Name: Raa'maa 'Rama' Carver

Gender: Male, aggressively straight

Age/DOB: 15ish / 9.3.26

Origin: Repurposed Earth, AA Enrichment Center and/or Wilson's House

Family: Mother Mars Walsh, father Wilson Carver, many relatives including Nohaa, Choxen, Maalach, Velasco

Other: After two kids with Keenan, Wilson finally admits that maybe Mars is okay with makin babies with him... Should'a started that earlier, man. (Rama actually tells his father this...)

Height: 5'11, considerably taller than mother

Weight: 160* Icarus lightens weight, build is well toned and muscular, quite even

Hair: Very black, mussy-stylish, it doesn't matter how windswept Rama's hair is, it always looks perfect

Eyes: Extremely dark teal, which also is the color of aura and any visible power; sharp and expressive eyebrows

Appearance: Olive-fair skin with dark body hair (not pervasive), keeps a well-trimmed but full beard, prefers to look impressive in clothing that is comfortable and functional (yes, that is padded cloth armor, why do you ask?); has a deep gravelly voice similar to Paxton's that tends to attract the ladies

Genetic Abilities: Though he definitely has the typical 'psychic powers suite' of empathy, telepathy, and Vortal aura sight, Rama is without a doubt much better at invasive telepathy than almost everyone else in the Pantheon. He can sense emotion, he just doesn't care. But his power to think directly into another person's mind, be they Vortal or mundane, is superb. His mental voice is the same as his audible one, and it's a tossup whether the ladies are more infatuated with him or Paxton for that reason. While he is able to speak at distances up to a thousand miles with this power, he does still have to know the person in question and have an idea of their rough location, he can't just send out a broad thought and hope it arrives. He's less able with groups over five people, choosing to single out one or two and just talk with them. Or, pull out information and memories from them, without them ever even having a clue: because his mother's invisibility extends into the Vortal range, he can almost literally move through memories like a ghost. Only those who have stronger Vortal power can detect his presence in their minds when he doesn't wish them to, normal people stand no chance. However, normal people are rarely his targets. Mostly because he also has the power to siphon and utilize other people's powers: not just trigger them through their own mind, but use them himself. He's tried out lots of different things in this manner, from Paxton's pyrokinetics to Lydia's cryo, Melissa's gene-sight, and even Eden's plant shaping. Overall he prefers to just stick with the elemental ones: with Jared and other metal workers present he can learn to forge his own weapons... His Vortal invisibility is remarkably strong, as Mars' is, and he can use this to effectively blot himself out of people's eyes and minds. Standing right in front of them, they are none the wiser. Also available to him is the power to teleport and 'genrehop', he can move through different related dimensions quickly and easily - too easily, see below. Though to any normal person's eye his teleportation basically envelops him in 'nothing', it's brighter to the Vortal eye and in a rather gorgeous teal shade. Thankfully, his dimension hopping power can't bring other people, otherwise he'd have half the Pantheon stuck on different worlds playing hide and seek...
Icarus Processing: Yes, at age 3, because there was a lot of effort involved in locating him when his out of control teleportation powers kicked off. Yes, it made them stronger. But also allowed him to be much more easily tracked whenever this happened. It still happens. He was aged by about 10 years, in the process - it still left him young but also gave his parents something to do instead of just treating him suddenly like an adult.
Skills or Profession: Knife fights and skulking around, is that a profession? Well it is now. Where Mars loves explosions and Wilson enjoys guns, this son of theirs is remarkably adept with knives and blades and sharp pointy bits of all kinds. Traps? oh sure, give him a minute and he'll make sure that nothing gets through a narrow alley intact. He has had quite a bit of downloaded skill in those things, but also a lot of practical ability. He has a keen eye for details, and like his father he enjoys architecture and aesthetics more than the scientific bits that Mars contributes. However he does enjoy the results of that science. He knows how to track, hunt, kill, skin, gut, and finally cook virtually any creature out there in the Outlands, though he's not as good at the final presentation as Wilson he's more than adequate for folks on the move.
Personality: Dangerous. Sharp. One might think those words are a little pretentious but they're completely accurate. Rama has it in him to just destroy things: Combine, animals, Advisors, Armacham troops, whatever. It doesn't have to be physically, either - he is as quick witted as either parent, and with a snarky delivery to boot. His Zekiran counterpart would love him, because they're like that. In most ways, in fact, he is similar to his Zekiran counterpart Maa'raas L'mir, who has a knife and sword training facility, and is also an assassin. Sometimes it's possible that Rama has genrehopped himself to other more civilized versions of Earth in order to be an assassin.
Events or History: As above, Mars had already given the world a couple kids via the Vahh line, before Wilson relented to her - this wasn't because he didn't want to, but because he was terrified of killing her in the process of making one. Turns out, he doesn't kill everyone he touches... Born shortly before the true end of the Combine's reign, he still has faint memories of the final moments of their Overworld going down - no, wait, no, he actually stole those memories from his parents and even Keenan, after the fact. There's no way that anyone would have allowed a child that young to be anywhere near that event... Oddly enough, he enjoys listening to Cubbage and his tall tales, because of all the people around, he alone can determine their truth. No, he doesn't tell anyone which are his own stories and what was lifted from other people.

