Other: she gives off vibes that usually scare off people who just want to get in her pants, and she likes that; You don't want to try getting into the Revisions' pants. They will be really, really scary.

Weight: 130* Icarus-Plasmid treatments reduce weight and strengthen bones, she's not significantly stronger than normal but is nicely toned

Hair: it started black, but after treatments started growing in violet... well, plum in fact, and she doesn't really want to find out if it will go back to black if she cuts it (it won't - but the ends will always lose their vibrant color); very long, usually to her thighs or rump, kept braided or in dreds because yes it absolutely is a mass of wooly fun. And she doesn't want to be seen as a puffball.

Eyes: golden yellow, she has a much more Japanese look than Plum even though that's very much where the epicanthal fold comes from. Under heavy violet colored brows

Appearance: darkly tan to light brown skin, without any markings or scars, her lips are naturally dark, and she tends to avoid makeup though if she does use it she applies it perfectly. She has a broad, flat nose, and wears colors that compliment her aura and powers as shown; her voice is quiet but really, really spooky at times

Icarus Processing: yes, the combined Icarus-Plasmid processing which laced fibers into her bones also embedded new DNA from both her dads as well as from stored 'Eve' vats. Rather than just injecting herself with a temporary boost, therefore, she is fully embued with her Vortal and Psychic gifts. The processing didn't increase her strength outright but she seems much more fit overall than most at her age, and she is a touch faster than most (around 2.5x); she does heal about 3x faster than normal, which is good because sometimes her dragon gets them into danger...

Genetic Abilities: With a dad that can use an out-of-body ability to project himself miles away from his own body, and another who can stop time and body hop, Shasta is able to control energies that most cannot even imagine. Like Paxton and several others in the Pantheon, she is able to sense and even control other bodies, and prefers ones which she herself has 'awoken'. Meaning: she can take a dead human body and revivify it, imprinting her own Vortal signature on it, and controlling it from afar. Unlike some though, these possessions are temporary, lasting only about 20 minutes depending on what she's actually doing with them. While she's in control over them, they look like her, and if they weren't wearing clothing (such as a long-dead corpse might have lost its garments, or those who've been scavenged) they will appear to be clothed in whatever she's wearing. She can do this rapidly, seeking out shells and pushing her Vortessence on them, activating them, and moving out within about 3 minutes. Also, she can handle up to 6 of them at once, though this will put some strain on her mind. Shasta does need a little down time between major efforts, but can often maintain two of these at a time for hours if there are enough bodies. There are always more bodies. She can see and feel through them, though speaking is often a little difficult and she prefers to just not need to be speaking through a dead throat. She can handle this at up to 500 meters, and she does need line of sight in order to begin the process, but not to continue it once they're up and running. Anyone who can see Vortal auras will see quite a bit of pale violet energy around her and them. After she's done with these bodies, however, they essentially crumble into dust, leaving nothing at all behind. She's become very good at using them as lures, distractions, and scare tactics, since they can take immeasurable damage before she just stops animating them and lets them poof away. They do not give off life signs, in fact they're just literally meat puppets, and though she can sense through them she's never once complained that they 'hurt' when they get shot at or walk through fire, merely 'more stiff and stringy and harder to make them walk'. Additionally she does have more standard Psychic powers of aura sight (to 500 meters), empathy (pfff. she loves it when she scares people, closer range at 25m or so), and strongly invasive telepathy up to 10 miles to Vortal minds, and able to pry into normal minds at 50 meters or less.
Skills or Profession: she was given skill downloads fit for moving around ruins as well as urban modern areas, survival tactics and the like, but also after her abilities became more obvious, forensics and biology in order to help her learn how to best control her new bodies out there. She's very good at tactical use of her Revisions (she likes that name), and they're not just for attacks or infiltration. She has used them to quickly build things, help assemble shelters, and herd animals or people around for rescues. She does like the artistic side of her family, but often is more interested in the technical aspects than the imagination or colors.
Personality: She's the pastel goth, she'd be the one you ask to lead your seance and she'd agree but then absolutely fuck your mind because there really is a dead guy under the floor. Her sense of humor is... dark. Super, duper, dark.

Events or History: with her dads being at the Hallowed Silk flight, it was a sure thing that they'd hook up. Their abilities are very good together, as Shasta is proof of that. She hadn't really displayed any 'weird' power until after she was Icarus treated, aged, and brought back out to the Healing Den for a dragon to appraise her. She went from a 2 year old to a 12 year old in only 5 months, and in that time seemingly she adjusted to being spookier than most. Even some of the Pantheon who can see ghosts think she's a bit weird. Oddly she's one of the few children born to Hallowed Silk participating parents, that didn't find a dragon among the ranks of the hatchlings at that flight.

