Powers Controller Abilities common to all its kind -
-Levitation, flies and has basically never touched the ground, highly maneuverable and speedy when needed, generally just floats around in a lotus pose
-Fireballs, can shoot a stream of weak (burns only highly flammable things but leaves blisters) softball-sized flame balls, around 12 of them at a time, in a slow arc at around 30 meters, not really accurate but gets the point across; also up close within 10 meters can deliver a much more serious flame blast that will absolutely light clothing, tables, objects, or people on fire and is quite accurate
-Vortal Communication, is clearly able to communicate with Vortigaunts, Grunts, and other Vortally-abled people, generally to give commands or check the chain of command for errors, they are an error...
Power Transfer, on touching a being with some form of Vortal ability, can duplicate that power in itself for a short time (less than 10 minutes) (the power remains in the victim, it just can now use it)
Bonk Drain, significantly weakens those who it touches, particularly after swiping a power, leaves them disoriented and open for both Vortal commands and physical roughing up

Name: Eeya Eeyo - E-I-E-I-O, throwing the heat around, generally answers to "Eee Eye" or E-I

Size/Shoulder/Length: Medium-large 13'8" s / 60' l / 110' ws
Colors: Face, neck, body, limbs tail main large scales with bright yellow and white mottling; neck under, belly, chest, under tail, and backs of legs armor burning red mottled with ash; face armor, dorsal and limb armor light brown with heated yellow flame below; wingsails vibrant yellow, mottled with orange and pale red, marked with obvious fire; horns, spine ridge, claws all dark brown-charcoal; eyes green
Features: Skywing, Firescales; this dragon's scales are literally burning hot, and will damage things they touch, they are fully immune to fire themselves, however, and any scales they lose will remain hot forever
Powers: Winged Flight, EI flickers like a flame in the air, though he's big he doesn't need to flap so much as angle his wings, because the updraft provided by his own body is more than enough to propel his bulk; He can lift things, but they generally burn up before he can get a hold on them, so why bother? He's very strong, and unafraid to just go in and hit stuff physically, from the air or ground, and if he wraps his wings around something, it is done. Burned to a cinder in minutes.
Communication, EI is not a big talker, but that seems to be because his voice is quite high, the compressed heat in his throat raises what might normally be a bold burly kind of voice. He can understand Vortigese, English, and Draconic, but only speaks Draconic under normal circumstances.
Burning; yes. Literally burning. He can burst into open flames, if the conditions are right, and this immolation may destroy just... everything around him for a good 10 meters. His flame breath is ridiculously hot, plasma hot, though he tends to just not use it, because why bother? If he has to, it's got a good 100 meter range at its full heat, and another 50 after that which is still going to crisp-fry anything weak. Obviously he is immune to his own fire, as well as that of any other natural or Vortal source. His flames cannot be put out by smothering, they have to be doused chemically or with a hefty amount of water or ice.
Parentage: Unknown, probably had firescales at least two generations ago, to show up again.
