Powers

Omnivore, can tolerate hideous amounts of gore and still be hungry, will eat your homework, likes to gnaw on pencils (only the wood) because it reminds her that she'll be chewing on pirate ships and royal armadas soon (tm). Can and does subsist on table scraps, wood chips, pencils (just toss them at her when they're too small and you can't use it any more!), fish, fish food, gummy bears, sushi, books, paper bags (mmm oh that was soaked in the oil from your fish n chips! sweet!), the list goes on but as she grows bigger those things will not suffice...

Stealth, though she's not able to become 'invisible', she has an incredibly good camouflage and texture emulation ability that works best while under water, but can do it anywhere. Given her normal markings as above, she's able to blend in with locker doors, ceiling panels, hotel carpets, Your Favorite Hawaiian Shirt, whatever she can sidle up to nice and close. She can also hold a pose for quite a long time, but might become distracted (usually by food)

Talk To and Favored By their watery god Kujuli; though not as such on Twoarth, this god helped create humans on their world and was unimpressed over time, preferring to spend their years watching the seas and uplifting creatures such as the octopus and squid, creating a lasting rivalry between seafaring men, and the monsters of the deep. Primarax is a descendant of the 'first kraken', and is expected to eventually ascend to her throne of coral and seaweed to take down pirate ships and whatever else comes her way. Until then, Kujuli is interested in the goings-on of this strange world, its vast seas, and this school

Also Talks To Ocean Creatures, pretty much all of them can be heard and spoken to though mainly this is telepathic, sometimes she can do sign language or even color shifting to aid in nearby communications; her range is around 10 miles for intelligent life, but will grow proportionate to her own brain size as she ages - meaning by the time she's a full grown adult kraken, her range will be 500 miles

Water Adapted But Fine Above Too, perhaps as a side effect of being favored by a creator god, Primarax can easily live above the water and only needs to return to it about once a day to get a nice soak. She doesn't have any problem with chlorinated, fresh, or salt water, preferring brackish water the kind you get at the deltas just near a coastline. Can speak using what sounds a little like dolphin chatter, but has learned quite a bit of English while she's been at school here

You Only Have 'Seven' Seas What?! +3 Primarax is adept at identifying, handling (noodling), caring for, selecting for eating, or any other undersea creature or plant, and can tell at a glance or by gently using her tentacles to feel around, whether a reef is healthy, whether there's an eel living in that narrow hole, and if there is pollution around that's causing issues. She is very well tuned to oceanic health, and can seemingly sense the populations of animals based on their behaviors, whether this is telepathic or by observation doesn't seem to matter

3D (Underwater) Navigation +3 Scoots around under the waves with such ease it's silly! Of course, having a body and brain that are as elastic as she is and only her beak being the hard portion, whatever fits about a knuckle wider than her beak, she can get through! Also has a tremendously good memory for the locations she's been to, and can suss out the right directions to go to avoid predation or find prey

Sticks To The Walls Have Ears +3 With sticky tentacle suckers, she can move up even dry walls and cling to surfaces as long as they can support a (currently small) weight like her. She can dislodge small broken tiles if they're not firmly in place, or whoops that ceiling panel wasn't very well fit, but for the most part you can find her in the corner like a spider, watching and listening to the goings-on in any given room if she's not in her seat. She can actually detect vibrations with her delicate tentacle ends, so if she's huddled up against a wall when there's no one in a room, she's probably listening to the other side

Maritime Law and Order +2 She does understand the difference between A Pirate's Bay and The Pirate Bay, though anything with the term piracy in it makes her slightly agitated. In her home dimension, pirates are just everywhere, and they often need to be shown the error of their ways. But then also, there are invading forces and colonizing efforts that aren't wanted by locals - and she takes care of those ships too. But she does know the difference between invading forces and rescue efforts, and since coming to Carramba Primarax has decided that when she gets home, she will know who to let in, and who to threaten away... and who to consume in all her fierce glory