Dragon

Name: Razorwire
Gender: Female
Size/Shoulder/Length: Medium-small 9' shoulder / 35' l / 60' and 30' ws
Colors: Charcoal black-violet underbelly from neck to tail, dark grey and black sides with lighter white-grey markings along face, neck, back, tail, and legs that resemble skeletal bones; wingsails brilliant pinkish purple with grey-violet edges, and speckling of grey, white, black, and dark purple along markings; vlaws, antennae, horns all charcoal, eyes pale foggy white
Features: Hybrid Silk-Nightwing, coloration is primarily contribution from Night sire; four slender but strong legs with 5 and 4 curved claws, heel on hind; two pairs of butterfly-like wings with 3 fingers plus elbow strut and short wrist thumb on main, one finger, strut, and wrist claw on smaller; scaled body with soft underbelly scales, larger plated overlapping scales on sides and body, short dull spikes along entire dorsal ridge from neck to tail tip; head is dished with hooked beak, external ears, two long elegant backswept horns along with two delicate long antennae
Powers: Winged Flight, Razor is swift in the air, considerably more so than most of her mother's side of the family, and with a delicate precision that allows her to land or take off from nearly anywhere. Her wings barely make any sound or wind in and of themselves, and she can envelop things in wrapping while still flying. She isn't as strong as a Nightwing, however, and can carry only her human friend and perhaps one more before being strained.
Communication, Razorwire is able to speak in clear, quiet tones in English, Vort, Draconic, and probably several other languages picked up from the Refugees. However she is also quite well tuned to Rama's mind, allowing him to look through her eyes, or even guide her through difficult locations that she can't completely see. The sparkling on her wings also isn't just for show: the tiny tiny dots can flash light reflected on it, and to anyone who knows what to look for, she can signal them from a distance as long as it's in good lighting (or with specific lights being cast on her).
Silk Production, this is where Razorwire truly shines, and where she gets her name. For her silk is not 'fire', but metallic, at least it seems that way once it's cutting through an enemy. She can spin it thick or thin, with gooey ends or as a net, but her favored attack is to line an area with invisible strands of it at such a fine sharpness that even heavily armored troops will simply be cut to ribbons. The down side is that those lines aren't particularly durable, once they get wet (say, from blood?) they will eventually degrade and fall apart. But that's another wonderful delight: no one can say just exactly how all those troops wound up in perfectly foot-long chunks, because the silk is long gone by the time someone else comes along to find it.
She cannot produce fire or any other effect, but she does create dental floss with her silk and purposefully flosses her own teeth with it, just to scare people...
Parentage: Unknown Silkwing mother, but it is extremely likely that Nebula and she are direct siblings. As Hoyle's dragon friend has that distinct purple and black color scheme is anything but random. There are also others with the color, including Borealis and Paradise, who seems to believe that they should all stand around looking marvelous together. They're not wrong.
