Telepathy (passive, receptive) - though good with localized telepathic 'listening in' thanks to Belitseri, he generally keeps his own thoughts to himself
Teleportation (speed only) - he can get a good speed going even with those shoes or on slick surfaces, and suddenly appear where you absolutely do not expect him to be like in the opposite direction. This is short-range, anywhere he could start running to and reach in a 10 second sprint is where he might wind up.
Induce Fear (aoe effect) - this is extremely strong, always on, and only Belitseri can really do anything about it. Even if he's actively trying to be 'nice', there is always an air of unease,
Self-protection (immune to psionics) - prying minds cannot reach his private thoughts, but then again a psionic healer, even Belitseri, must overcome a pretty strong Vortal block in order to help him. Those in his genetic line are more likely to be able to communicate and affect him, and he can force this to be 'off' for the duration, but that aspect kind of tires him out so he just relies more on his wits and own strengths rather than boosts or hindrances from others. Magic of some types can pierce this, but not with any ease. |

If it could ever be possible that someone grumpier than Grumpy Cat existed, it would be Cameron Axemurderer. Now really, to be fair, he's not actually all that annoyed with anything - but he loves the reactions that people give him when he claims to be. Because with a name like Axemurderer, and indeed a father like Tony, who exactly is going to fuck with him about anything?
He's growing that stubble daily, by the way, but it never seems to get any farther than a darkish sandpaper grit. Some chicks dig that, you know.
He's taking that Betting and Odds class because he makes an profound impression on people, and when people are scared shitless it's much easier to sway poker games in his favor... Hedge Mazes? You bet, he's really, really good at those - placement of decorative items versus functional traps! In fact, there is really nothing that he's poor in, all his courses over the years have been aced. Whether he's challenged by them or not, Cameron almost invariably gets good grades in and it's not due to his influences or powers.
No one knows what his motives are, honestly. Whether he wants to rule a world, or just mock it, he's going to succeed.

Powers: Winged Flight, a very strong winged dragoness, with exceptional balance on even narrow ledges or buildings. Though she is clearly quite large, she can maneuver in caverns and even inside structures provided they're big enough to walk through with folded wings and head-down. She can actually fly through some larger Carramba hallways, only taking wing beats at intersections, though no one can be in those halls at the time or else she'd splat them hard. Outdoors, she can lift a full school bus worth of things, and can carry on her back at least half a dozen in 'comfort' (they will just have to hold on and hope). She can soar but prefers short flights, and definitely likes underground flying and night-time activity more than broad daylight up above things.
Teleport/Void+?, Because of her Nexus based breeding, she is extremely adept at teleportation, and does definitely move through a 'separate space' in order to do so. This is very, very likely to be an afterlife of some kind, because the howling spirits of Between got nothing on this. It doesn't tire her at all, and she can move on-planet in this manner at virtually any distance as long as she has either been there, or has a very clear current image of the landing location. She cannot go off-world with this power. Also, you will want to be prepared - if you're with her on this trip, as Cameron usually is, it is... chilling. Physically, emotionally, and spiritually. It only takes a split second, but it's one you will never forget. If she wants to judge others... she'll take them on slightly longer journeys through that non-space.
Telepathic, Infernal Sense, Naughty/Nice Sense; She does 'speak' in a voice, but it's something that even Keenan cannot fully understand, and he knows he doesn't want to. She 'speaks' in tongues, all of them, so let's just move on. She has a very broad telepathic range, both with her bond and her clutch-mates, but a localized communication of around 100 meters. Her mental voice is much clearer and simpler to understand, and doesn't require prior knowlege of what language she's 'speaking' - the recipient hears in their own language even if they're non-verbal. Like some of her siblings, she has the ability to sense intentions - evil in particular - and as such she often reliably can spot infiltrators or traitors in a group. This works at about 50 meters, and is always on, and she does feed this information to her rider. Additionally, at close range less than 20 meters, she can detect and slightly manipulate emotions of virtually any being nearby. Strongly Vortal, Magical, or Deific types can attempt to resist, but that just makes them seem more guilty... She does tend toward picking up 'bad people' and making them feel guilt, shame, or dispair.
Healing, named after a goddess that judges, but she definitely takes up the mantle of protection as well. Knowing who has been harmed, and who's done the harm to them, Belitseri wants to make sure that after a physical healing, the victim knows that their aggressor has been punished. She can gently soothe emotions as well as small wounds, but if needed she can heal a badly damaged body - broken bones and open wounds, even regrow digits but not necessarily full limbs, she can stabilize dying patients until they can be more fully healed by others. She is very talented with this at a low level - so when she meets a group of refugees, they will actually feel considerably healthier both in mind and body, than before. How this interacts with Cameron's weird-ass fear generation is... well, odd.
Acid Breath, Immunity; she rarely uses her breath weapon as such, but has been known to lay traps for Combine or enemies at Cameron's behest. Also, punishing the guilty is very much part of her routine, so laying a spray of painful blistering acid on bad people is a little slice of joy for her. She herself cannot be harmed by any form of acid, poison, or toxin, though radiation still gets through.

Other Info: Because Cameron is quite intimidating, she actually uses this in her routine. While they are together, she actively nullifies his 'terrorize' aura with her own - it's still there, and if she lets up or has to concentrate on something else people will definitely notice how scary he is. But that means they will trust in her a bit more - don't piss off the human, let me fix your ailments. However, when they're actively hunting prey, or Combine enemies... this changes into a very aggressive, extremely scary aura that chases off anything she doesn't intend to harm. They can part literally a thousand people jam packed in an area, just to reach one single person - because they're frozen in fear, and the rest are caused to run away (preferably in an orderly fashion which doesn't mean she has to heal a bunch of trampled people!). |