Knacks Wants To Have Fun While The Fun's Good +3 as a 'kid' she's playful and enjoys sports, exploration, idle gossip, video games, trips to the zoo and aquarium (though that last one a little morbidly, she knows they don't keep intelligent creatures in tanks there on Twoarth but that's not the case everywhere, right?) she just wants to see and do it all! She doesn't let her studies fall too far behind, but she will absolutely drop whatever things she's doing if someone else has a better option. By the time she'd be considered a teenager (likely not for another hundred years at least) she will be fully expected to behave like a 'proper' kraken in her homeworld, with less and less time for herself, so. Colors: Copper Sunset, body highly reflective copper metallic; all fins gradient of bright sunlit yellow, flame orange, and strong red, with heavy mottling; orange-white horns
Breed Features: Air Breathers unless a power indicates more; Hide skin with scale-like patterns, they are not scaled/fishy; Four legs with three digits all webbed; Head with tall sharp crest supported by single spine, 'ear' fins with single spine, may have faceted eyes but mainly pupiled; Dorsal ridge with large sharp triangular shapes; Tail Very Long, ends in large jagged fin
Clutch Features: obviously most of this dragon isn't visible but! Head more boxy and short, fins have distinct horn/spine support; Dorsal ridge begins at shoulders; Legs have no visible claws, webbing similar to form A (not visible on image) and does have four legs (also only 2 visible but I assure you they have em); Has two short wing nubs near hips that may breed out within 1 generation with non-winged partner, but may also contribute to buttwings; Is Mostly Tail, the visible portion of body and hind legs goes waaaaay down...
Powers: Genrehop (6), Teleport (1) - though his on-site teleportation is somewhat poor and a bit difficult as he must be in motion and above the water or outside it (leaping) he can still teleport about 10 miles at a hop, so his looping and sine-wave motion bringing him out and back into the water might result in a 50 or 60 mile sprint only surfacing 6 times! His Genrehopping ability is considerably more developed, and he's visited numerous worlds thanks to the direction of various Carramba instructors and friends
Telepathy (5), Non-Humanoid Language (chirp/song 4), Verbal Speech (2); you can't go around to various dimensions and not learn languages to help you safely explore, right? Fisee is adept at a large number of different language groups, from seabird calls to whale songs, and a barking form of English and even resonant Vortigese since he has strong telepathy available to him for context. He eagerly seeks out minds to sense if the area is safe and the natives are friendly before surfacing or coming near
Water Adapted (5), Water Requirement (5), Deep Swimming (3); as all of his family, he is used to being in the water more than out of it, and in his case even though he can walk with difficulty on land, he much prefers being under the water. He can swm for hours underneath without taking a breath, but still requires air. When he lounges in the shallows, his favored activity is to curl up into a spiral, preserving the wetness if the tide goes out, but his skin and fins will rapidly dry out if he's on land more than an hour. Though he can dive quite deeply, he prefers coastal depths and shoreline valleys, rather than the deepest crags and darkness. Able to see under most circumstances, the darkness does get to be too much for him to navigate very deeply
Water Powers - Manipulation (6), Steam Breath (4), Water Breath Weapon (1); though he rarely has need of using an actual breath weapon, he has his choice of a weaker simple Water blast, and a much more powerful superheated Steam spray that can interact with the water around it or the air above the waves causing fog or difficult vision, and blistering anything it hits directly. His strongest suit however is the manipulation of a large volume of water around himself. He can purify it (though prefers salt water), cause it to change direction, alter currents and cancel them out if needed, increase or decrease bouyancy in a sphere about the size he is long. He can aid drowning victims by aerating the water enough that even if they're gulping it in they will at least get some oxygen out of it, long enough to rescue those who don't deserve to drown
Sonic Blast (6) where a steam or telekinetic ability won't work under water, he can weaponize his voice and project a massive dangerous pressure wave. It can be focused to about a meter wide, accurate for nearly 500 meters, or cause a concussive blast 20 meters across at up to 100 meters away. Obviously care must be taken in order to not kill humanoids or friendly sea creatures, or damage any structures that might be fragile; this blast will stun creatures his own size easily, and disrupt any sonar or echo-based sensing be it from a machine or biological; the focused version can actually bore a shattering hole into surfaces including pulverizing skeletons and flesh at close range
Size Shifting (3) Because he was hatched at the Swim, Fisee has a unique ability of being able to shift his overall size from his mature 43 feet down to about 10 feet long. This can be held for several hours, and he usually does this with access to water to slosh around in on campus. Heck there are people bigger than that attending!
