Powers

Family Ties and Sisters - has a very large family, all girls, that they can tap into for learning (Any Skill Cluster at 3), working, or passing the buck to when things go wrong. She is the hardly the youngest, with a Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, and Senior grade pack of them attending at any given time... and she isn't the last to be in this list... (though four is all I'll be documenting whew). This group of girls all have a strong empathic (and in some cases telepathic) bond to one another, and regardless of their distance or even being on different worlds/dimensions, they know where each other are at all times, though they have all learned to ignore each other when needed for concentration or privacy. They can each rely on one another for help, extra eyes and ears, hands for doing hard work, and keeping secrets. They will never betray one another, but they aren't always honey-sweethearts with the whole group, they have their spats and their disagreements, but they all agree to disagree about certain things, unless everyone in the family all realizes 'something is off'. They won't hesitate to get outside help from their extended relatives, or even just 'other people', in those cases where their sister won't or can't extract themselves from a situation. Be it having detention for something they didn't do, or did do, or being enamored of - or by - someone that is Bad News, they'll all pitch in to help work it out

Powers

Dodged It - whether it's responsibility, blame, or incoming laser fire, they will miraculously be missed almost all the time (almost). She enjoys slipping into meetings late, leaving early, or missing them entirely and 'catching herself up' later all with a grin a mile wide. She knows when to attend to things, definitely won't just 'conveniently forget' things that might get her or anyone else in direct trouble. But if she really needs to be doing something else, she'll bow out and no one will bat an eye. This works also for physical dodging, she's such a pro at dodgeball there's a strong chance she could have been a professional player if not for y'know, being a dragonrider first! This power gives her a +3 to her ride skill

Modest Localized Empathy - she knows how to select when and where to apply herself, when she has the feeling from someone that there will be trouble, she'll cool down and do her work. But if she's aware of a nonchalance on an instructor or random person, she is an absolute agent of chaos. This power allows her to detect the overall moods of groups at 25 meters, but also the direct intent of individuals within 10 meters or with touch, which she does detect while brushing past people in the halls

Dragon Riding - With an intimately close bond with Rollie, all aspects of the dragon's life are also incorporated into Dillore's. Flight, teleportation, long distance communications, anything the dragon can do, she's got a way to get it herself in a way, see below

Clusters 9

Stunt Riding +4(3) If ever there was a girl who embodied the 'rodeo spirit' of stunt dragon riding, Dillore's your girl. Energetic and sure, and clever with her use of her body as well as her dragon's. She can pick up a trick by watching it on a video or even reading a brief descrtiption, and put it into use after practicing a few hours. Because she's on a smaller sized dragon, obviously, this is easier in typical use, but she has been known to 'borrow' larger dragons or those with different wing types or even seaborn ones, to help train them or perform longer stranger stunts. This aspect also applies to basic ridable animals of all types, though she feels much more comfortable on an intelligent mount like her dragon. Any dragon she's riding and can communicate with mentally will benefit with a +3 to all physical actions including flame or other breath weapons, landing and taking off in odd places, and remaining in a pattern that is difficult. Other animals get a +2 to the effects. Notably if a person is riding nearby, their dragon (or telepathic mount) will virtually ignore their normal rider's commands if Dillore is present, so they have to be patient and keep their head to avoid disaster, because if they try wresting control over their direction at the wrong time, she won't be blamed, that's for sure

Gear Up! +2 She's often found with a saddle or bridle, harness or pannier, whatever the demands of the moment are for a performance. Her ability to select the right size, style, textures, and quality make her the best in the bunch for keeping the sisters' gear in good shape. Her tastes run fairly simple except when they're in a show environment, and then she'll make sure that all the performers make the most of their own choices, sprucing them up or replacing just enough to pass as a 'team colors' if someone doesn't have the same gear

Dragon and Mount Care +3 She'd never put a yearling horse into a race, they're not done growing yet! Equally she'd never hold back a racing dragon when they have been sitting around too long, but will make sure that their injuries have healed before doing. While she's not an 'expert' at medical work, she is an incredibly good physical therapist for dragons and show animals, and can appraise whatever is ailing them before they're sent off to the medical facility. She can perform simple healing duties such as stitching light wounds and wingsails, applying salves and draughts, hiding pills in fish, and using traquilizer darts when really needed. She also enjoys putting effort into their dens and housing, and can recognize if a dragon is otherwise healthy but shows signs of having the wrong sleep environment or a bad bond

