Powers Magic Spells - Horacio's parents are both considered heretic outlaws because they are witches, and he knows quite a bit more than they do combined. He's found that on Twoarth as well as Rookery Earth his spells work both better and differently. His first and most relied upon spell is that of a pressure wave that opens things: from tiny shackle locks, to prison blast doors.

It is possible that Horatio, Humberto, and Harcourt might all meet some day, since they're all very much Culleran and Serkonan to the core. It's unlikely that their parents collectively have ever met, however, because the life of such people is often fraught with danger, and they must keep moving.

Colors: face, neck, under tail plum; neck, body, and tail armor grades from maroon on spine to blue-violet, with strong paler mottling; body, limbs, wing arms villet with tints of purple and plum; armor on limbs grades from very deep violet-blue to brighter purple; all limbs, neck, back and body, tail have 'bone' markings in bright white, side dots in muted bluish white; wingsails are red with red-violet nebula, dark and light patterns, and very tiny but bright star specks; horns, claws, and dorsal spines all white; eyes blood red

Powers: Winged Flight, Bonecharm is a hefty dragon, and flies only when he must, or when the conditions are pleasant ... such as in the Void or Xen. It does take quite a bit of effort for him to get into the air if he's on the ground, but with a high spot to leap from he nearly causes a sonic boom with his gathered speed. Once he starts flying, however, it's nearly impossible to get him to stop; he can lift or drag large weights, and carry quite a bit on his body and neck, though he isn't happy with being a 'delivery dragon'. So don't ask.
Communication, because of his Nightwing bloodline he is quite strong with Vortal communication, he has a tight connection to his human friend, and can sense and telepathically speak to many Vortal people if they're nearby. Otherwise he can speak Vortigese, Draconic, Aquatic, Whale, and English.
Void Travel, because of his human's connection to magic on an alternate World ('The' World, not Earth) some of this magic has certainly rubbed off on the dragon, and allows him to teleport to specific locations. The Void isn't a place, but he can still get there, to float with the graceful Leviathans around the edges of the known universe... Xen is also a place that's difficult to reach but rewarding if what you want to do is fly with massive weird creatures, and he does that often. His wingsails look like Xen's skies, sometimes.
Enchant Bonecharms and Runes, those markings aren't just for show, and they aren't like other dragons with them, either. With his 'skeleton' painted onto his scales, Bonecharm can put up a posture for his rider, who then copies parts of it onto a charm, or rune, and imbues that bone with some arcane magic. From protection and luck charms, to increased strength, and abilities to swim fast or dive deeply, these charms work for both dragon kind and humans.
Because he has this ability, Bonecharm lacks a breath weapon.
Parentage: Unknown, while he does have similar coloration to some Nightwings around the Rookery, he is unrelated to them

Other Info: Oddly enough, or perhaps not odd at all, Bonecharm is affected by the weird and horrifying 'music boxes' that the Abbey play to cancel out magic in their realm. He's put a stop to those things by literally stepping on them - player and all.
