West Campus Music Department, Art Department, Shipping Dock, Main Auditorium, Kiosk 4 Almost all of these are visible from the center of campus. The Art building is certainly the most visible and often garish demonstration that we here at Carramba High like to show our colors! The school colors by the way are Silver, Blue and InfraPink - shown at slightly less than optimal levels on this web page. But you should see the laser show! |

Art Department Building Housing the Art Interpretation classes, Photography, Crafts, Tattooing, other related artistic classes, as well as the Closed Circuit Television studio. This building was funded by the Unleaded Firm, and has an exterior covered in all the graffiti that has been drawn or incurred around campus. Any 'damage' on campus is healed within days of course, so most taggers are only interested in showing off. This building is six stories high. The first three floors are medium sized classrooms, darkrooms, storage and workshops. The other three are devoted to performance art and exhibitions currently on display. The roof has landing markings and is an authorized - legal - BASE jumping site. |
Music Department Building One of the older buildings on campus, the Music building is due for some renovations sometime soon. However, until then this two story (plus basement studio) facility must suffice. Storage for instruments, as well as recording devices and baffle material is located on the top floor, while the main floor is suited to Instrumental and Electronic music, Music Theory, Air Guitar, Band and Marching Band classes. The Studio in the Basement (which is its name) is open for rental by students and local bands wanting recording and practice time in a professional atmosphere. At only $50 an hour it's quite a deal compared to inner city studios! The school colors are present if faded, on all sides of the building. Occasionally, the Marching Band will tromp through campus. Please be kind to them: don't throw things at them. And, don't challenge them with 'real' bands. They don't like that. |
Shipping Dock Used for all school shipments other than those airlifted in. This building is 20 feet tall and single-storied, with a harbor for trucks and vehicles. The north door opens to campus, south door opens only into Auditorium - most performers who play here use this entrance. The dock is used for supplies outside, and has flatbed loading facilities and equipment. All the doors can be locked and are closed when not in use except in emergencies. There have been occasions of odd weather occurances, superhero/villian fights, and less common alien/transdimensional invasions, when the docking bay has been used either as a staging area for defense, or a shelter for folks needing a place to stay for the duration. |
Main Auditorium Used for most assemblies and seminars, school plays and band performances. Seats 700, comes with the standard audio-visual department's best stage efforts. Visibly is 20 feet above ground with single-story construction and an underground stage pit and backstage access area. The interior is larger than the exterior makes it seem. Ask the Magic Department about that. |
Kiosk Four - Fizz! Soda beverages served only during school hours (7:00 AM to 4:00 PM). |
