Other: While she's pretty and highly athletic she isn't much for personal contact, and is unlikely to accept romantic advances. She's not sure about splices just yet, but who knows, maybe there's a Great Khan out there who isn't completely blown by the chem use...

Height: 5'6" (barely), small even for ELL standards

Weight: the leather gear she's wearing right now weighs more than she does; though she looks quite petite, don't be fooled, she is not 'soft' and is very well toned though not 'cut' like a body-builder

Hair: charcoal to ashen grey-black, extremely shiny and looks a few notches lighter than it really is; very straight, and kept to shoulders, with bangs as shown

Eyes: Orange, a rusty shade, almond-shaped, and though usually they're covered with the bangs her brows are often quirked a bit in amusement

Appearance: light yellow-tan skin without any marks or even scars, she heals remarkably fast so any scrapes or scuffles she might get into in the New Vegas desert area heal easily. She prefers the 'native' look as shown, using leather and rarer cloth for comfort and ease of motion. Her shoes are actually modern and built with durability in mind, and can be unwrapped if need be into a reasonable length of rope, just sayin'. She doesn't burn in the sun, and her skin glistens quite gold in tone when she's been out a lot. She has full lips and a teeny nose, and tends to have a bit of grit to her high voice having been out in the dust storms

Icarus Processing: while being created and spliced, yes, and these have greatly improved her healing factor and flexibility, speed, and endurance in the field; she can go on extremely little food and water for extended periods. She also has very strong eyesight and doesn't suffer from bright lights or flashing

Genetic Abilities: Built for durability and difficult terrain management, Intrell is amazingly good at driving herself through sand storms, knee-deep in dunes, grit underfoot, and the bitter cold and blistering heat of the New Vegas desert climate. Nothing at all can come between her and her destination, even if she has to walk that three hundred mile perimeter she'll do it with a slightly-gritted smile. She doesn't mind bugs in her teeth while flying, it's almost like they bounce off, in fact. She doesn't have a specific power over this, but it perhaps is a localized telekinetic shield that keeps her from direct tiny-impact harm. Intrell can connect to any ELL in the local area (around a 300 mile range in fact) though lacks other forms of telepathy. She has a good empathic sense but that requires being within 10 meters of a person, so she rarely has practice with it save for the ends of her journeys across the southwest. With the Icarus process to boost her abilities, she is about 2x stronger than a normal person, 3x faster in both running and manual speeds, can move through very complex and cramped locations without disturbing even a single loose ceiling tile or toppling a precariously balanced box. Her body heals at up to 4x faster than a normal person, and that does include deep injuries, though they take longer to heal than superficial ones. She can see clearly through virtually any odd condition such as fog or hail, rain or heat haze, and can see greater distances in clear daylight, bringing newsprint into focus at over 500 meters, though she does have to concentrate on doing so.
Skills or Profession: As a specifically created ELL, she is meant as a long distance courier and delivery type, with a strong side of exploration and scouting. She has skill downloads for cartography and navigation, as well as a very strong grasp on balance, mass and weight distribution, and can juggle heavy packages as easily as golf balls in her deft hands. She can identify markings and read numerous types of shorthand or symbolic languages, particularly good when creatures like Deathclaws and groups like the Khans rely on those rather than written English for marking their locations. She also has good survival skills, and can use these mostly to help other people get by, since she herself hardly has a problem even if she's gone without eating or drinking for a few days. Why waste water on herself when someone else is barely surviving under that dust storm?
Personality: She's not all that terrific with people, but those she meets she is cordial and friendly toward particularly when they know she's a friend bringing goods and gear. While she isn't particularly gregarious she is definitely helpful and wants to make sure everyone gets what they need. She'll keep a list of those she meets along her journeys and if they've told her where they're headed - if she goes in that direction she may pop in and make sure they got where they're going.
Events or History: Created in Rapture with oversight from Mel and Raven and Rhea, and with the specific mutations and Vortal abilities she shows, she was placed with those out in the other desert - since the Rookery has already got more than it needs, her presence in the New Vegas area is very welcome indeed.

She was taken to a dark and strange place, one which had spooky sounds going that eventually resolved themselves: there was a dragon hatching going on! Almost fresh out of the Rapture facility and skill download devices, she and some others went on their merry way, with Intrell winding up with a freshly hatched brilliant orange and black dragonet! Berganith wasn't huge, but is very solid and she was delighted to carry him around while he rested!

As Berganith grew, his abilities also did. He is actually quite strong with the more rare telekinetic ability found among Pernese types, and with that helps her learn how to fly upon his confident back. They practice with heavier weights and imbalanced loads, and though she didn't stay long enough to actively fight Thread at the Weyr, Intrell was among the best firestone-sack throwers and catchers they had trained!

As adults in their own right, Intrell and Berganith headed home to the Mojave, first familiarizing themselves with the Strip and local encampments, the perimeter of the Vegas area itself, and then the wider Mojave. Aretha has tasked them with keeping the more distant communities in the loop for both aid and communication, and her favored spot is the northeast corridor into the Great Khan locations. Their twisty canyon range is remarkably fun to fly through, and they make regular deliveries to the group, listening to their wild tales and sometimes making sure that they have enough rad-away or addictol to make sure they aren't just drunk as skunks in case their enemies come back.

Features: Pernese, with large headknobs, quite big feets (5 and 3 clawed) evenly spaced dorsal ridges, split tail, and faceted eyes
Powers: Winged Flight, Berganith is stable and sturdy in the air, even during bad weather conditions, and prefers them in fact. He blends in with the swirling dust storms, or even the baked dry dirt of the Mojave, and can take to the air from a standing start even with a pile of gear and goods slung from his shoulders in a special transport harness
Teleportation, they trained well with this ability, and Berganith knows several very good spots to check on local activities, from the top of the Tops casino in the Strip, all the way north-east to the Great Khans territory. He does prefer flight, but is confident with this power as much as his rider is
Telepathy, speaks little, but has a good knowledge of human speech, as well as several local intelligent creature 'languages', which he aids with telepathic sensing. Though he's not a 'search dragon', he knows friend from foe, and can seemingly calm even the angriest Deathclaw if they accidentally stumble upon a nest of them. He can sense his rider at any distance, and communicates with her to convey longer-range conditions, local updates, or when he spots a straggler among the scrubland below
Telekinesis, very strong localized ability that gives Berg reasonably fine control over weight and mass, as he shuffles things in the chest harness for delivery duties, and keeps his rider from flinging off during big storms or dangerous stunts. Yes, he can do flippy barrel rolls and avoid outcrops at full speed in the canyons, even carrying explosive liquids in those containers... No one ever falls from him, when he's got them held either on his neck or in his paws, and even liquid doesn't get jostled somehow!
Assisted Firebreath, though this is definitely a power he has, he doesn't use it since training back at the Weyr. There might be reserves of coal or other such catalysts in the Mojave, but he knows that the local human settlers need it more than he does!
Parentage: Unknown, unrelated to those in this giveaway? / He is occasionally joined in the skies over the Mojave by another Pernese dragon with strikingly similar coloration and patterning - Zwuroth, another ELL's bond who usually is found on the Rookery, but in the same approximate location in the southwest. It's entirely possible that the queen doesn't realize they're not on the same dimension! If she's ever in the mood, Berganith will definitely be among her top choices of mates
