Empathy, minor emotion control - Curacao is very keenly aware of the mental states of those around her, though not necessarily privy to the contents of the minds or their telepathic communication. She is very easily swept away by groups, and for that reason keeps herself as calm as she can in settings where that might wind up dangerous. Her power over other emotions is limited to close range, under 20 meters, but can work on a group of up to 12 people as long as they're all reasonably close to the 'target' emotion; with touch, she can manipulate very fine emotional details for a single person, and this is definitely why she's going into the therapy and psyche field, as she can 'dull' very painful events and 'brighten' better emotions, giving people rest from endless depression or anxiety, and making people more able to accept other forms of therapy. The tweaks she does can, if she's concentrating and the patient is willing to accept it, become permanent, though anything she does on the sly or with resistance by the patient will last about a week or so (down to 'a day' for strong willed resistance) with dwindling results

Genrehopping and Dimensional Teleportation - Given that she's descended from a pair of genrehopping types, with the added Rookery tweaking and a mass of clone cousins... Curacao is a natural at this movement. She can freely move both on and off world, through dimensional barriers, and doesn't even seem to notice that others can't do this. To anyone who can and has aura-reading or Vortal sight, she seems to ripple like a liquid droplet when arriving or leaving a dimension. She can take with her whoever is around in about a 10 meter sphere (so, a ruined building room where a group of refugees are huddled, or a dragon being ridden); they will definitely experience disorientation, so she also pairs this with a calming bubble of confidence first

Substance Tolerance - Absinthe's daughter definitely takes after him here, and it's possible that because of a lot of dimensional travel, his preferences for imbibing shifted into a full on immunity in this girl. She can 'get drunk' or 'high' but it's very brief and sort of passing - however, she can remember very clearly any of the effects of these drugs, and other things too: the effects of radiation exposure, poisons and venoms, and the like. If it can be distilled into a thing and put in a body, she has a way of metabolizing it entirely, and recovering just fine with no lasting effects at all. She does know 'how drunk' other people get, obviously, because of her empathy, but she also knows how a specific poison chews at your insides, or how a snake's bite burns. She keeps detailed notes about drinks and drugs, particularly, because raves are often packed with people drinking too much and taking pills to an absurd extent, and those don't always mix well... Thus she can recognize the symptoms of overdose or poisoning in others immediately, and takes action where needed

Clusters 9 Mixology and Substances +3 Not only can she identify by smell or taste, but create new drinks and mixtures. And not just for parties, of course. She is adept as a pharmacologist and if she doesn't settle down as a psychologist or trauma therapist, she has a very strong bent toward this profession as well. Curacao identifies stamps on pills, the color and scent of liquids that might be on the floor... and when to smack them out of a person's hand... she isn't the 'bartender' type, no, she's the 'one in the back with the still' type, a more practical take on the flashy performance out front

Psychology +3 She knows the value of sit-down talks and traditional therapy, and puts these into use very practically as she also tweaks emotional states for people who have had trauma; though she's not a licensed professional yet, she is already taking a weekly lab at C4 and can use her dad's homeworld for plenty of patients

Scientific Method +3 Curacao is a mad scientist at heart, but also a good person - and so she does take extra care to get waivers signed, to work within legal structures, but also push for new laws when old ones are failing to help people. She is exceptional at laboratory work, cleanup and prep, and organizational skills in a lab, and in school or work settings Curacao does not hesitate to stop people from mixing the wrong chemicals or being lax in their safety - it's one thing to be mixing up raver drugs for people to get high on, it's another entirely to make certain that those ravers will not be permanently harmed by their effects!

Locational Awareness +2 Because genrehopping is a complicated matter, Curacao keeps careful notes about the places she visits, just as much as those she takes about drugs and patients. That doesn't mean she shares these notes, but a telepath could coax out a very strong 'database' of information from her mind! Anything from 'which tile is loose on the lab floor' to 'the dimension that has gender-swapped versions of people I know', she's got notes, and consults them frequently, adding to them when neede; it is markedly difficult to sneak up on her, she is detail-oriented

Note Taker +3 If you've ever seen those rooms where the mad scientist ran out of blackboard and started writing on the walls, that's Curacao's room. Not literally, figuratively of course - she has plenty of storage space on her datapad and notebooks! She's not writing all over the nice walls! That's where art goes!

Actually Does Enjoy Partying +2 All of these skills and notes could make for a dull as a bone student... but Curacao is anything but boring. She does enjoy herself at parties, preferring smaller ones to big raves, because of her empathy. She lets her empathy move her, when she knows that whatever people are imbibing at said party won't wind up harming anyone - it's safe? let's go!

Name: Vaporwave

Size/Shoulder/Length: small 7' s / 35' l / 70' ws
*Colors: belly from chin to tail tip dark graphite grey; body from face, wingarms and wing backs, limbs, tail nearly black grey; dorsal strip black; armor vibrant pink, stripe cyan; under wings deep black with cyan, green, pink swirlies; horns, claws, dorsal ridges bright light green; eyes bright red-pink *while all black and grey remain the same, the saturation and shininess, reflectivity, and sparkly colors seem to change with mood and activity; those colors can seem dull and flat, or dazzling like emeralds or rubies, or even highly reflective like you'd see on emergency tape.
Features: Skywing, but obviously with strong Nightwing and Rainwing in line
Powers: Winged Flight, swift and sure in the air as any Skywing should be, Vaporwave seems able to move like a butterfly when necessary, or like a peregrine when hunting. She knows that she's too small to compete with some of the burlier dragons, so she concentrates on showing off and distractions, rather than any heavy lifting or long distance flights.
Communication, seemingly quite young she has a decent vocabulary in English but virtually no Draconic, though she doesn't much care - she's not going back to that homeworld, if she was ever there to begin with. She has a somewhat shrill voice, but laughs brightly and can project over long distances easily; she and Curacao have an incredibly strong Vortal bond, and they're rarely apart.
Napalm Breath, as clear indication of her non-Skywing background, the substance that she can produce is thick and sticky, highly acidic before it catches fire. Thus it sticks on things it lands on, and sizzles a bit. If conditions are right, with hot air or open flames existing, it will light into a very hot and crispy, if brief, fire. This will ruin most wood and soft metals, and if the acidic burns hadn't already done so, will surely kill anything alive that it's on. This spit can be collected, and the Rookery has expressed interest in gathering more of it to experiment with. Vaporwave's aim with this is quite good, though there is often overspray, and it's best at around 20 meters - more than that and it starts to splatter, and closer up it's more like a shotgun with spray in a fine mist on hitting.
*Dazzling Colors, though for the most part her coloration shifts texture and reflectivity on mood swings, by tapping in to Curacao's emotions or allowing her to alter the general mood, she is a biological lightshow. Spreading her wings into a screen, she aids raves and performances quite happily.

Other Info: She's somewhat glad that while her bond's father is part of the Rookery's overall staff, Curacao is likely to only remain on Twoarth and visit other places, returning home. This is her home, Crescent City is much brighter and more fun with them in it.
