in volume enough to be combat-worthy. She hunts Antlions and deer alike, the chemicals causing almost immediate destruction of the bite location, and quite a bit of pain. You don't want to share a meal with her.

Other Info: though she seems overtly somewhat of a ditz, she's anything but. She is quite smart, and likes learning from the elder Pyrrhan dragons as well as the people around her. She will listen to stories told by refugees and encourages them to tell them, providing a background of acceptance and comfort just like her rider does.