Pattern Recognition +3 Whether it be personalities clashing every time they're around, watching the skies and seeing where the airlines and dragon flight paths avoid each other, numbers on an accounting sheet, or the cadence of a song, Dillore is able to distinguish when it deviates. This helps tremendously when matching dragon flight teams - even if she's not a physicist she can tell if a big dragon wing is disrupting the smaller ones around them, by watching how the little ones bump and jostle. She's able to sense more accurately any injuries that a normal animal mount might have by their favoring of a particular hoof at a specific angle, that might not be visible otherwise, and communicate with people of even radically different species by choosing the exact moment to point and indicate 'yes or no' even if no other words might be available

Organize Others +3 Any team or group that she's put in charge of will benefit, but she's also very good at helping a leader keep track of everyone even if she's not the one they look to. Usually just her presence is enough to do this, but sometimes she needs to leave written instructions, or video demonstrations, and with those she has a great grasp of how to make sure everyone 'in the future' is on the same page as if they're right here with her at the time. She usually nudges her sisters to physical meetings subconsciously, 'passing along' the urge to show up at a certain place and time, which pervades their elders minds

Knacks 3 Loves A Parade! +3 So much so that she'll likely learn more about rodeos, show events, dragon racing and stunt teams, to take this back home and make sure that events coordination is done right. But there's more to it than just throwing a bunch of dragons out there and letting a crowd form, there's advertising, permits and regulations (which she will follow to the letter since they involve other people's needs!), figuring out paths and weather, all of that is important to her desire to show off. It's the one time she'll do paperwork without grumbling

Other Info All the girls live in the dragonry group housing, and as each one has impressed they move into their new suitably-sized private weyrs in the Magical Housing area. This allows them to more easily access their homeworlds using portals, and has access to the entire campus as well. When they return home to Alskyr they will likely have their own finely-crafted locations at the Alabaster Weyrhold's quarry

Dragon

Name: Zedrolainth (ZED roll ain't th) "Rollie"
Gender: Female
Size/Shoulder/Length: Small, 8" s / 27' l / 42' ws
Colors: Body from nose to tail, legs, backs of wings very dark green, with brighter medium-light green markings on eyes, chin and neck, splash on chest, fore paws, and backs of legs/hind paws, and under full wingsails; white triple dot markings on sides of head, shoulders, and hips
Features: Nonstandard Pernese, no headknobs, ridges, or tail split, but otherwise standard for the breed in all ways, not much smaller than normal even though she's a twin
Powers: Winged Flight, Zedrolainth is as expected for a 'rodeo dragon', extraordinarily flexible and agile, with surprising force and speed, as well as endurance for large events. She is able to fly in virtually any weather conditions from deep fog to blizzard winds, blistering heat, and gross sticky humidity - prefering open skies and warm air of course, but any flight is a good flight! Tends to only carry her rider and whatever harness or show gear is needed, and prefers no harness since they are a team!
Teleportation, mainly a localized on-world teleporter, Rollie can zip around above an area in a quick pattern to get all the landmarks recognized, and within about a 10 mile stretch can return to any of those landmarks unfailingly without tiring. She can do longer distances but will want guidance and a little rest afterward. She is able to move between dimensions reasonably easily but more relies upon her rider to decide specifically where or when to go, she doesn't want to get lost
Telepathy, with her bond at any distance, Rollie can get instant visual or conceptual information, sounds and pressure info, and can switch views with her, something that might be disorienting to anyone else. She is good with teams and groups with about a dozen members, and can encourage teamwork when her rider needs it, for around 10 miles worth of space between dragons. While she listens in on telepathic minds of non-dragons nearby, she can communicate to them or normal sentient beings at under 250 meters only
Telekinetics, very strongly able to manipulate her wings and tail to make tiny adjustments in flight, balance out hard winds or conditions, and even keep wetness from bothering either her own or her rider's vision and balance. In heavy rain, it's possible for her to simply not get wet, you'd see a hazy bit around her and Dillore that just ... never hits, slips off as if she's just a touch bigger than she is! Any time Dillore is standing up or 'wing walking' in a dangerous stunt, this power is on!
Carried Firebreath,
while she doesn't actually have the ability to either produce fire or chew a catalyst to do it, she carries it and will produce whatever the sire's ability might be in offspring
