Name: Virva Novak, names chosen based on their Finnish and Slovak meanings - 'will o the wisp' and 'new', she is very new, and she absolutely does glow

Gender: Female, probably Bisexual, but is more Ace due to absolutely not understanding how any of this works yet

Age/DOB: Actual age, close to 1 billion years; current body approximately 3* created body around the time of the end of the Combine era on Repurposed Earth

Origin: Repurposed Earth, Convocation member that decied to follow Keenan's lead and learn about all this Human stuff for herself; has spent time with him in Paragon City, not only because she needed to learn how to better control her abilities around people, but because she wanted to see how many kinds of powers there really are to use!

Family: the Convocation, but has no known parents, siblings, or relatives until RY3 when she falls for Gus. Their daughter is Gertrude!

Other: Is quite loyal to Keenan, among the three of their kind that joined humanity in solidarity with him

Height: 5'7

Weight: 150, a bit on the soft and kinda chunky side, though is moderately well muscled due to having to actually walk around a lot

Hair: greying brown, usually kept up in a bun or styled, is wavy and just past shoulder length if down

Eyes: Greyish-green, glows in a much brighter shade of yellowish-green than the color on her iris

Appearance: fair skinned with the occasional freckle, mole, or other such purposefully-created blemish; for all the world this 'new' lady looks and acts like an innocent elderly woman ... until you get her talking about how neat some particular bit of the world is, and then she's off like a schoolgirl. Wears 'old person' clothing, she loves greens and browns, is positively fascinated by lace and knotwork. She is almost invariably smiling at everything with a wide-eyed kind of astonishment. She is also the kind of person you occasionally worry will trip over herself if she has to walk and chew gum at the same time.

Icarus Processing: none, though she did take all of her cues from Melissa in order to properly assemble a body that seemed 'like her'; she has no need for the processing.

Genetic Abilities: As she is Convocation with a physical body, Virva has the same level of raw Vortal energy as Keenan does, though hers is more focused on radiation and heat based energy sources that affect a specific type of creature or biome. She literally burns with a greenish energy that is very radioactive, and while she can heal other people it's with effort and through that radiation. But with her practice in Paragon City, she's pretty adept at 'sucking in that Vortal gut', and preventing people from getting poisoned by her own presence. Unlike Keenan, however, she easily learned how to fly, forgetting that most humans just don't, so as a hero she's doing great. As a local at the Mansion... a little odd. She can communicate with ease, to any Vortal creature and also those with intelligent minds, but also kind of often claims that those Xenian spore bubbles are sentient. She does teleport, though relies more on her flight momentum instead for travel, and ports only during combat. Which she does a lot of, combat that is. From surrounding a group with dangerous radiation that slows their movement and saps their strength, to literally burning in a sphere of hot green fire, Virva loves actually getting right into the thick of it all - and for such an 'old lady' does so with style and flair. She will pummel an enemy with fiery fists, sap their energy from a moderate distance, cause them to freeze in their tracks with confusion or choking ash. The tactics she's learned in Paragon serve her very well when she's in the field looking for Combine to take out, and they certainly don't expect a human-looking creature like her to come that close - why are you burning - what's going on - *ckkksssshhhhhhh*flatline.

Skills or Profession: Currently she's on the prowl for Combine to destroy, over in Paragon she does the same for alien invaders and undead things alike. However she also still is Convocation, and is likely to place bets, play card and board games, or seek out puzzles to do in her spare time.
Personality: Sometimes, she will literally just stand there with her eyes closed, breathing, because she can. She truly embodies the way that the Convocation 'used to be', according to Keenan: a curious, open-minded person who happens to have power enough to knock planets on their side. Virva has a strong sense of right and wrong, though she is willing to look at different sides of any given discussion or argument she always feels that 'who struck first is guilty' in a fight. She hardly wants to harm anyone, but if lives are at stake she won't hesitate to put 'evil' in its place. It is because of that desire to see justice actually working, that she and others came to Keenan's side- he was never going to get justice, and they would not allow him to come to harm at their own kind's hands. Virva doesn't always realize her own physical or Vortal strength, and has had to make adjustments to her power output (primarily while in Paragon). Like Keenan, though, she knows that she doesn't have to hold back at all while fighting the Combine on the Rookery's Earth. She is also not afraid to clean up her own messes, mopping up spare radiation and keeping any ruined buildings or collateral damage to a minimum if possible.

Events or History: Currently resides with Nerissa at Lane Mansion, because bringing a dragon to Paragon is sort of frowned upon. Her dragon would like to continue to visit the Borealis and Rapture, both of which are easily reached from the Mansion, for... reasons.

As the Hippies and Carnies (not those carnies, Virva, don't attack them!) show up she enjoys keeping her duties from Paragon here at the mansion's grounds, and they frequent the moved lake on the western field near the mansion.

Dragon

Name: Nerissa (taken on Rookery Earth, a character in Shakespeare's Merchant of Venice, meaning 'sea sprite/nymph'),
Gender: Female
Size/Shoulder/Length: Medium 12' s / 60' l / 90' ws
Colors: Notably, this dragon looks exactly like Virva's colors of power, their auras might as well be the same. Mostly a leafy bright green, slightly mottled with darker and yellowish greens, wingsails more heavily mottled between sooty green and yellowish greens, fins fade between pale light green and yellow-green; luminescence usually is puce-yellow tinged with green but change; horns and claws graphite; eyes blue-green
Features: Sea-Leafwing Hybrid, sea dominant; a broad, low body on heavy muscular legs with 5 and 4 curved claws; two leafy-veined leathery wings with 4 visible fingers, elbow strut, and short wrist thumb all with curved claws; body is scaled with heavy armor on body, overlapping gills on neck, head is sleek with lures under chin, smooth armor, external ears, and two short curved horns; entire spine from neck to tail tip has spikes with webbing, and also appears on neck-chest area, paws are webbed; tail is extremely thick and strong
Powers: Winged and Water Flight, not very good in the air, quite frankly, because Leaf-like wings are absolutely not built to sustain flight with such a massive body under them. She's so much better in the water than the air. Under the sea, or even bobbing on top of it, those wings can be of considerable use in navigation and altering course, even in stiff currents or bad weather. She can dive into choppy water and hardly notice its movement. She's durable under the waves and can dive to the bottom of the sea and given that she does have gills she can remain under the water indefinitely.
Verbal and Visual Communication, because of her gorgeous luminescent patches, Nerissa is often found 'talking to herself' shining a variety of different colors and patterns while walking the garden outside. Her voice is cheerful and bubbly, much higher than one would expect from a dragon of such a size, and she has a good grasp on English and bits of Spanish and French, as well as being able to understand most Vortigese - though she falls a bit behind on speaking it.
Plant Manipulation, though she is not full blooded Leafwing, she can still sense and to a small extent manipulate existing plants - she can cause a seed to sprout, or a branch to wither and break. Once that branch is down, she doesn't have any power over it, however, it must be living matter. This power only works quite close to her.
Parentage: Mother a Seawing, father was a Leafwing, it is absolutely known that her offspring is Spyrogyra who swims deep and enjoys the seas around Rapture with her little human friend Rhea.
Origin: adopted from Moonshimmer981 at Deviantart, Wings of Fire by Tui Sutherland
Other Info: Nerissa is absolutely the right dragon for Virva. They share a sense of wonder and adore just looking at things, gazing into the middle distance to listen to life, and she really enjoys watching Virva fly and fight.
