Cute - wins hearts just by batting their eyes or flexing, while 'cute' isn't how many would describe him, he has a surprisingly good ability to sway other students or riders to his side of any disagreement. Rather than using his Relation With Parents skill for many debate or discussion rolls, Jet'set uses Cool instead, unless it's a person he believes is a parental-type figure, which ... isn't great
Standdown - allows them to fight like a God^ in overwhelming situations (fight skill, Cool goes to 6 for the duration); when that cute wears off, sometimes he does have to fight, and he loves to get the drop on unwary opponents who believe this 'skinny kid' is also 'fragile'... he is not in any way fragile
Dragon Rider - these abilities come with the territory of having access to a dragon, and don't reflect his own actual power (Dragon's abilities below) including flight, teleportation, telepathy, fire production, and telekinesis. However, he himself is strongly empathic toward dragons, and they tend to listen to him even above and beyond their rider if there's reason to disobey

Dragon Riding And Care +4 Though he spent a good amount of time fostered, he also spent most of that time dealing with whers, tunnel snakes, flitters, and the occasional weyrling dragon in need of a good rubdown. He's experienced with all the tack, gear, health care equipment, and locational needs of Pernese dragons. He does enjoy flying, but generally only on his terms, and not in a regimented Wing or fighting group, and since he has seen his share of injured dragons he wants very much to help those in need - healing not fighting. But he's never been able to get into the formal Guild or Craft Halls back home. Here, he stands a good chance, not only from having good strong courses in the subject, but because the people teaching the classes know how to get him where he's most needed

^Handle Any Situation +4 (3) Gets into and out of 'situations' on a very regular basis, and is markedly scrappy when it comes to fisticuffs. It's likely that he learned to fight from having to avoid his elder foster siblings, or protect the younger ones. He's quick on his feet and with his hands, that's for sure
Anatomy +3 he knows where to punch, grab, or even heal... and that goes for humans, these weird furry Kin or strange aliens, dragons, beasts, whatever. If he can observe an example of the species for a while (around 10 or 12 hours worth overall) he then is able to discern weak and strong points, useful abilities that are biologically based, and external needs. If he has a longer time to work with, or actual study subjects, he can glean internal organ placement and types, and more health information than just by guesswork
Study At His Own Pace +3 He can be very grumpy if he's interrupted, but when he's able to research and fact-check, Jet'set is confident and can ace exams or perform a specific job completely and accurately. If he is interrupted, however, he does have to start a bit over, and that has led to people thinking that he's not as smart as he really is. This in turn starts him on a defensive simmer...

No, You Really Wouldn't Like Him When He's Angry +3 He has a long fuse, but definitely packs a huge punch once you get that fuse lit. Thankfully he only has a few triggers for such a thing - people who mistreat animals, for instance, will get that thing sparked in no time. He will tolerate only so much prodding and jibes to himself before throwing the first - and often last - punch in a fight
Train You And Your Animal For You +2 With a glare, if you've been doing it wrong, he'll correct that behavior in both ways: telling you how to do it correctly, and showing you in the form of teaching the animal in question something simple. If you can't do that, you shouldn't have a pet...

Size/Shoulder/Length: Small, 7'9" s / 30' l / 50' ws
Colors: Body deep indigo blue with dark contrast shadow, marked with sky blue on face, neck, chest and belly, and around lower limbs in rings; wingsails slightly more vibrant indigo blue-violet
Features: Nonstandard Pernese, no head knobs, spine ridges or tail split/spade, otherwise fairly normal with pawed feet, leathery wings
Powers: Winged Flight, Zedirinth is like his rider, stronger than he looks for his size. He's far more durable in the air and can fly for a long while, much more so than most small dragons. He's capable of lifting very heavy weights for short flights, and is stable while hefting oversized items. He's not really fast nor tremendously agile, but gets the job done
Teleportation, when he knows where to go, he gets there instantly no muss no fuss. He relies on his rider for directions to new places, but they're both chill enough that even if he winds up somewhere else, they can adapt. Can but rarely does travel through the Nexus, and prefers this current Twoarth realm over his rider's somewhat disagreeable homeworld
Telepathy, Zedirinth's mind is always listening in, but rarely commenting. He will alert his rider to anything dangerous or cruel going on around him, and can manage this connection up to 50 miles away. He can relay other dragons' communication to Jet'set when within 2 miles
Telekinesis, odd for a male, he can strongly lift and manipulate items close to himself, mainly centered around his forelimbs, shoulders, and paws. This allows his flight to be as stable and strong as it is when he's doing that lifting, but also he can maneuver smaller things like individual crates or boxes, small children, errant dodgeballs, with manual precision almost as good as a biped with thumbs
Assisted Firebreath, can chew firestone and produce flames, but has yet to do this, and is unlikely to need or want to learn even if he's 'supposed' to be a fighting rank