Though neither of her dads really wants to admit it, she makes an incredibly good combat aide, and is found at the Rookery most of the time.

Size/Shoulder/Length: Medium-small 11' s / 45' l / 80' ws
Colors: *all subject to shifting, belly from chin to tail tip and behind legs always slightly lighter usually pale lilac/lavender with whitish splatter markings; body, face, limbs, wing arms, tail mainly light blue splattered with pinkish and whitish markings, but all scales are visible as hexes/cells; wingsails and neck fins mostly dark blue grade to white at edges, but heavily splattered with white, sky blue, and medium blue; face has purple and violet plating over forehead and around eyes; armor, neck frill spines, dorsal and side strips vibrant dark blue; horns, claws, spine ridge pale warm grey; reflective spots on neck, body, limbs, tail usually very bright cyan; eyes bright light green; the only thing on him that doesn't change is his face plating, though belly remains mostly light in tone, wingsails darkest with most contrast possible, and armor is quite vivid; otherwise his body is a scintillating mess of potential shapes, dizzying patterns that he can control with ease and to stunning effect (literally stunning) in all colors; this is the default when he's 'relaxing'

Powers: Winged Flight, Resplendence is a showoff and flirt, so he uses his flying to demonstrate just how viable he is. He does a lot of tricks, often buzzing enemies and friends alike with a very close shave of his tail tip, or low-altitude spirals and rolls. But he also gets serious and flies hard in dangerous conditions, and is unafraid - perhaps too bold - in combat. These tricks do come at a bit of a cost, he's good for lifting maybe 3 human-sized weights and not much more, and tends to run out of energy within about 20 minutes hitting the combat skies. He rests up and goes back in, though, and if Shasta convinces him to lay off the dumb tricks they can maintain a steady course for about an hour in smooth skies. Generally they find a spot and hide while Shasta does her weird tricks on the ground, and with his colors that's not so hard.
Communication, though Resplendence does have a minor Vortal bond with his rider, which they use to make sure neither of them are in any real danger and their approximate location within 2 miles, he lacks any other Vortal inputs, and thus speaks English and has picked up a lot of technical language and battlefield jargon from the combat ready dragons and fighters, he was quite young on arrival to the Rookery so he doesn't speak Draconic, though knows a few words. He has a high voice, surprisingly so for a male and one with as much energy as he packs, but he uses that to his advantage, because some females like that chittering bird song stuff.
*Color Shifting, as above, he is remarkably adept with this and though he doesn't do 'signage' with words, he can manage a lot of patterns very quickly, or small details particularly on his wingsails. He can absolutely blend in with surroundings, though if they're in dismal grey concrete rubble it tends to look a little too blue here and there. He can flash brightly from those cyan patches, and has been known to attract Combine scanners in order to destroy them, with them.
Rainwing Configuration, like all Rainwings he's got dangerously long and sharp claws on all his limbs fit for climbing through heavy forest and terrain, and can use those claws to cling to even the thickest metals, piercing Combine structure walls with ease, however that's about all he can do, as he's not strong enough to then rip it apart. (He has started thinking about 'cutting along the dotted lines' after punching hundreds of holes, though, but that takes time they might not have in the field.) His tail is strongly prehensile, though again not that strong so while he can use it to manipulate on the fly, or while they're resting, he doesn't really rely on it while flying to do big turns or rip up the terrain like he's seen others doing. Also his teeth bear venom that is suited to hunting, with a numbing paralysis eventually causing the victim to fall down, and 'rest', unable to move but certainly still awake enough to know they are going to be eaten. This effect is strongest on things that are smaller than a horse, though even similarly sized dragons admit they get a little worried when he bites them, as they tend to stagger and droop for a while before the effects wear off. The venom is not deadly on its own in any way, however, so he can use this to 'warn' even humans by brushing a little up to them. He tries to avoid doing that, he does love human interaction, and prefers them to be around - long enough to run away on their own accord when his bond shows up to do her thing. Their sense of collected humor is just weird.
Parentage: Unknown pure Rainwings, and the way he flirts there will likely be some blue-based Rainwing babies in the future

Other Info: He was not even fledged when he arrived to the Rookery's 'collection plate' portals in the desert between the Ranch and Rookery. So, someone is laying eggs rather close to whatever portals on Pyrrha still exist, even into RY8 and beyond, when they bonded.
