Name: Soo-Hyun Lee Gender: Female, Bisexual Age/DOB: ~15, 2022 Origin: Repurposed Earth, AAEC Family: Shares at least half donors with Steve Lee, is more oriented toward Bella than Tina but also seems to have some of their donors in common Other: Part of the Reborn group, put together with hints and bits from remnants, Soo-Hyun was mentioned as having already gone through Icarus, but she was nowhere to be found in the Enrichment Center - it's possible that she and her nurses or keepers fell through the literal cracks in the walls or floors Height: 5'0" Weight: around 100 soaking wet, very slender but still looks curvy, muscular, this is even without the Icarus treatment making her stronger, it didn't really need to reduce weight Hair: Very black, silky, kept short as shown Eyes: Reddish tinted brown, though not unusually bright red; moderate epicanthal fold, always looks 'sly' Appearance: tanned skin that bronzes beautifully in the sun, quite pretty; even in the chill weather of the Borealis and its environs, she never seems to look cold; always carries with her a set of metal blades, chunks of steel, or other such objects, kept in pockets and holsters; she has a more husky voice than typically found in a very young Asian girl her size, and actually she seems to enjoy making voices and wordplay, throwing her voice (maybe that's partly her power?), and causing weird effects echoing down the halls Icarus Processing: yes, at age 3, this improved her strength (she's almost 3x as strong as a normal person) and healing ability (heals superficially in less than an hour, deeper blows or breaks in around a day); also she seems to be almost immune to cold, disease, anything that can pass between people (and isn't a parasite) she basically never is affected. She's never had a sniffle or a cough, and cannot transfer - she's not a carrier, so she's safe to send in to places where it's clear disease has taken hold. |

Genetic Abilities: Extremely strong telekinesis that may also have a thermal component to it, she can 'buffer' an area and hold items in place, up to around 150 lbs worth of any given thing, from dust particles to heavy machinery. If it was in motion, it's frozen now; if it wasn't in motion, well, she can throw it with her powers as easily as you'd toss a pebble. This power can stop snowflakes, raindrops, and even displace fog, but if she has to concentrate on wind as well as those things moving, the area of effect drops radically - she can put an 'umbrella' over around 2 meters with heavy winds, but pause a room that's up to 5 meters wide if there are no other effects. She can propel small items, from finger-sized knives to softball-sized lumps of the scenery, at great speeds: up to 500 mph in the case of knives or streamlined small items. Obviously this is devastating to whatever it hits, but it also often ruins the object being thrown, so she must keep a steady supply of items or fetch the old ones and try getting them reshaped. (That has yet to be a problem anywhere!) She can lighten her own 'load' so to speak, though not really lift herself with this powerset, though clearly she can lift quite heavy objects. She can only 'hover' at best, and the one time she did attempt to 'fly'... that went badly, and she needed that rapid healing factor. A favored tactic of hers is to team up with elementalists who can produce flames, and literally 'fireball' their effects at much higher speeds and distance than they might on their own - she can keep the flames from being extinguished at speed, so they hit with greater heat. A downside of all of this, is that her power use is absolutely visible to the naked eye of anyone with visual sensors, including Combine. Like the image above, her smaller knives get a weird little blue glow around them, or a room has a faintly sky-blue tint everywhere. She is also very easily seen Vortally, a brilliant bunch of blue energy. Her mind is strong, but her overall psychic power is not great past 50 meters, so she's easier to spot and ping from the outside, than she might be able to seek out minds herself. She can sense where her 'brother' and anyone else in her line are, at distances up to 100 miles.
Skills or Profession: Given appropriate 'search and rescue' tactical information, and has gone back for further instruction for invasion and stealth techniques, Soo-Hyun is a good all-around girl, able to either lead or follow in a team, though she does prefer having a clear goal given to her so she can follow through with it. Works very well with maps and instructions, and seems able to use some of her ability to sound out an area to scout without having to hoof it inside a room. (Likely an effect of the pausing power, she must fight against all those particles Vortally, so if there's a big one in the shape of a Combine soldier, or a smaller Headcrab, she clearly knows it.) Also she's adept with team building exercises, and will happily lead younger kids on journeys to give them practical experience and also keep them safe.
Personality: Remarkably pleasant, energetic, and enjoys chatting with people up to and including while on trips. She does have to settle down a little if the mission is important for stealth, though honestly she figures with her power whatever's overhearing them won't last long. She feels bad for her brother Steve, in that he has yet to really command his own powers with the deftness that she shows.
Events or History: Currently residing at the Borealis, given that her abilities are considerably better under control than Steve's and can thus be absolutely trusted to go out with teams to deal with stray Combine patrols.
