Photographic Memory - can remember every detail and mood, including the shitty parts, since he was a toddler; can describe it all in gory detail to boot

Natural Born Talent - Engineering is his passion as well as his easiest skill set. Has a +3 to Gadget Based Abilities. DK has tools and is not afraid to use them, he can assemble or disassemble things easily, and creates new devices that actually work far more often than fail. Abilities below are such powers in action, he has a set of grenades which do Bonk to enemies as well as Heal the team, but added things like thrown items, shields, and half-finished or broken gear

-- Bonk Transfer - able to move Bonk from one person to another, often sharing quite a bit when Sal goes big! Wears off after about half an hour, but only drops to normal rather than 0 if damage has been taken

-- Spoilsport - can negate abilities in use, generally speaking powers or magic if they have a delay long enough to interrupt them. Whether this is because he hits them with a thrown wrench or shouts at them hard, doesn't matter, they are distracted. This is not an 'extended play' negation, rather it's an interruption so the person can still always start doing whatever it was again. Only this time they have a 7 foot tall Nomad Raider on their ass

-- Buff You Up - he's been watching those Red and Blu teams go back and forth and realized how cool that Uber Gun is... Can for a short period boost all of the defensive and strength based abilities of a single person while he's using the gun. He cannot be doing other things at this time, and only one person can benefit. This wears off the moment he stops using the device, and it has a 1 minute long duration (yes that sounds short but if you're in combat it's ages!), with a 20 minute cooldown. Yes, it causes the person he's buffing to glow and shine!

Gadgetry +5 Cleverly designing a great many items, including the tools to create others, DK sees virtually everything as a fun challenge to overcome with brain power and a little elbow grease and maybe a dip in the Eridium vat. A lot of his gear is Eridium powered, and thus gives off that spooky violet glow, as well as producing slag as a side effect (which goes into other things like bullets for the gang!). If he finds a new tool he always tries applying it to existing gear, and if he discovers a gadget (usually mechanical) that he's never seen he grasps how it's used with just a little careful examination

Chemical Engineering +2 He's got to know exactly what all that Eridium is doing to himself and the others, right? After searching around some of the Hyperion labs and Dahl facilities left over after Jack's destruction and the opening of Vaults, a lot of good work had been in progress. Okay a lot of horrific experiments had been in progress, and thankfully were stopped by those Vault Hunters. But the information garnered from them means he didn't have to do it all over again

He Heals But Don't Call Him A Doctor +3 Through the power of Science! he is able to regenerate and heal wounds, but there is often a cost to the person healed, such as a day or two hangover or strange purple pustules that vanish after about a day. If it's an Eridium-powered thing those effects are obvious to others, but if it's a regular old mechanical gadget this won't happen (except for some lasting memories perhaps)

Not Hot Under That Outfit +3 DK is suited to life on Pandora, which is warm and tends to be dry where the gang's from, but Nomads like his family have resided in the swamp or mountain passes, or deep forest (where you can even find those any more is anyone's guess) or lush islands, all with the same hefty leather and ballistic cloth armor from climate to climate. He doesn't ever seem to be bothered by the warm summer days at the beach of Crescent Bay, nor by the super cold Zero Degree Lab. Doesn't prefer very wet areas, but yeah okay he floats fine even with all that stuff on him... shuttup

Talks Shop With Anyone +3 From professors to cheerleaders, surf bums to hair stylists, DK has a knack with finding just the right things to spark a conversation. He does come at this from an engineer's perspective so sometimes he might lose a cheerleader when he asks them about the pressure coefficient of that humanoid-pyramid and if it would benefit from having another 'taur at the base, but by and large he can hold his own even with subjects he has little actual interest or experience with. This can help get allies or information, particularly because he has that steel trap of a memory and knows when someone is talking about another person or event he's already heard of!

No, Really, He Is A Scary Monster! +3 pfff no one believes this if they've spent even a few minutes talking to him or even just watching DK behave around people he likes. While not necessarily a gentle giant nor a softie, he's compassionate to a fault and protective toward his chosen family. Get between him and his friends, and you'll see the other side right quick. And then you'll stop seeing that and start seeing stars...

Powers: Winged Flight (5) His rider's big but he's bigger! Strong and quite durable, though not remarkably elegant in the air, Siio is fit to bring the whole group places as he is definitely the largest dragon on the team. Well normally he only carries gear and his rider, but he is strong enough to lift all the kids and then some. Can carry it wherever needed, be it 2 blocks away or 200 miles, whatever he'll do it for scraps and shiny rocks
Teleport (4) genrehop (3) If he needs to get to and from a stranger place than normal, be it on or offworld, he can just concentrate on returning to their base or their home in the Canyon. He has a decent skill in local teleport: where he can see, he can go. He will do this up to 3 times before needing to rest a little, but his range is literally only limited to line of sight or his imagination
Telepathy (3)
He is more comfortable with thinking to his rider or other telepathic dragons, than anyone outside their small group of friends. But he does have an interestingly shiny mental voice
Assisted Firebreath (6) Assisted by Eridium rather than firestone or coal, a highly volatile substance like this is dangerous in the wrong hands, but after a good amount of experimentation it's clear that DK knows what he's doing by feeding him this stuff; his fire breath is incredibly bright, violet shaded, and has the edges of sparkling white glitter from still-hot Eridium as ash. He can direct a swath of this flame over about 250 meters accurately, and also can belch out a big wad of it that's mostly slag after any given firefight, which also is re-used for the gang's weaponry and defenses
Telekinesis
(5) He can easily take on piles of ammunition, spare six packs of soda, an entire court of tennis balls, whatever, and they will stay where he puts them on his shoulders. Unusual in a male apparently, this power is quite strong for him and definitely is of use in battlefield situations where they must cruise over an area to pick up friends, ammo and gear and deposit them somewhere else quickly. Almost like an electromagnet, he just flaps over something and once it gets close enough to grasp, POP they're now clinging maybe to his elbow or under his wingsail. He doesn't tire of this activity, and absolutely loves to comb over a battlefield once things are settled, because then he can help clear out the good stuff, coming home like a bristling chia pet that has an off-button, showering the group with shells, missiles, guns, and skulls
Chameleon Coloration (3) Not controlled, this power is greatly enhanced by chewing the Eridium given to him, his rainbow patterning can easily overtake the brown base of his hide, and patterns of brightly glowing violet-white begin erupting over his wingsails
