When together, Blanche and Adair can telepathically hook their minds up, share information and experiences, and 'jam' on new inventions or plots. This is almost automatic, and takes concentration to stop. This acts as "Information Transfer +3 / with each other only, Uncontrolled".
Also, they each are bodily aware of the other if they're within around 100 meters of each other. This acts as "Sense Through Other +3 / each other only, Uncontrolled".
They cannot use telepathy with other people outside their genetic range, though frankly that's a lot of people. |

Bart Wheeler came to Carramba slightly later than the girls attended, but they were on hand while their dragons finished up their own studies (and because they really were intent on 'finding those mates'). It was a bit of a shame that Ash hadn't gotten to take any of the classes that Bart taught, but in the long run they did hook up.
And boy they were successful. Ash, the 'make anything out of scrap' girl, and Bart the 'design it because it's functional and awesome' guy. Their children Blanche and Adair are certainly no slouches in any respect involving construction, design, and definitely socializing. Both of them take after Bart pretty strongly, but as Blanche's knacks show - she actually is a little more like Bethany her deceased aunt, and in fact kind of like some of the other Clone girls in her enjoyment of Anything That Can Be Weaponized. Like most of Bart's male offspring, Adair is suave and sexy, and hardly has to maintain his appearance in order to actually look fantastic.
Between the two of them they cut a swath through the population of Crescent City, a swath of swooning and occasional fist fights.
Because of the disparity between their actual powers, they rely on one another for many different things. Adair's genrehopping power allows them to move from Twoarth to Zekira or other haunts, while Blanche's metal shaping comes in handy to produce new items. When they're working on a project together it's very likely to be designed by Blanche and shown off by Adair. They're unlikely to ever have direct competition - they are cooperative to a degree that almost implies they're 'one person' with two bodies. If they gang up on something or someone... woe to them, because that's pretty much gonna destroy their enemies.
Though they share classes at different times, it's obvious they chose certain patterns and instruction to get the very most out of their schooling. Since they are telepathic essentially with each other only, they've exploited this feature (other people find it very hard to communicate telepathically unless they're within the genetic line, even leaving Darkhanis a bit flustered) to allow them to understand hard problems in class, or to share gossip privately. However, they do have a bit of a downside, in that when they're near enough to spot one another, within 100 meters or so, Blanche and Adair physically sense the other's presense and anything going on with their sibling. So, hot and sweaty sex either means they're both enjoying the company of one person, or someone's off at the library researching while the other gets some private time.

Dragon of Blanche
Name: Noclip (Ohalaa, between the measured spaces)
Gender: Female
Size/Shoulder/Length: Medium-Small (long) 8's / 40 l / 60' ws
Colors: Body indigo, belly violet, both with lilac stars; wingsails indigo-black to bright yellow edges with bright yellow stars; neck, rump and tail fluff orange-gold; horns lilac, eyes yellow and black, claws light lilac
Features: long mutt canine face wide mouth, with large eyes, elegant horns, fibrous fluff on back of head; body long and muscular, hide with armor; four legs with clawed forelimbs, paw like hind, 4 digits; fluff on butt and tail tip; two leathery wings with 3 visible fingers and wider wingsails
Powers: Winged Flight, magnificent in the air, look at how beautiful she is! Powerful flier in very difficult conditions, but she does prefer clear skies over storms. Can lift a reasonable amount, but also prefers to carry only her rider and whatever Blanche needs with her, rather than refugees or other items. Is very clearly worthy of being a combat dragon, and doesn't hesitate to enter a fray, but more with the idea to get through to the other side so her partner can do her thing to the enemy emplacements.
Movement Powers, Ohalaa was named because she can stick herself between spaces like nobody's business - phasing by any other name, but rather than merely clipping through walls or buildings, she can move virtually anywhere. Even slightly out of sync with herself, though she doesn't much care for 'looking through half her own head'. She's thinking with portals. While phased this way, she can carry only Blanche or Adair, or perhaps their parents, but it seems that anyone else alive will ... not really make it. Inanimate or unliving items are fine. Additionally she can teleport in a more normal manner, from one spot to another in local space, and reliably can move across 1km distances in quick succession, until she's exhausted after about 10 of those leaps. But again, she can also be moving in quite improbable directions while doing this, and since she can phase, she has never hesitated to teleport herself and whoever's with her, directly into enemy structures or through hillsides to get where she's going even faster.
Communication, Adept at both verbal speech and telepathy, Noclip is not really chatty, but knows how to get her point across either way. She enjoys listening in on Vorts as they Flux Shift, though she doesn't speak the language verbally. She has a very good technical vocabulary thanks to her powers and those of her rider's family. Her telepathic range is strong, around 10 miles to people, and no amount of distance will separate her from her rider's mind. She also has a very, very strong empathic power that allows her to judge the general area's worth of people or dragons. She's quite good at making snap decisions in combat based on whether the enemy is running scared or her allies are desperate. This empathic detection is quite broad and can be used to focus on a single entity or an entire football stadium worth of people with equal level of detail, from around 200 meters in a sphere. Among her strong powers is also the ability to predict in close quarters, so she simply knows where to be if the bullets are flying - she relies on this power to keep her safe if the combat is wild, but also to aid her rider in social situations, because it can apply, it's just a 'quick what might happen' power, but is quite strong.
Distraction, Damage, and Effects - Noclip's powers are varied, she can create 'stardust' from her Vortessence as well as little shards from her tail and neck floof that sparkle and strongly distract enemies to the point of blindness if they're right up close. She can also use that feature to alert others from a distance, as the sparkles are visible for around 2 miles in clear skies, or 1 mile along the ground or near it depending on conditions. She can breathe a moderate line of fire in a bright yellow shade, it crackles and snaps but isn't remarkably hot, so again she uses this more as a distraction than an offensive power. Lastly and weakest among her physical powers is invisibility, she can cloak herself in a sheen of those sparkly particles, though this drifts away from her if she has to move quickly. Others however can utilize those bits if they have strong telekinesis or 'particulate' control abilities, to create very interesting walls of light, or shapes. She doesn't rely on this to become invisible, mainly because she can just noclip into the ground safely.
Technology Use, for whatever reason, the Healing Den's modifications to her family's eggs created an incredibly strong amount of technical savvy, a power that allows her to sense and control nearby machinery and computers to a very strong and extremely precise degree. She and Blanche can effectively rewire Combine structures or factories, and they do so quickly while she's flying through them bodily. They do need a little lead time, to study the devices in question and decide what to do with them, but once they know the lay of a place and what all might be reworked, Blanche can alter their very composition, and Noclip can make them do virtually anything to their former owners. This does leave both of them rather tired, so this is something they must reserve for a final assault on a Combine installation rather than a first strike.
Parentage: Azhnach Starpath and Lipatan Lallitae, with siblings 1, 2, 3, Taanumitae, Livoyee; half-siblings all over.
Origin: Hallowed Silk RY 6 on base modified from Taluns
Other Info: Noclip takes inspiration from video games, that's why she chose the nickname she goes by. She knows not everyone can pronounce or 'get' Vortal names, but she responds to Noclip with a draconic grin.

