Eridian Guardian Elemental - Sebreth is a member of an alien race that has only recently revived itself, and they have a tremendous variety of arcane and elemental powers. His rely on four types, but all have a range of about 100 meters, and all can serve as both offensive and defensive means. Which he uses depends on the amount of chaos required...

Slag - very strong somewhat caustic slop that glows in a rich purple shade, and sticks like glue to things; this weakens armor and even shields or mental powers, it has a distinct psychic component. This substance is usually thrown first, in order to weaken enemies defenses
Noctis - very strong 'darkness' tendrils, which can bind and hold enemies in place, or hypnotize weak minds with undulating patterns; this is used mostly as a distraction, rather than an attack, but the immobilization and hypnosis can be of use in a pinch while fighting many enemies at once
Ice - medium strength freezing ray that can encase an enemy and hold them for up to a minute, depending on how strong they are (which is why the Slag goes out first); it can be made into a shattering spine, which pierces armor, but this is done mostly on enemies that can handle being hole-punched, he wouldn't dare do it to a human-sized creature or a normal person!
Explosive- the most fun medium-strength power, this sets off moderate ranged explosives that fragment and cause quite a bit of damage in an area about 10 feet across; these can be controlled if he's not too busy, and set to a delayed effect.

Colors: Body solid purple, wings orange with yellow ventral zappy markings, made blue-grey mottled, dark claws and horns
Features: Nexus Mutt, features may change between siblings; scaled skin, tendril-touched mane, egg layer, forehead horn, two jaw horns, upswept horns, small curved claws, spaded tail with spikes, 4 fingered wings with one visible arm
Powers: Winged Flight, that would be a 'yes'. As a weather master with big wings and dazzling markings, he makes a massive entrance and doesn't stop flapping until the mission is done. He can pick up and carry a school bus filled with kids, and can fly for hours without tiring. He isn't remarkably fast or agile, but point him in the right direction and you're there.
Teleportation, can teleport for short distances, which allows him to appear more agile in the air than he actually is with flight alone. Bursts of about 100 meters each, he can do this repeatedly and keep it up for quite some time without getting tired.
Communication, though he can speak English and understands his rider's mental commands, Tarhunz is more about the action and less about the talking. He's not dumb, but he doesn't talk much.
Electric Everything, he can 'breathe' a bolt of electricity that hits unerringly wherever he is looking, up to 500 meters away! This will blow up flammables and absolutely ruin living things, so he must reserve his biggest bolt for the biggest and most dangerous enemies out there. He can also create a field of electricity that powers up large batteries, or destroys electronics, depending on his mood. Anything with an electric current, including living things and constructs, can be manipulated painfully, so be warned if you're a robot...
Healing Magic, yeah he can heal, it's like having a defib machine with you at all times! If he means to harm, he will use the other powers, but if he means to heal, this dragon is able to bathe a moderate injury in a bright orange-white static and heal up some amount of surface injuries such as cuts and abrasions, or small breaks.
