Features: Dragonheart dragon, Dracanian/Danachian; four legs with 5 and 3 toes with claws, body has armor on fronts of legs, belly, and tail tip; two wings with three internal fingers and an elbow strut, short claws and short wrist claw, and do not connect down body; head is boxy and has dislocatable jaws and retracting fangs like a snake (but no venom), short spikes on jaw, short back curving horns, neck with spikes and webbing, and spike webs on rump; tail has four retractable blades that are normally carried closed in that spadelike shape.
Powers: Winged Flight, somehow able to fly, albeit not particularly fast nor with much agility, Chiljil is a hefty dragon and prefers to be on the ground, though still flexes quite a lot to show off their gorgeous markings while there
Teleportation, can move between spaces with ease, however, and seems to leave no vacuum behind; able to travel up to 30 miles at a time, and carry immense weights (or more accurately, to take with whatever is nearby and not nailed down so to speak), so they serve as a transport dragon as needed
Communication, Telepathy and Verbal Speech, Chiljil is enamored of learning many languages, and while he can't speak all of them easily, he definitely has more than just a couple under his belt; this also extends to draconic tongues, first learned from Dracar, and later from those at Carramba and Crescent City; his telepathy is quite strong, able to detect thoughts from large groups with ease and sort out their chatter without confusion, though his range is only about 200 meters with this; individually he can spot one or two of the group's minds at up to 2km though
Chameleon, can manipulate the colors, patterns, and textures on his hide, especially excelling at camouflaging themselves among rocks and other natural environments, and Chiljil's natural environment tends to be marble and glass, that counts right?
Exhale Fire, The ability to expel twin streams of fire from the nostrils, though you won't catch him doing more than a clever puff or curl of smoke, his fire can be remarkably hot when he's in a mood
Heart-Sharing , "Half my heart to make you whole." In dire circumstances, the dragon can split their heart and share it with another. From this point onwards the two are irrevocably linked, will feel each other's pain, and the death of one will result in the death of the other. These dragons cannot initiate a bond outside of the Heart-Sharing ability, but can be the target of another's bond. Thus Chiljil is not bonded but sponsored by Yodel and the group, which suits all of them just fine

Other Info: "Oh you're putting together a group? Fabulous!" Who even knows where they find this information out, but Chiljil definitely wanted 'in'. As the 'backdrop' with those massive wings showing off gorgeous peacock patterns, they clearly are meant to be on stage. They do however help get gear and items as well as any tag-along folk who can't fly or teleport, where they need to be too. You won't hear real complaints from Chiljil, but you will get an earfull of gossip and dishing where needed.
