Powers: Winged Flight, Abiin is a good flier for her size, though she isn't able to have Ochre ride her due to him being basically as big as she is. She can maneuver in tight spaces, thanks to her smaller second wing arms, and can also use them to hold items for transportation while her main wings do the flying. Because of her weather control she can actually remain aloft quite a lot longer than expected.
Teleportation, both local and dimensional, Abiin is able to quickly relocate in local space, within 100 meters without even a thought. She uses this to rapidly escape any pursuit, though doing it more than twice in a row will tire her. She can, with preparation and concentration, as well as a knowledge of where exactly it's supposed to be she goes to, hop to any dimension, though to Xen, the Rookery, or the Healing Den are her common destinations. She does not do this without her bond-friend, as she'd be left without a guide to get home without him.
Telepathic Communication, She has a surprisingly quiet mental voice, usually on the receiving rather than sending end, but she can communicate in quick bursts of radio-chatter like speech. Her range on this is somewhat short, less than 1km, but she can reach anyone within that radius easily. However she can also use her Static power to communicate.
Electric Senses and Controls - Overall she is a master of electric energy, able to sense even tiny amounts of current down to cellular levels, and listen in on broadcasts at any frequency. Static Electricity, Abiin can use this power to store up jolts of minor shocks, but also infuse it with communication bursts, leaving it to be 'picked up' on radios nearby or on a passing person. This burst remains where it is, if she adds a little of her Current power. Current/Voltage creation, with this ability she can put a massive amount of electricity into play, be it as a single blistering burst that can fry major machinery, or tiny, carefully manipulated bits that power cell-phone sized items. Any batteries that are near will fill with energy, and she can also overload them if desired. Weather Control, more electric and dynamic than some in her clutch, Abiin can create what appears to be a roiling cloud of lightning and mist, it is quite hot though the surroundings are chilled - causing that electric energy. She can cast this to upwards of 2km away, but any farther than that it will generally dissipate. Anything wandering into this cloud will attract the electrical energy and be shocked, often to death if it's a small creature such as a bird or Combine scanner. She can use this to disable single engines on Combine carriers, but not to completely destroy the entire vehicle/creature.
