| Powers | Winged Flight - greatly adept with short range stunt flying, she uses a combination of running and tumbling as well as springing into the air, to aid her cheer performances. She's not afraid to cling on things with her wing hands, leap off and summersault to the ground, as well as weaving through hallway crowds with ease (at least while she's small) Telepathy and Draconic Speech - taught early on how to recognize the different human tongues, she communicates to bipeds or other non-dragon people using only her mind. But she is a whiz with picking up draconic vocalizations, and aids the cheer squad with chanting in her chipper (loud) voice Acid and Fire Breath Weapon - she does practice safe spraying, of course, but she's managed to combine the aspects of her breath weapons into one powerful napalm-like substance. Thick and sticky, very hot, and will burrow into living things with ease, so she must be extremely careful where she aims this stuff. However, if you need to quickly get rid of a bunch of dried SoCal underbrush and make sure that it doesn't get hit by lightning and start a big brushfire, she's your gal! |
Winged Flight - quite strong in the air as well as on the ground, Fourno is the one you want if the whole biped team needs to be somewhere safely and right now. He serves as the centerpiece of any cheer pyramid and enjoys being relied upon to make sure no one is underfoot when the bigger bodied sports teams are running around, scooping them up with a nudge of his head, and making sure people are carefully seated before rising into the air Telepathy and Draconic Speech - though he isn't as chatty as his yellow companion, Fourno still enjoys bellowing out draconic cheers and howling. He can understand and speak several dialects of Draconic speech around campus, but only communicates with bipeds or non-dragons using English thought or conceptual imagery Fire Breath Weapon - mixing a brilliant gout of bold red flame with a cloud of darker gasses that ignite, Fourno can provide a reasonably safe and still quite dazzling light show for halftime events! Obviously the fire will burn any flammable items nearby so he aims upward rather than across any stadium or landscape. He safely circles above, as his flames are somewhat short range, under 50 meters |

She stays up on these things and makes it known when someone's breaking them, though she wouldn't go out on the field to argue about it - she knows when sometimes a ref lets a call slide, in favor of keeping a game fun and quickly moving after all, because breaking rules is sometimes just as important as following them Better At Chemistry Than You Think +3 With that fire and acid breath, she does have to be very careful and has taken regular classes as well as tutoring where needed. She enjoys those field trips where dragons and powered people get to let loose, putting her abilities into a nice functional outing. But she can also offer hints to those who are doing it the hard way, with their hands and lab equipment! |
Strong Back, Strong Will +3 Fourno keeps himself healthy and strong and is known to enjoy challenging himself to beat his own records. Though that said, he is also sensible enough to know when to stop - he's no fool, if he can't perform the next day what's the point of showing off? Spots Structural Weakness +3 Since he is a much bigger and more active dragon than many on campus, Fourno keeps his eye on the ground and buildings, trees and landscaping, and even underground items to make sure that they aren't fit to collapse under his feet. This has actually saved the campus some rebuilding funds, since he was able to feel a pipe ready to burst before it actually did that one time! He will likely carry this into a career, given the area and all the dragons around Crescent and Talon Cities Carries A Beat, Too +3 With his big tail thumping and his growl and howl voice, he provides a strong bassline to any acapella performance, and enjoys learning new songs or chants for the school cheer team as well as their chorale program. He really loves the 'Bring Your Culture To School' week and has studied many other people's celebrations to add to their own (with proper attribution of course!) |
