			I don't hold a grudge against the men running the experiment; they all lost so much, it seems selfish to punish them further. And I don't have much anger against the people who tried to put me back together, how could they know their information was incomplete? I do hold a grudge against the agency that tried to recruit me to their cause: all they really wanted was a poster child and a scapegoat when their own experiments went wrong. When I heard Paragon needed 'people like me', I jumped at the chance to help those who couldn't do it themselves. Of course, the Agency is still after me, but I think I'll manage. My name is Leucadia, but you can call me Darkmatter, because that's what I use to fight evil, that's what I am now.
			The public good, safety, and helping people; learning more about the ways that humans gain super powers; science and healthcare are paramount to making sure that everyone has what they need to thrive.
			As shown, Darkmatter's abilities cover radiation and negative energy, whether these things come from the Void or from physics-based reflection of the radioactive elements she weilds, even she doesn't know. But she also has begun looking at how to tweak that radioactivity into more safe frequencies, she would never want to touch even a villain with some of it! The air can blister and char at her command, any small particles in it burning into a shield or able to briefly immobilize an enemy, somewhere between the burning high-frequency radiation and the strange touch of the negative, at least the flames are something people can recognize...
			Leucadia is a scientist at heart, and helps Selene run the SACCADE clinic and health care center. She has incredibly good instincts for triage purposes, seeking those who are in need the most, and making sure to stabilize them before moving on to others. She knows how to run a laboratory and do research, reads highly complex manuals and thesis works, and keeps detailed records of things - under strict lock and key of course, at least where SACCADE's roster is concerned.
			That Agency she mentions in her history, it's definitely still out there looking for its 'lost' members. She knows that she's quite visible out and about in both Paragon and Carramba's scene, but she also is confident that Price and SACCADE will keep her safe from their unwanted 'rescue' attempts. Also, notably, sometimes she may lose control over her powers, and while she does recognize the symptoms of that coming up on her, she may or may not be in a position to vacate an area safely, so she may suddenly burst out screaming - or burst with energy, which she then has to help treat for injuries.
			SACCADE introduced her to a great many new like-minded heroes (and a few vigilantes, and maybe an undercover villain or two) including Selene Alcott, Moondive. They struck up a relationship and over time they also both expressed interest in helping the heroics program on the West Coast, at Carramba High. Leucadia instructs Radiation Is Your Friend 1, 2; Powers and their Use 3, 5; Lab Procedure and Safety 4. With others from the SACCADE group, also supports an extracurricular Superpowered Team group.

		Not really much for the workouts and physical stress, Leu isn't a complete slacker, but definitely isn't going to be competing in lifting competitions
		On the other hand, get her rolling on patrol or in a good fight, she holds her own long enough for reinforcements to show up, or to have gone through weaker opponents
		She is quite adept with manipulation of equipment and tools, and can absolutely beat your ass at video games most of the time
		Leu fully exploits her three-dimensional-space motion, flying quite a bit more than most folks and likes exploring vertically as much as any bird could
		Extremely intelligent and apt to soak up knowledge just by casually listening in on high-end scientific conversations. Leu puts her mind to work constantly, and enjoys puzzles, challenges
		Though her graduate studies were interrupted by the 'incident', Leu is still at the top of any tech firm or science outpost's application list; she always expands her knowledge
		Unlike some science nerds, Leu is able to remember how to chat people up, be fun, and not snub those who can't or won't speak up for themselves; she lets everyone have their turn
		There's no doubt that Leucadia as well as Darkmatter's appearance is quite impressive, she loves to dress to accent her powers, if they're going to be visible, make them work for her!
		She does like to have others do the actual leadership, but knows how to pick up the sidequests and keep others from falling behind, by issuing careful suggested orders
		Darkmatter will move into danger without hesitation, she's seen much, much worse, so let's go!
		Her power is not unlimited, she does dole out attacks and boosts carefully, and is always thinking about ways to conserve her energy in a protracted fight
		Still somewhat new at her actual heroics, Leu puts what she knows how to do up front, and effort into her team, though sometimes she must take a breather and let others do the heavy work

Once she knew she was going to be 'hunted' for her abilities, Leu dedicated herself to counteracting any negative bullcrap that the Agency put out to discredit her: people know she's a good guy.	And she is: a good guy. Very much so. She will not hesitate to help those in need, even if it's something 'too simple' or 'below' a hero's level, she wants to give everyone the chance to know that good comes from within	She knows so much about how people work. Sometimes, that isn't a good thing, but she won't give up on those who have already succombed to anger or hate: there's always hope and she wants to make sure it's shown
