Weight: less than 100* Icarus mixing and early lack of a lot of sustenence means Vodell is quite slender, however she can fit into spaces that few others can, for this reason, and is much stronger than she looks

Hair: charcoal dark brown, thick and normally somewhat wooly but it does come out straight unless it's humid, kept cute and short

Eyes: steely grey-blue, large and almond shaped with strong lashes, under tiny brows

Appearance: medium red-brown skin much lighter than Veronica's but tempered by the ELL genes into a coppery shade; she can be considered quite pretty, though she hardly seems to really care; she has a button nose and thick dark lips, long limbs, and a slender but feminine body; likes wearing a modified Icarus suit turned into a short dress, as shown

Genetic Abilities: overtly she has power akin to ELLs, with boosts from the Icarus process - she is quickly able to assess numbers and code, but also she can visually process angles and 3-dimensional space with ease, allowing her to move through facilities quickly and effectively. Though she lacks full Vortal power over them, she is obviously a whiz with code, computer programming, electronics, and the like, and has at least as much math in her head as her spliced 'mom'. She puts these things to use together, when working with the 'old men' to design offensive weaponry and launch satellites. She does not have other Vortal powers, however she is easily spoken to mentally by anyone in range, and has what others describe as a 'speedy' thought process when listening in on her mind.

Icarus Processing: yes, during creation, this process did lighten her build and cause her joints and muscles to be very effective, and she is considerably more durable than many (heals 3x faster from almost any wound); additionally however, since her donor parent was Pythagoras treated that aspect is played up more strongly in her, and she was given more of that treatment of concoctions after she was aged, that lends to her extreme mental prowess
Skills or Profession: works directly with the Black Mesa scientists to help them develop better defenses and communication between facilities. Her skill downloads include bits from all of them, which does allow her to easily interpret individual people, and she does sometimes complete sentences or just show up with tools or information without even being asked by them. She writes and types quite quickly, and has expressed the wish that she could just hook directly into the program or machine... which has garnered some side-eyed looks because that's what the Combine does to their people. She is more fashionable than many with such skill sets, and early on in her career working with Magnusson or others she posed a bit of a distraction, though they eventually 'got used to her' wearing short skirts and acting unconsciously flirtatious. Like her donor-mom, she is apt to listen to code discussions and easily imagines the results, even going over multiple result runs in her mind before committing to coding it.
Personality: She isn't consciously flirtatious, but she definitely likes attention and can tolerate a lot more than her Pantheon donor in that regard. She is all business in the work room though, and makes sure that everyone can do their jobs smoothly. Her instincts on the ELL side are such that she will hardly ever pass up the opportunity to fix a problem or work up solutions to problems that have come up and not been solved. She is a little on the fidgety side, and likes having physical work to tire herself out, before sitting down and writing code or doing more intellectual pursuits.

Events or History: she was among those ELLs created shortly before the downfall of the Combine in the 2020s. With specialty needs for communication and defense of multiple locations, having an ELL on hand that was designed for the task seemed logical, and accepted eagerly by the scientists as well as other older ELLs. Vodell was instrumental in coding 'distractions' that allowed Black Mesa to launch several more satellites than the Combine knew about, during their final push. Her abilities then were used for long-distance communication, helping people assemble radio and video relay units so that the world could be rebuilt. Having that kind of skill is absolutely necessary on this new world, but now she has the advantage of being bonded with a great dragon!

Vodell lives at the Rookery, but is on call for work at Borealis and grudgingly in Rapture - she doesn't care for Rapture thanks to it being at the bottom of the ocean but understands that there are opportunities there to put lines where the Combine absolutely doesn't look for them.

Powers: Winged Flight, though small, Rath is a good flier even in difficult winds or low visibility. She cannot carry much but does sometimes lift her companion over things if she's without a portal gun. She is very good at narrow corridors and steep climbs between buildings that are close together, partly because it seems she can 'run' along one wall straight up and aid herself with those wings.
Teleportation, though she is able to move about 10 miles in a single port, Rath is usually worn out from doing so and doesn't care much for on-world teleportation. She can however boast that she is able to move between worlds and dimensions with spectacular ease, returning to her early home of Carramba, the Healing Den, Xen, the Rookery, or just... wherever she's needed. She can carry another full dragon's worth of mass with her, requiring concentration and being on the ground.
Communication, cannot speak verbally beyond a hissing and the occasional 'bark', but she is very strong with telepathic speech, and enjoys contact with her bond as well as other minds, provided they can keep up with her chatter. She has a long range, over 100 miles for pings to other minds that are strong, though she's more used to being quiet among groups.
Electronics Command, as much as her rider is good at it, Rath is also exceptional at those same tasks, and can 'read' data when she's nearby a terminal. She does not need to be able to type in order to change that code, though her technical knowledge is limited to non-Combine work. That said, communication satellites need good weather, and she's able to combine her own skills to code for detection of incoming fronts or changes using sensors they've launched.
Weather Sensing, at a very wide range (over 100 miles) she can sense subtle changes in pressure and humidity as well as the presence of electrical energies and storms. Though she cannot affect the weather at a distance, she easily avoids getting hit by lightning and can very slightly change the conditions directly around herself up to around 200 meters away, enough to help alleviate wind (around an antenna being repaired/altered) or make sure that a specific location doesn't get hit by lightning (or... does get hit). She does not take damage from lightning strikes and can maneuver in storms due to this power, however her immunity doesn't really extend to anyone nearby.
Static Production, though a minor power, she can build up a strong static charge and cause nearby electronics to go wonky for a short time. It can shock but not really damage those that touch her at this time, except for small animals and independent electronics like Combine scanners or hoppers.
