Powers: Winged Flight, Kir's ability to fly is somewhat hindered by his small size. While he can easily lift off in small spaces, he has very little endurance. He can carry small items with his lower arms, but at the cost of distance traveled.
Teleportation, a much better teleporter than he is a flier, he can move between spaces, through the Void, or through the Barrier with ease and at apparently little power cost. Kirnalith's local teleport is in the form of a burst of static electricity, appearing in two places briefly, usually less than 20 meters apart, but he can go longer range as long as he knows the location. Off-world or interdimensionally he can move wherever he's seen, and he has a very good memory - particularly when his bond relays information he's seen too. While he doesn't become exhausted from this interdimension hopping, the power itself needs several hours to recharge, so he must remain wherever that is for a short time before going back.
Telepathic Communication, able to easily communicate with any living or electrically powered creature, anything that has some form of energy powering its mind; can do this with intelligent creatures up to 10km away, and with radio- or energy-based (technology or otherwise) recievers at more than 10 thousand km due to radio waves. His voice is clear and crisp, with a sharp electric edge. Unlike many of his clutch, Kir is quite talkative - rather unlike his bond.
Electric senses and powers, Kir is adept at many forms of electric manipulation, and can easily sense or adjust radio waves, electric frequencies, and even disrupt mental processes of living things within close range. Lightning, he can create a massive jolt of pure electric energy, that rivals the strongest of the 'lightning gods' at Carramba, though his accuracy with this ability leaves a bit to be desired. He can use it in a much more limited form with far greater accuracy at less than 100 meters distance. Current/Volt Creation, with the amount of energy he stores in his body, Kir is a living battery, and powers any item nearby without even thinking on it. He can also revoke this power, sucking the energy out of batteries and short-circuiting the electronics in an area. Also he can use this as an attack, which is every bit as harmful as the major lightning strikes, only far more precise at less than 50 meter range. Static, used in his teleportation and to help with his bond's little jokes, he can nudge an item, a wall, carpet, or person, and imbue them with static electricity. When they then touch another conductive item like a doorknob, cat, or shake hands with someone ZAP! it's hilarious! Weather, to a moderate degree, Kirnalith can adjust the dynamic temperatures and electrical potential of a nearby area, a fairly large volume of air, or a smaller volume at ranges up to 500m, and create weather patterns. He cannot create winds nor snow or rain, but they often form anyway if the surrounding conditions are suitable. He can also use this power to sense weather patterns in a 10km radius.

Other Info: Kirnalith enjoys the company of humans and Vorts alike, and has competed with them for who can power a generator first or best. Though he is clearly and firmly bonded to Sage, he will also chat up other Humans among the Color Guard, and likes to hang out with other energy projectors like himself.
