Powers: Winged Flight, Nossoe is confident and very fast both on the ground and in the air, and does best in warm air, leaving a distinct heat haze behind him in either case. He can change size so his carrying capacity varies strongly, however he is much better at flight without more than his bond than for lugging things around at breakneck speed.
Ground Speed 5, his speed is remarkable on the ground and his feet are a blur when he runs. He can race through a complicated area in moments, seemingly able to see where to go before he needs to turn or jump. He does tend to actually burn things that are flammable however, so if he's in an Autumn setting with lots of dry leaves, it will definitely start a fire. He tries not to speed through the halls at Carramba, obviously, because 'the deer burned my homework' is a crap excuse for not turning it in.
Teleportation 3, though he can certainly teleport well enough to get out of tight spots or to specific locations nearby, his range is somewhat limited to about 500 meters. He does like to get a good run or flight sprint going, and then zap away from combat or into it as needed. He cannot teleport multiple times very quickly, he will become exhausted with about 3 jolts of any distance.
Communications,
He is remarkably adept with telepathic speech (6) with both his rider and anyone else nearby, though his range isn't very broad as it gets fainter around 1 mile. Within that area however, any intelligent mind can be reached. He also can read and understand almost any language (4) with some practice, so he's an adept translator including between unusual alien languages. If they can be spoken or read, he can definitely understand it with a little context.
Shifting, Size (6) and Shape (4) shifting are both incredibly important tools for him. He is usually as shown, around 6'5" at the shoulder, however he can reduce himself to around 3'6" or up to 14' and anywhere between. While he can push himself to grow larger or smaller than that, it is too much of an effort and usually not worth doing anyway, as those sizes allow him to both get into tight spots or intimidate enemies. His shapeshifting is somewhat limited, in that he can become bipedal and humanoid-looking, but that's about it. He is around 7'6" at the head when he shifts in that manner, and cannot do both at once, it's size or shape.
Fire Control 5 he is a molten brass boi, and all but becomes liquid metal when he's really running along. In well-controlled situations in fact, he can almost immolate himself, but it's never an assault unless he wants it to be - his projection of fire is conscious rather than the heat that he gives off while running (which he's tried, but cannot control). Anything that can burn, he can start it up. Within 20 meters of himself he can actively change the heat of any existing flames, including making them 'cool' yet still giving off light, or cause them to become invisible to the naked eye, but very hot. Even normally immune items or creatures will feel his heat if he directs an attack of created flames at them.
Telekinesis 5, it's possible that he uses a form of telekinetics to sound out an area while he's running, but that would imply it's faster than sound? But no one hears him coming unless he's actively creating music. He can float and even fly without flapping his wings, though he does prefer to just flap as this exhausts him magically. He can lift up to 1000 lbs easily however, and is careful enough with his power that he can manipulate small delicate items as well as big chunks of landscape equally well.
Musical Assistance 2, though not his strong suit, he is from a family that does a lot of singing, caroling, humming, and making music overall. When he's around, though he doesn't actively sing, himself, anyone that needs to convey something musically will do so just a touch better than normal. This can help boost confidence among children performing on stage for the first time, or allow a quiet voice to be heard among many others. He must be nearby, with 25 meters.
