Medical/Sentient +6 In order to make sure that his patients survive and are healthy enough to move from phase to phase of any experiment, he knows how to keep them not just alive, but thriving. Pets? Only Yimna would have pets, and most of those are for theory and riding classes
Partners? They are not a couple, no matter how much people want them to be. They might wind up together at some point but romance is not on their minds at all just now
Children? Not yet, but indeed, they would make good offspring. Those will be designed carefully by Kezul, of course!

* The species formerly known as Kaminoan 'died out' around the time these two were born, though whether they actually have vanished it's hard to say given their prior isolation among the people of the galaxy. These two are specifically part of an offshoot breed that were altered after the Clone Wars and before the species competely vanished from sight. At least by some experts of their race, it was determined that if they were to survive at all they would need to vary themselves rather than rely so heavily on their current methods. Thus some amount of experimentation had been done on their line, and as such these two are not only longer lived than their ancestry (they might expect to live over 200, where normal Kaminoans lived around 90-100) as well as being much more colorful and slightly less xenophobic. They have increased tolerance for environmental changes, but are still largely the same physically (with their height and odd build being the same) with more colorful skin and slightly faster movements. This pair were bred and raised in an undersea pod and are much more comfortable below the waves than above. Neither of them require water as an environment physically but like the pressure and closeness it provides.

Features: bipedal and quite small, nearly humanoid in size; all limbs have large claws, 3 toes, thumb+3 fingers and a wing finger fore, wings 3 flight fingers + thumb and short finger on wrist all capable of manipulation; face long and narrow with nose beak and tall Hathian eye armor, split points; tall Ryslenese crest; hide skin, egg layer, does not require bond
Powers: Winged Flight - Seq is strong in the air when he's alone, and careful when he's entrusted to carry items, though he is not all that fast nor durable; he can maintain a course in strong winds or bad weather, and will get where he's going in time. He prefers to use a chest harness for carrying things even though they're rather... ungainly (having to buckle around his neck, tail and legs rather than any of his wing arms) because he likes using his arm wings as directional balance, instead of to carry items
Teleportation - while Seq certainly can follow his sibling around, he tends to remain on-site, and moves between Carramba's full campus and the Dome with regularity, and that's about it. He has however been known to wind up at The Pier, which is well out of the way for some dragons, but a spot known to many Carramba grads... a nice surfing spot in its own unique dimension.
Communication - telepathically Seq is not all that great, he's quiet most of the time though to his bond-friend he is animated and chats quite a bit - he's not dumb, but one might get the impression that he's there for support only, and that's not right at all. He does make little sing-song noises and where he really shines is using other devices to communicate
Electronics Control - all computers and any device with a control chip or other such tech is at Seq's whim when he's within 25 meters. Though he can sense items farther away, he cannot control them unless he's closer. But that control is absolute. He can read powered disks and drives, intercept wifi and interpret modem signals, and generally speaking is a computer whiz for code and machine controls. He can use any speaker that has power - even if it's not hooked up to a control device - to create different sounds, from music to static attacks to clear English speech. And don't get him started on drone displays...
Current Generation - oh did you need that disconnected drive powered? It's done. If he is within 10 meters of any functional device, he can power it up remotely as though he is a very strong battery. This can overload items so he must be careful to test out their limits first, but any device from a laser pointer to a full sized power generator can be boosted or even turned off and siphoned 'dry' of its power
Lightning - though he doesn't like doing this as an attack, he can create bolts of what looks like 'force lightning' out of his horns, claws, and even breathe a bit of it. He claims that it leaves a very nasty taste in his mouth and mind, whenever he uses this, but it is capable of jolting and frying machinery or electronics, as well as causing serious damage to living things, the smaller of which might risk death. He does use this very carefully to make sure that there are no literal insects creeping around inside machinery nearby, 'bug fixes' indeed...

Features: bipedal and quite small, nearly humanoid in size; all limbs have large claws, 3 toes, thumb+3 fingers and a wing finger fore, wings 3 flight fingers + thumb and short finger on wrist all capable of manipulation; face long and narrow with nose beak and tall Hathian eye armor, split points; tall Ryslenese crest; hide skin, egg layer, does not require bond
Powers: Winged Flight - she's proudly among the tallest of her siblings, and is also among the strongest fliers, with or without her second set of wings to help out. Though it's a bit difficult, she can lift twice her bond's weight and carries it securely no matter if it's wiggling or bulky ("I am neither of those things!" I wasn't talking about you!). Even in the face of blustery winds or strong rain, Nivee is sure in the air, and makes Yimna recall her birth world in her excitement to get up into a stormy sky
Teleportation - Nivee was first between this pair to be able to properly teleport, and has hardly ever stopped. She tends toward short, 5 or 6 mile jaunts, but can keep this up for a dozen of them before getting winded, and can carry another full dragon's worth of weight if they're still and not squirming. (She ... actually has to be sitting on another dragon if she wants to move them while they're flying, but then she's hardly bigger than most human riders!) She is also stunningly adept at moving between dimensions, and was the one who broke out of Keenan's constructed hatching location with her sibling in tow as they were fledglings. She seems to have a strong innate sense of where the weak points in dimensional barriers are, and moves through them with the same strength that she shows in a big rainstorm.
Communication - telepathic
like the rest of her clutch, Nivee isn't as quiet and subdued as most, and chirps musically along with her mind. She can easily commune with dragons and humanoids bearing their own telepathy, and has a strong emotional bond with Yimna, so they are able to give pings and nudges even at distances over 20 miles (which is about how far out the research facility is, under the sea, from Carramba's campus on land)
Electronics Control - she likes to show off that she can control 'dumb' items such as simple switches and controls at long range, by flying over the campus parking lot (far too high up and too quietly to trigger them normally) and silently alerting all the car alarms. Yes, she is that kind of prankster... She likes playing with machine code, because on-and-off are things her squirrely mind really enjoys. Thus you'll find her pre-programming chips as they come off an assembly line, or writing data directly to a hard drive, and you will be unable to tell whether it was coded by a machine or by hand
Weather Manipulation - as strong as she is with electronics, she absolutely loves being in the air and flaunting her power over it. She doesn't actually control 'water and air', so much as the presence or lack of static energy around herself, pillowing bursts of air between electric energy. She can cause a sudden downpour coaxing specific particles to react, and equally can clear an area of about the size of a football field with concentration
Zappy - the air around her is almost always vibrant with small sparks of electric light, though most of this is harmless she can also turn it against someone who wants to sneak up on her... Also she leaves a shiny, sparkling trail in the air if she's used any weather powers, and has been known to weaponize those too, though they do very little damage it's enough to keep prying folks away from sensitive machinery or goods. Notably, all of her electrical based powers do not interfere with any data or electronics unless she wills them to!
