Budak
Savings 366, not all that much but then her prior owner was quite restrictive with the gifts that anyone might offer his Budak, so she's had to work for even this much in the few years she's been with Threen
Profession / kc per year 63,505 needed to Free/Raise, however if she can wheedle that genetic training out of Threen she might even just title to Dragon Breeder and still maintain Budak status - she's not super intelligent but she's bright enough to know that a roof over her head and regular health care is more important than going it alone
Powers
Genetic Purity
Power Rank
35 - the shift from Animal Tuning to Dragon types means a lot of overlap but also less focus to the powers or mutations in her line
3 - average strength with a variety of powers available

Minor

Sense Dragon Powers - Extremely handy when there are a wider number of different dragon types working on one project, with touch or proximity (depending on the strength of the power) she can determine what exactly each of them is capable of doing

Sense/Locate Medium/Small Animals - This used to be a mainstay for her work at the hunt park but now it's there mainly to get food for the dragons... she can still use it, but it's not her focus any longer

Major

Dragon Telepathy (strong) - Along with being able to detect a dragon's presence nearby, she can communicate full thoughts, basic commands, and sense the overall mood and health of the dragons in her area; she can reach dragon minds of Int 40+ up to 3 miles away, a much bigger area than most, mainly she was used to seeking animals on the ground and this has served her well here

Genetic Alteration Animals/Dragons - With practice and knowledge she will eventually be able to help create new features, or secure the health or appearance of dragons within their eggs. However this has only worked for her on impulse and instinct, so far, and without the formal training needed, she cannot legally use it nor can she take on the Status until that time - but she may get to practice frequently enough since Threen has put in the paperwork for this permission

Special Coordinate Dragon Powers - For flight and combat organization, breeding purposes (for nonintelligent local dragons), and overall group activities, she can make sure that there are appropriate powers in use or subdued, and with proximity (around 100 meters in a sphere) she can activate and nullify those powers herself. She does have a good sense of what to do with them, though with offworld dragons this is a little less effective since they are first off much smarter overall than the locals, and may resist consciously, but also they may have sets of powers that defy normal Zekiran descriptions ("magic, what's that?"). But basically for any element-based or typically found powers among the Zekiran population, many of which are echoed in their engineered dragons, she knows how to get the most out of a group. On command, for instance, fire breathers would be able to send up a powerful sheet of flames, or a teleportation event might rescue a much larger group just by being in a protective circle around those in need. She does have a flair for the dramatic...
Physical Mutations / Social Disadvantages
Mutations

She has small horns that allow her to headbutt things without taking damage to herself, though they don't do a lot of damage themselves (2 pts bashing each) it's often enough to surprise predators, or stun prey

Also fitting with a goat-like appearance, she has minor facial modifications, including medium slightly floppy ears (hearing 2x), a broad nose, and herbivore teeth suitable for shearing grass, and she is capable of digesting celulose raw, she doesn't require this diet but it's there and in case of breeding mixes might develop into other things

A tail without hair peeks out from her outfits, it's been bitten more often than she'd like to recount, but at least it wasn't her rump...

Disadvantages She does have a rather goat-like personality - very forceful, aggressive, and abrupt. This has caused some issues with higher-status folks when she worked on the hunt park, but it suits her duties fighting against alien threats and rescuing scared people quite well
Skills (5 = normal/adequate, 15 = typical professional, 30 = truly stellar professional level)
Basics Literacy 3
Math 3
Personal 4
Land/Area 6 (will increase over time in specific Zones)
Status Obedience 4 - typically higher than this for a Budak, her personality and willingness to literally butt-heads with animals as well as people (verbally... or is it?) means she sometimes struggles to 'do what she's told'. She's very strong willed
Command 4 - and also atypically for a Budak, she has an incredibly good grasp on how to actively give orders, and expects them to be followed. Thankfully as a Dragon Master she is allowed this skill, and deals with it far better than expected (by higher Status folk anyway)
Law / Dragons (1) - there are rights and responsibilities involved with those who breed and command dragons, and she wants to be on top of this - it's uphill work, since she can't understand some of the advanced language, but eventually she'll still manage more
Politics / (nope) - will definitely stay away from this, even though some have suggested that with the right team backing her up, she could become a powerhouse of rallying or vote-gathering
Professional / Dragon Mastery

Basic Biology / Dragon 4 (15) - She's still learning about the overall differences in local dragons, let alone those offworld ones, but will have a sound knowledge soon enough
Advanced Biology / Local Dragons 5 (15) - her favored Sky dragons translate easily into many offworld types already, and she does know the layout of their organs, their diet requirements and such
Genetics / Dragon 1 (20) - this will come later, but she does listen with more than half an ear to any discussion that the Dragon Breeders are having, when she's around, and keeps that knowledge firmly in mind looking over others
Ride / Dragon 15, Steed (grounded) 5, Steed (flighted) 10 - she has been known to leap from Steed to Dragon and back, and does love the attention that garners, but she would never imagine trying to get someone else to follow her lead
Handling / Prey 10, Predator 5, Steed 10, Dragon 10 - When it bites, bite it back. Wait, no, but yeah... Understands the big differences between breeds of animals, dragons, their prey and predator relationships, and the food chain in general thanks to years of work in a hunt park
Suit Up / Steed 5, Dragon 5 - tack of all types, hunting and protective gear, invasion combat gear and the like
Events Organization / Hunt Park 15, Dragon Squad 10 - takes into account who might want what kind of trophies, how best to arrange that, and who to bring in when things go wrong; prefers dealing with dragons and their caretakers and only uses the hunting experience as a basis and not her focus any longer
Field Aid 5 - though not technically enough to qualify as 'Sehatan healing', she does know how to deliver quick bandages, assess damage and triage, and make sure that someone isn't going to bleed out from that bite; she'd rather be responsible for a lawsuit from living people, than responsible for a dead one in the field
Navigation / Aerial 10, Ground 5 - this was essential in the park, and even more so with aliens invading, though she tends to know wilderness routes and indicators more than urban settings and streets

Personal Skills Taxidermy, sort of... 2 - She does like trophies, and has a collection! Now, maybe with some training they might not smell so much
Power Use Sense/Locate Animals / Accuracy 5, Area of Effect 5, Range 10 - when you work in a place that has both prey and dangerous predators, knowing exactly where they are is very important indeed; this is more of use now for those prey animals for food
Dragon Genes/Powers / Accuracy 1 (5), Range 4 (5) - she's working with this power but will concentrate more on it later in life
Dragon Telepathy and Coordination / Range 15(!), Area of Effect 10, Accuracy 10, Duration 5, Endurance Recovery 5 - yes those powers do count as 'needing endurance', if she has to push her normal range, which happens quite often during an invasion
Dragon none yet, is quite hopeful for offworld types as a partner, rather than the controlled beast locals
