Telepathy and Verbal Speech - relies more on telepathy but also enjoys 'dolphin speak' and can be understood by a very wide variety of students and staff here at CHS thanks to their Musical vocalizations and perfect pitch - They can make a wide range of musical vocalizations and can communicate among their kind at long distances under the water
High Intelligence - They can understand a large number of languages and chitter musically when they hear familiar people nearby
Water Adapted but Land Capable with both gills and lungs, can remain under water indefinitely and prefers oceanic and salty water over other types
Venomous Bite and Poison Resistance, immune to her own venom obviously, but can also fend off many other kinds of sea-creature venoms and toxins to a degree
Camouflage - capable of shifting her skin colors into a very wide variety of patterns and even textures, emulating the surroundings even in the high-tech areas of the CHS Watersport areas; she uses this to help train search and rescue dragons as well as their riders, since spotting a living creature among the coral and kelp might be difficult
Intimidation - well, yeah some of her breed are intimidating but she's only trying to help!
Electrical Current Sensitivity and Resistance - The dangers of electricity near water are obvious, but she can still feel the 'zing' of it when she encounters it in an area; she can detect machinery and battery driven items in a nearby sphere, though only in water

Water Powers - as a completely water adapted creature Plunge excells in manipulating it and sensing the area around herself. Water Current Sensitivity includes large scale motion, but also she can pinpoint the movement of schools of fish or larger (3' and longer) items within the area by their wake. She can cause a Whirlpool with her power, and uses this quite a bit while in the campus water training areas since she can control its intensity and size enough for students to learn to move with or in spite of it, but also to encourage it to drain quickly (there's no clog she can't push through!); also she can produce a Water Jet with her powerful throat, mixing water and air in a high-velocity gout or a soft sploosh like the lapping of a tide pool

Aim and Manipulate Water +3 At close range she is very capable of putting fine tuned swirls or squirted jets exactly where she wants them

Language and Music +3 From the deep creaking of the continental shelves to the twittering of sea birds on the shore, Plunge hears and understands. She can relay information from deep sea habitats to make sure that those on the surface know if they should expect a tsunami or high waves, and likewise she enjoys relaying the latest Telanovela happenings to the hard to reach groups of scientists researching at the bottom of the bay

Protective Urge +2 She's chosen this path because she never wants to see young of any breed endangered in her favored element; she uses gentle currents and happy chittering to engage even the youngest humanoids, and would never allow them to come to harm. Note that her classes are some that accept much younger students from the nearby Junior High and even Elementary schools and she also teaches these courses all year round

Camouflage Expert +2 She's very good at some specific aspects of undersea and tidal colors and textures, and with practice her students can learn to tell a dangerous octopus from a floating plastic toy, or make sure that a person who looks like a 'prey' species stays healthy if their predators are around
