Winged Flight, a strong flier in difficult conditions such as blizzards, deep fog, hail, and heavy rain. Loves high-altitude flights among the big clouds and early morning haze on the California coast

Dimension Gate, perhaps with a nightwing influence as well as multidimensionality for her parentage, Frost is able to move between dimensions as long as they are either known to her or somewhat similar to ones she has been to. She can take whatever she's carrying, and can assist others with stronger abilities to broaden their range or allow for wider area of effect to bring along more dragons or gear. Her range can include one other dragon without teleportation power.

Verbal Speech and Telepathic / Empathic Communication, Frost is good with understanding nuanced conversations, techincal details, and complex instruction in several languages. Though both her parents are from one world, she is a bit weak on Draconic, but most of the dragons she knows don't speak it either... She can send and receive thoughts and emotions from any telepathic mind nearby, and any dragon within about 500 meters

Venom, she has strong 'minty fresh' breath, an odd concoction of capsaicin and wind, not fire breath but a clingy frost that causes first a dramatic cold 'burn' and then distressingly begins numbing whatever flesh it's hit. If this is left on skin it will likely cause welts or even lasting scars, not really much in the way of outright damage but you won't know because it's covered by the smell of fresh crushed mint and you can't feel it happening... She can also 'retract' this, though it's a little gross because basically that means she spits the 'protective gel' that her own mouth produces, onto the area

* Color Shifting, virtually any color on her body and wings can change at will, often cycling through further shades of sunsets and sky, night or evening colors mostly. The white and frosty grey shades remain constant. This can be dazzling, but also dizzying, and she can use the patterns to produce a hypnotic effect, soothing a troubled or agitated mind by offering a bit of her namesake: shining lights seen through frost

Use That Venom Wisely, My Dear +3 Careful application of that minty chill numbing agent she calls a breath weapon means that if there is someone in a dire situation needing care, but unable to calm themselves or is too irrational to listen to commands from police or aid workers, she can put them in a more or less relaxed state after first a little shock of cold. This will often enough snap them out of a rage, or give just enough time for aid workers or rescuers to jump in to subdue or restrain them, and she can then offer her antidote to the effects if needed. With her combined abilities, she is able to determine whether someone will benefit from this process, or just be made angrier or more threatened, and at times has had to physically restrain people when the venom breath wouldn't apply

Attentive Psychology +3 With her Nightwing 'side' and empathic power enabled, she can look into why and when issues have arisen with people or dragons. She has a gentle but firm 'bedside manner' and will definitely make a good therapist when she's older! Her hypnotic coloration can produce an undertone or backdrop to 'relax' or 'wake up', and she uses all of these powers and education together already very well

Navigate In Bad Conditions +3 Able to see basically through clouds and rain, snow or sleet, Frost can say that she knows the lay of the land even when you can't possibly see your paw in front of your face. She practices her flight and landing, takeoffs, and other maneuvers so that she can avoid hitting people, cars, planes, or whatever else might be there (power lines, honey, power lines) in order to reach those needing rescue

Not Afraid To Use Her Size +3 Look, she's going to be 9 feet tall at the shoulder. That's much bigger than the big humanoids. She can be ridden by large humanoids. She will slink around the edges of an area to be unimposing, or nestle down to reach eye-level for those people, and can in fact be very demure and mindful of the local people. And then, if a threat arises, or if the need is already present, her confidence is obvious, she can be bold but not necessarily threatening, imposing without seeming arrogant. Powers

Swimming and Water Adaptations - a good swimmer (3) in most conditions, though he doesn't like really diving too deeply since his vision isn't all that great. However he can remain in water indefinitely as he is capable of holding his breath for hours on end

Teleport and Genrehop (5) - having been exposed to numerous dimensions in the egg, his power to reach those dimensions is strong and he has confidence in his ability to understand where he is at any given time. He can teleport locally up to 100 miles at a hop in quick succession a few times before needing to rest, and can move between dimensions at least twice before requiring a bit of a break. He can carry anything that's connected to him, including other dragons, both on-site and dimensionally, and can focus and lead genrehops among groups up to 12 dragons easily

Verbal Speech (6) and Telepathy (3) - he speaks with a So-Cal drawl, not quite as bad as a surfer but definitely fits in flawlessly on the boardwalk with the other surf rats. His mind is chilly and clear like ice, but not bitter or sharp, and he can speak telepathically with any intelligent mind at up to 500 meters, and other telepaths up to 1km

Ice Manipulation (4) - he can create and change the shape of frozen substances, be it natural or artificially formed. If it's already frozen it will remain just as cold but can stretch and contort, assume new shapes including a thin but strong shield, small ice cubes in hundreds of cups, and a slippery sheet leading into the pool or waves! Should he need to actually create the ice, he needs fresh water to do that, which can come in any form including from sippy cups or those ice cubes in a cooler. He can affect ice within 200 meters at most, but can do whatever he needs to with it at that range or right up close equally well

Water Breath Weapon (3) - rather than the fire of some of his ancestry, he has the power to suck in a large amount of water of any sort (or just liquids, he's not picky here) and spew it into a very hard, accurate weapon. He can use it to hose down an area which he then freezes, or reach a distant spot in an area with a quick fountain arc. It's mostly accurate up to about 100 meters at most, but he can also create a fine mist or spray at under 25 meters too, which he may freeze into a nice delightful coating of frost

Note that even though he has short wings, he cannot fly with them and uses them for undersea maneuvering instead

Lifeguard Status Assured +3 He can spot those who aren't doing well in or near water, or those who need some water, don't pass out with the sunstroke dude! He will take immediate action, unlike his bond, because sometimes this might mean literal life or death. Even if it turns out to have been someone fooling around in the water, it's no joke out there

Anatomy Expert +3 Whether it's human, Kin, quad, dragon, alien... Doesn't matter. If it looks like it breathes air or needs water, he can figure it out. Your foot's gotten a tear in the webbing, you tweaked your shoulder with that dive, you really should consider putting goggles on to protect your sensitive eyes from the stuff in the water here... With a quick glance over a person of any type, or even animals to an extent, he can tell whether their issues are because they've gotten hurt, or they just are 'like that'

Why Do You Keep Standing In The Fire +3 Not him, no - YOU, you over there, you've had enough wave pool for one session, you're getting dizzy - no, see, there you go you dropped and now we've got to get you out of there. Decisionmaking is super simple when you can tell if that wobble in the wave pool is because of the waves, or because their inner ear is having trouble! However the flip side of this skill is that he will tell you all about why you need to stop once you're out of that situation...

Clever, Accurate Power Use +3 He can spit water out in a pattern real quick and freeze it at the same time it reaches its apogee, causing frozen droplets or elegant icicles to form where he's shot it, without having to stand up or reach at all! A little mist in the air is nice, but sometimes you gotta freeze it over that one loud guy just to shut him up and give his friends a break from it...

Knacks Parties are literally where he gets his workout +3 He treats every event like both a training exercise as well as a much-needed vacation or party. They're one in the same, and he's never 'off duty' because those instincts run deep for him
