Powers	Metasynth Treated - adds 5 to Bod/Feets permanently, and has other effects. Normally the Metasynthesis processing tends to increase intelligence and empathy, in V'kix's case it dramatically increased his dexterity and strength. Rather a lot like any given Sanger in that dimension, he has senses that are off the charts, speed and agility that defy any normal human convention, and is also far smarter than normal due to nerve tissue growth. Though unrelated to Kallwan or Naleni, V'kix is very clearly Yet Another Sanger. He can deadlift over 500 lbs, and can carry 300 lbs without trouble for extended periods (so, y'know. Those two people on his shoulders he's rescued!). Running speed for him is around 20 mph at a comfortable sprint but he can maintain that sprint for over a mile steadily. He can also manipulate items very quickly, juggling and handwriting - sometimes at the same time... -- Flexi, some of the weirdest postures, positions, and where he finds himself are available to V'kix, and he can get into and out of them with ease. Even to the point of being able to open doors just by squeezing his fingers somehow through cracks, or being perched on an incredibly improbable narrow ledge on an outcropping, V'kix delights in watching people look impressed as his antics -- Natural Linguist, words come easily to him, and with that, the concepts of most cultures can be understood very easily. He can learn to be conversational in a language with a native speaker within a month or so, though needs practice with it to maintain or grow vocabulary, and must learn to read or write it (though at a pretty rapid pace too) separately. He can become fluent in a human/oid language within a year. ^Gains +3 Skill below -- Oversensitive Skin, a down side of having such impressive nerve growth is that sometimes he's overwhelmed by physical sensations. He's particularly sensitive to temperature, and prefers to keep his fingers and toes covered in cold weather because he feels every single little crisp chill bite. Otherwise he can detect subtle changes in temperature as well as pressure, and he has the ability to know exactly how high up he is, while flying thanks to this. His sensitivity isn't as bad but is definitely present, in internal organs, muscles, and even glands, so like most Sangers... he can sense when he's digesting food or if there's a poison he needs to work with Dragon Rider - because he's impressed to Zekenth, the dragon offers particular abilities such as teleportation, flight, fire breath, and telepathic communication. His mind is easily able to understand the needs of his dragon, and could instantly tell that there was more to this 'bronze' dragon than just 'is that also yellow enough to be called gold'
Clusters 9	A Scientist At Heart +3 Always looking at things with a logical mind, a critical eye, and a theory to explore. Applies his knowledge to humans, kin, aliens, dragons, whatever is at hand. He's more likely to create a human gene therapy than one applying to an animal or dragon, and he knows how to use equipment to acquire, detect, pry apart, put together, or completely rearrange and create from scratch, though whether he will always have access to this kind of thing is possibly in question. (He does claim to have seen it in action while a child, so it's possible that his home Pern didn't lose access to their own engineering equipment - or that he's part of a very early culture there)
Skills	^Understand Any Human/oid Language Basics +5 (3) He can pick up words from the idle chatter everywhere around him, and when they're repeated enough he knows context as well. He is fluent in three languages so far, English, Spanish, and Latin - not just scientific Latin but actual 'latin as you might speak it in an alternate Earth where it didn't fade from common use'. He is passing and conversational with Korean, Japanese, French, Highly Specific Technical Jargon, and some other assorted languages commonly found on campus, and he is never at a loss for emergency words to get people to understand him Hottest Nerd You Know +3 If there's a conversation about a scientific journal or discovery, or a tabletop rpg going on, he's right there. He's a poster child for 'that is a nerd?!' Not that he doesn't also hang out with riders and the weight training gang, but he's more comfortable in a lab coat than a leather corset let's say... Well he's also comfortable in that but that's his Sanger side showing... Riding and Care of Dragons +2 His Impression was unexpected, but he's taken to it with style. He's still young and learning however, so he's not going to want to be in charge of a Wing or anything - and oh crap, that's right, even if his dragon is 'one or the other' gender, the expectations of either a Gold or a Bronze ranked Pernese dragon is... well, yeah. Huh. Thankfully since the dragon is both gold and bronze many 'traditional' Pernese folks think he's some kind of freak, and won't place too much responsibility on him for avoiding Threadfall or leading a wing or weyr. However that has never stopped him from learning about the dragons, how they work, what they are capable of, and how best to make sure they're able to keep doing those things!
Knacks	Doesn't Like Deep Water +/- 3 Look, that's all muscle. He floats like a rock, and while he's not 'afraid' of it, he is clearly unsuited to swimming in water deeper than about 8 feet. He'll fly over it, but trusts that his dragon won't just dive directly into the sea to reach the Dome's hunting ground... Voted Most Likely To Become A Teenage Dad +2 That's fine with him, he knows how important it is to care for kids, and enjoys being around them already. But he is super flirty, with whoever comes his way, be they male, female, something between, something with fur, or a shifter! He always makes his partner feel like they're the most important person in the world!
