Powers	Dragon! As above, she's a dragon all right? With all those wings she has Flight abilities that are on par with the best! She can dodge bullets and dive through the city's downtown without clipping a single stop light pole. She does have verbal speech so she need not rely only on telepathy for her communication needs, and she is apparently immortal though how we know that is ??? Tease T's - Telepathy, Teleportation, Telekinesis; what dragon would be complete without a suite of psionic abilities to communicate, get around, and manipulate things? Well she has it covered. She has a sleek and sharp mind, quick witted like the lightning on her wings, and can reach other telepathic minds at distances up to 50 miles with ease, though mainly to ping, communication is easiest under 10 miles; she can teleport distances up to 100 miles at a flashy pop, and does so with a boom (this is probably her just showing off with magic...); when needed, she can boost her speed, agility in the air, or even just pick up items and cling them to herself while flying using telekinesis, though because she has thumbs when humanoid she doesn't really use it for other things like writing or holding scrolls as a dragon Shifty Business - Shapeshifting and Size Shifting; as shown above, her normal hatching form is a dragon, but she can also change with concentration into a humanoid. She doesn't keep her wings (sadface) but has the slightly-furry skin, fluffy ears, and tufted tail, along with a short version of her horn. She spends at least four hours per day at school in this form, and needs to rest up as a normal dragon for a while if those classes she must have thumbs for are in different parts of the day. She can use her telepathy and magic in this form but cannot fly or teleport. Additionally she can shift her size in both humanoid and draconic shapes, as listed above. She can hang out with the Abodean Elves or the full sized dragon stunt team equally well! Avengaean Functional Magic - just little bits of magic here and there, usually in the form of summoning homework or lighting an area that's dark, it comes naturally but she rarely uses it because she hasn't got a 'real' instructor for it yet. She'll never be more than a novice and won't use complex casting anyway
Clusters 18	Speed Demon +3 If you absolutely have to have her in a place right now, she'll be there with bells on. Actually no bells might slow her down. She suffers no ill effects from going extremely fast, and doesn't get disoriented by freefall, spinning, barrel rolls, or teleportation, and always seems to know where she is in relation to anything important such as team mates, other flying creatures or vehicles, and structures Sticky Fingers +3 If she requires extra carry capacity or if she needs just a touch more room for a rider or their stuff while she's transporting others around campus, or, you know. If there's a trinket that might look better in her room than on a shelf in a store, she just kinda sticks it right to herself and thinks nothing of it. This is a combination of her magic and telekinesis, because when she wants to hide something on her person, she definitely can make it just look like more fur or plumage or no that pocket is not bulging or jangling why would you say that? Note that it does also feel weird for a living thing to be 'stuck' in this manner, almost like being on a glue trap only less antagonistic. The upshot of this is that her carry capacity seems to be about twice what a dragon at her normal size could handle, and, very weirdly and due to magic, her humanoid shape can handle the same amount of weight... things must be either magically made tiny (without adjusting weight) or be in an easily dragged/carried pack for this to work easily because she still can't fit a whole wardrobe with costume equipment through a narrow doorway
Skills 14	Only Loves Science Because She Plans On Making Awesome Kids +3 title. Actually nah she does enjoy nerding out about the latest discoveries of new species of insects, distant star clusters, and more importantly the tools with which to create or modify life. She does know that this is a sticky subject for some folks, and yes she has to follow those rules that restrict using student DNA, but she will certainly remember these lessons and is plotting out who best to work with when they're graduated Equal Opportunity Queen +2 Even though she doesn't seem to have the same oddly-specific rainbow or colorization as many in her family, Leotaji is very much on board with her dads and lots of the local Pride folks. She might try her hand at performing at the Revue, and helps give out fliers and aid to those who need it at those insane protests around town just to make sure that they've been informed of the truth rather than some narrowminded crap. She doesn't limit her DNA search to males, is what we're sayin' Shirks Responsibilities But Still Aces Class +2 You'd never know she's able to read several versions of any given Shakespeare play in its original Vortigese, Klingon, or Olde Englyshe, do equations in her head, or follow the latest dirt on political parties, by how she tends to be perpetually doing 'nothing'. In class it's entirely possible she telepathically knows whether she'll need to have a heads-up, and can flip to the right page automatically if a question needs answering. She is quite smart, just rather focused on specific things right now!
Knacks 3	Filch +2/-3 She definitely is a kleptomaniac, a hoarder if you will, and though she doesn't seem to understand why it's a problem, she also doesn't have issue with 'whoops was that yours, I'm sorry I'll let you have it back' if you are in her dorm and spot something you own... Grooming Takes Effort So She Uses Magic +2 Leotaji likes looking her best, but wow having fur can be a drag. She does like being pampered so she'll treat herself to a spa day now and then as a full-sized dragon, but for the most part she'll do a little telekinetic pass over her hair, fluff, and skin to make sure there's nothing out of place
