Powers Interdimensional Travel - Random, West of California is where his Prime seems to be from, so all of the clone brothers have this ability and it's a good thing, too. They rely on it to reconnect, holding 'family picnics' on the weird floating islands... hey, isn't that just Xen?
^Clone Talents - with an unknown number of other selves out there, Rally has access to a huge variety of skills and experiences. He must have direct physical contact with his clone alternates to transfer this information, they are not telepathic. The skills fade after about a week, so they meet and gather regularly to trade for use elsewhere.
Jetpack Flight - Because Aperture is insane, most of the clones have access to a jetpack. I mean, dimension hopping is one thing, but they can't actually teleport! What if they fall off one of those floating islands?! Gives him an advantage in height based combat.

Parents? Though his 'parent' is long gone, he was used as a genetic template for some interesting work at Aperture on their own dimension (Aperturth, without much other tech giants in the way, they became quite broad... and then Lane got to them).

Siblings? Yes, probably numbering in the thousands at this point, no one really knows. They are not interchangeable, beyond 'replacement parts', because they've gone on to their own travels and have unique experiences. When they share them with one another it's only for their direct skill use and some advice to go with it. When the skills fade, the user is still their own person mentally and emotionally. They can go their entire life without sharing or being shared to.

It's clear that Rally's prime had reached Aperturth under their own power, and was instantly used by Aperture to produce viable clones. They had no idea where the guy'd come from, and where he went to. But like their 'father', Rally and all of his clone-brothers do the same thing - they move through dimensions, and go with the flow. Anyone from West of California is pretty chill, that way.

Features: feline deer holiday dragon, four legs with incredibly active trim, hoof hind, very long claw fore; furry skin; many wings, main are combined furry arm, visible single finger with claw, webbing under, and large flight feathers on back, all burning, also added feather wings under main, and two pairs on end of tail; back of head, neck, dorsal ridge, and down tail, tail tuft; horn foreward pointing wedge, face is boxy with 'mustache' tendrils, bling is present, all feathers visibly shine and burn
Powers: Winged Flight, Bilocation, and Planeshifting, Senumi can fly with those brightly burning wings, quickly and with great agility even in remarkably close quarters - like an office building, or paintball course. She can glide barely over the ground, and maneuver incredibly well without touching a wall or desk, though some spare papers might catch fire due to her burny bits. Senumi's ability to 'bilocate' gives her the opportunity to briefly 'be in two places at once', this usually comes in the form of opposite ends of a football field at most, and they're exactly her in two places at once. She can maintain this for about half an hour, and must rest about an hour between so she can't suddenly rejoin a field game after having to drop the duplicate. In addition, she can move from one dimension to another with accuracy but only about once every 2 or 3 days as it is quite exhausting. At will however, she can visit her 'home' of the Healing Den, Carramba, Paragon City, and Aperture North or the Rookery, along with Xen and West of California thanks to her connection to Rally. This can be done once a day, on a different 'schedule' as the more concentrated effort of going somewhere new.
Communication, Senumi speaks English, Draconic of a lot of different types, and has picked up a few other Human languages in the meantime, and also appears to be able to speak and understand Dolphin thanks to surfing with them frequently enough. Her voice is chipper but can become quite hot and edged.
Cheer and Dream Control, Senumi can tap into people's emotional state to bring up spirits a bit, though this is limited to a group no more than 20, and within 25 meters radius. This includes dragons, humans, or whatever else is there, if it has emotions, she can boost them. Additionally she can, while sleeping only, enter and help control fears or issues in other people's dreams. They must be within 2 miles for this to function, and generally speaking she must have at least met them close up before doing so.
LimitedShift (feline) and Immortality, though she is functionally immortal, she can certainly be hurt, and will recover at a normal pace with treatments but not die from grievous injuries. She will not age. Her shapeshifting is to a really bright mottled cat, though hers does keep wings on its back, and often likes to bat around the earrings and bling that may fall under the couch.
Bubble Breath, probably a power she'd like to forget about, except that sometimes... sometimes people just need to see bubbles in the air, and she can provide them.

Other Info: Rally has proven to be just the right companion. Though her family doesn't require a bond, she was quite lonely after being effectively ignored at birth. How could anyone ignore such a brilliant dragon!