Dragon of Adair
Name: Dewyagedyth "Dew", "Dewie", "Geddit"
Gender: Male
Size/Shoulder/Length: Sport, bipedal 6' s / 14' nose to tail / 32' and 13' ws
Colors: Solid black (matte) body, tail tip orange, nose and eye zappy markings orange; crest black; horns graphite; claws white; wingsails solid silver
Features: Bipedal Hathian/Firan hybrid, two hind legs with three thick claws, two pairs of leather wings, upper three fingered with two wrist, lower one tine and hands, all with claws; hide is soft and thick; face is long and pointed with nose beak, Hathian mask with split horns in long arc; neck has prominent tall crest; tail is unadorned and pointed
Powers: Winged Flight Dew is really, really strong in the air. Faster than most of his size, remarkably agile, and able to maintain his speed considerably longer than a small dragon should. A lot of this is likely due to his weather abilities, though honestly he just is that good. While he cannot really pick up more than one human-sized weight, he is able to pull or drag things while flying pretty well. He can carry Adair short distances with his lower arms, though neither of them really cares for this method of transportation. Dew can hover or move backwards, do loops and tricks in the air that leave spectators cheering for more. And then, he does more!
Teleportation, on-world, Dew is quite strong
in teleporting up to 50 miles at a pop, and it does make a popping sound when he leaves and arrives. He can carry quite a lot, more than he could lift normally, on these jaunts, but he does prefer to be in the air when he teleports. Off-world he isn't that great, and got lost more than once in training, so he's less likely to want to demonstrate this power.
Communication, like most of his siblings he is mainly telepathic, however he does choose to speak aloud at times, normally a gentle 'thank you' or 'excuse me' when he's in close quarters. He enjoys listening in to other minds nearby, within about 50 meters, but his range to commune with Adair is unlimited.
Weather Shaping, though not temperature-related, he can change the pressure and and humidity levels very quickly, fast enough to create a vacuum in front of him, or to the side, or whichever direction is best to make people impressed! He can use this with Adair's airship in mind, though, as well as those Zekiran Steeds that seem to appear here and there, making sure that no one gets hurt in a hailstorm or gets blown off course in stiff winds. His command over this extends in a surprsing 1km sphere, within which he can sense and make sure that by the time the ship enters an area, it's clear of dangers. He uses this ability almost constantly, and doesn't seem to tire from using it.
Static Shock, this power produces a field of electrical charge that may disrupt electronics and radio waves, locally causing havoc if he wanders through a spot requiring sensitive readings or communication. Unfortunately this does have a stronger impact at Carramba because quite a few people there are electrically powered... So he's been forbidden from using this ability willy nilly. The field extends around 5 meters around him, and can be turned on and off, though honestly if he gets excited about something it might trigger
Current Production, he can increase or decrease the raw power of an electric current, changing its voltage, and the like. He can use this to start generators or cars, energize batteries, and the like. This power only works with touch, and does leave him a bit drained because he's putting his own energy into a thing.
Zappies, for a brief time when he's expending any other power or energy, a tiny trail of bright orange sparks matching his markings, appear beahind him and between his horns.
Parentage: Amphitorinath and Toko Any offspring may have TH, K, or PH name convention based on partner, and will because of his own name tend toward being very long and/or punny
Origin: CHS / Healing Den, technically hatched RY2, bonded RY 6 like Blanche
Other Info: Though Adair is the 'suave zeppelin pilot' to his sister's mechanical genuis, he definitely knows how to exploit Dew's work, and they are a great team.
