Dragon Tuning - while this is very vague, it is clear that dragons of most offworld sorts (and those related to them on Zekira) are friendly and interested in Shmao. They rarely turn her down for pets and praise, and may even seek her out for a chat during down time between alien attacks or during parties

Water Affinity - Though she cannot breath under water, Shmao is capable of sensing through the water around herself when immersed, and feels the currents, purity, and pressure easily. With intense concentration, she can also affect those things just a bit, but not enough to call it a true Manipulation power. However she will not suffer any negative modifiers from being in water, she cannot drown, and doesn't mind cold, harsh currents, or just getting slapped by a big wave, while everyone else might get tossed around or struggle

Major

Electrical Manipulation (Biological or minor tech) - Shmao is capable of feeling and comprehending the electrical impulses around herself at about 20 meters in a sphere. Things with a biologial origin are much easier for her to actively listen in on or even nudge a bit here and there. She could tell you if there's an animal or a battery in that area, but if an animal it's definitely going to be more strongly pinging her mind. She can then also adjust it, briefly disrupting an electrical circuit in machinery or computers, or giving a brief but harmless stun to an animal up to 80 BT. She can use this to disrupt swarms of sand flies, for instance, and is able to be selective about where her stun or senses are more focused. This power is actually always on for the purpose of sensing, something which she'd kind of like to learn to ignore... It does not consume any of her endurance to use it passively, but if she needs to alter or shake up any electrical currents or items, she can handle one or two large jolts but must rest after that

Aquatic Plant Sense/ID/Locate - within about 200 meters she can detect and give a detailed analysis of plants that require a watery or very wet / humid environment. Though she cannot actively shape or modify them, she has easily been able to figure out ways to make them thrive in different conditions, and has a good business venture going to provide these plants to fancy rich people's homes...

Special Weather Control - though limited in its scope physically, Shmao is able to sense weather patterns at up to 10 miles away in all directions, and to an extent within about 2 miles nudge strong air currents, create and mitigate rain and humidity, sense and gently nudge pressure systems locally, and even radically change the temperature of a nearby area (under 200 meters only). She can use this ability to leave a wake of a specific pressure, skirting an area with a low-pressure zone to encourage clouds and rain, or pushing away dangerous winds and negating small tornadoes or hurricanes off the coast. If she gets up close and personal during an actual active storm, she can combine this with her electrical manipulation power to divert or cancel out lightning strikes, or cause them, with great effort. She must be in the air to do this, so it's a good thing she has a dragon that can fly in such conditions!
Physical Mutations / Social Disadvantages
Mutations Major: Is a Zeddian living on Zekira, having arrived with a number of others and settling in just a bit before being brought to Twoarth for dragons. They are tall, standing well above humans and a little taller than most Zekirans as well, thanks to their extended spine and added pair of arms. They come only in shades of black through white, with markings in all shapes and patterns. All also have a modest amount of psionic power, and fertility with Zekirans or other bipedal humanoids is a bonus too. Females carry 'facial / body hair' genes just like humans might, but don't display them as males would.

Vastly Prefers The Ocean, where many Zekirans are afraid to even step into a shallow pond, Shmao thrives on the coastal waves and loves swimming. It's true that the water here isn't nearly as bouyant as home or other places because of its low salinity, but she is quite able to adjust for that anyway. However this means that many people might be put off by her showing up wet or having to go visit her on a boat or something...

Air Breathers unless a power indicates more; Hide skin with scale-like patterns, they are not scaled/fishy; Four legs with three digits all webbed; Head with tall sharp crest supported by single spine, 'ear' fins with single spine, eyes pupiled; Dorsal ridge with large sharp triangular shapes; Tail Very Long, ends in large jagged fin
Clutch Features: Head long and narrow, angular; fins do not have separate spike support
Dorsal ridge begins at rump; Legs have clawed toes, and webbing from paw to elbow/heel; Has two single-fingered leathery wings that can support short flights and break falls but are of much better use for propulsion in water
Powers: Winged Flight (6) Birayssuk is actually quite adept in the air, though only for short distances, generally with help from strong sea winds and perhaps a little bit of her bond's weather power to help out. They do make her demonically fast and agile in the water, too!
Teleportation 4, Genreohop 6, knows exactly where she is in terms of where she's been, be it somewhere inland due to travel in rivers, or another planet or dimension entirely. Can reach locations that she's visited before easily but the farther they are in both local or dimensional distance from 'here and now', the more tired she'll be on arrival
Telepathy and Verbal Speech (5), where some dragons might be only able to use one or the other, Birayssuk is strongly able to listen to and understand verbal speech, and is able to supplement that with her mental acuity. She speaks fluently in Zekiran, as well as having learned a fair amount of English while staying at Twoarth's hatching area. Her mind is sharply warm, the feeling of putting your hand over a steaming kettle. Chirp Song (1) she knows that others in her line have a stronger ability to make dolphin-like sounds, but this is a little stunted in her, as is her sonic ability below
Aquatic Adaptations - Deep Swimming (2), Water Requirement (3), Adapted (4), though she doesn't care for the deeper and darker locations, she's still able to withstand a bit of pressure, darkness, and the chill of deep waters easily. She can hold her breath for an hour in less challenging tides or currents. She does need to be fully immersed for a while every day, but it doesn't have to be overnight, and can even come in the form of a nice fountain dip or hose in the back yard
Water Manipulation (4) As her bond, Birayssuk is capable of changing the way water moves in a large sphere around herself, and making similar adjustments when they need to harvest plants, rescue people, or salvage wrecks around the area. She easily skims the surface fast as a torpedo by using this power to create a wake in front to pull her along, but also can cause a towering wave to smash enemies that are close enough, under 100 meters distance. Shmao only wishes she could have this level of control over her ability!
Water Breath Weapon (2) she can exhale a plume of sucked-in water that is less accurate past about 50 meters, but she can use this to water plants on land
Steam Breath (6) If she actually needs to attack, she can superheat that same water vapor and cause terrible burns that linger and stick, strong enough to overheat an alien's vehicle if it passes near her. This power is accurate to about 100 meters but can be a short and broad fan that creates a scalding shield, or a foot-wide nearly-plasma hot beam around 150 meters in distance
Sonic Pressure Blast (1) this is a hardly-used power, she calls herself 'tone deaf' since she also doesn't speak the chirping language of dolphins and birds, and likewise this power to attack with sound is broken and weak. She can certainly bust a wine glass with a shriek, but doesn't trust herself to use it without consequences otherwise
