Empathy / Emotionbleed - Absinthe is very strongly empathic, and can sense emotions of humanoids and human-adjacent creatures easily, less so with dragons or other non-humanoids; he can take note of specific individual's emotions and broadcast them (bleed) through a group, and leech away negative emotions if needed from up to a dozen people within 20 meters of himself; while he can alter emotions outright, he must be within about 5 meters and touch is best, and anything that he does simply cannot be resisted by anyone who isn't at least strong willed (stubbornness works wonders against him, but...). The down side is that he is exceptionally easy to sway by either very large groups (over 20) or by those in his genetic line with strong emotion controls

Teleportation (dimension) - Like his donor parent and base genetic line, he is able to move between dimensions as well as teleport on-site (using a similar dimension to 'move' and then reappear locally in a new spot). Absinthe is very good with this power, almost too good - and when he's been imbibing and partying, sometimes he wakes up where he wasn't before. He does use this power to plot out locations for parties and raves, and also in practical terms he uses them to stage refugee camps and make sure that people get where they're needed and out of danger. He can move a 20x20 foot room worth of space if he concentrates, including the walls and whatever is in it, though this will absolutely exhaust him. If he only brings the people, it seems almost natural and hardly tires him out. He can do this about four times a day, leading to 'two trips' back and forth between worlds or locations; and on-site teleportation he can do without tiring about 20 to 30 times depending on the distances, up to 50 miles at a single hop. On-site teleportation he cannot take people directly with him, only what he's got on and carrying, but he can usually just shunt stuff dimensionally if he needs to move piles of stuff. This is why his party planning class comes in handy, because he needs to get these things moved before the party!

Water To Wine (Alter) - If it's a liquid, Absinthe can change it into something else that's also liquid. He has absolutely no idea why some folks call him 'Jesus', when he does this, but there it is. He can take about 20 gallons of one liquid and make it into something else, twice a day; or smaller amounts more frequently. It doesn't seem to matter what liquids are involved - he can take nitroglycerine and turn it into lemonade, or purify water from gross sludge at the bottom of a nuclear reactor; any and all impurities seem to contribute to the mass of this change, and Lane has helped him figure out how that can work to their advantage, since there is a lot of toxic sludge still lingering around Black Mesa and other locales in the Rookery world...

Liquid Manipulation - also if it's liquid, he can sense and manipulate it at a distance with a specific form of telekinetics. This does include 'blood while it's in your body' and 'hydraulic fluid when it's still in a pump', though he tends to avoid trying to move things that are necessary for life and limb... He can take about 50 gallons of any given liquid and cause it to move or hold a shape, and since he can sense through it, he can use this power to take peeks into locations that don't have obvious openings big enough for people to fit through - and find a keyhole, crack in a wall, or other such 'in', to break with an expanding ball of water or oil. He can explode pipes, move oil into spots where things will slip on it or burn it in explosive fire, he can work with basically any liquid while it's in its liquid form: gasses and solids of the same elements need not apply... However he does make some really awesome ice sculptures with kids that have ice powers! He can shape it into something and hold it there, they can freeze it! Instant centerpiece!

Recognize Beverage +2 There are things that are, and are not, drinkable. This is a skill he's picked up that is quite helpful, and goes beyond just his Vortal abilities, he can tell whether that 'drinkable' liquid is 'flavorful'; and more, he can name mixed drinks at a glance, quite helpful for those bartending side-jobs!

Party Hardy +2 He does sample the wares. A lot. He can definitely hold his liquor, and keep going until dawn with the best of them, even if he's a skinny little bastard

Distillery Machinery +3 For times when he can't be on hand to actively alter liquids into things for parties, he does know how to create and maintain distillery equipment, including beer taps, barrels and storage units, from moonshine in a tub to a full rum distillery, he's got you covered. He can also help with science projects in this manner, but it's not really his focus...

Overreact +3 He is, in a word, a drama queen like his 'dad' Mars, even if Mars was much more matured and sedate when he opted in to the Color Guard donor program. He tends to find the very worst - or the very best - possible outcomes in fits of pearl-clutching and arm waving antics... He makes a fantastic story teller for this reason, too. But mainly, he feels like people don't appreciate this skill: it is a skill. He can suss out the widest range of stuff that might go down, and also figure out which will really happen...

Look Pretty +2 Very much the preener and picky sort, he will be fashionably late because he shows up in the latest fashions. Even in post-apocalyptic settings like the Rookery, he looks his best, and helps others to do that too

Likes To Watch +2 Absinthe participates, but is a great listener... Because he loves gossip and juice on folks, and can remain reasonably passive even while someone is having a breakdown. A great bartender must be able to do that, right? He will relate stories to folks, but has a big collection of those stories to tap

Powers: Winged Flight, Bipedal motion; Fey is a very strong flier like his sire, even without the added wings. He can attain a decent speed of about 40 mph and sustain that speed for several hours, though usually he prefers to just create heat below his wings and glide overhead watching his rider and partiers below as long as it takes to keep them safe and all in one spot; he can carry his rider and one other human or a large crate with supplies, but more than that and he tends to simply not take off... Additionally he is quite bipedal and walks with a body-forward gait, given he has a long tail and strong wings to balance himself; however, his paw hands are not nearly as agile as a person's, he does have thumbs but also paws, so basically give a large cat thumbs and see what happens... He does grasp things with his hands, including those supplies or an additional person to carry somewhere, and absolutely helps in cleanup to keep the drunks in one spot, slung over his shoulder and cradled by his arms
Tele-portal (self+others) Fey moves between spaces using his drak sided portaling, with which he can produce a portal wide enough for himself with outstretched wings, and anything capable of going through it while he does is welcome to try! It only lasts as long as he is concentrating, though he can use it on the ground to much better success, if he needs to help move a lot of people at once, just places it down like an archway and lets folks rush through it... usually this is good for raves when they're being held where the local laws don't allow it; he can produce portals to wherever his rider needs them, focusing on him even in another dimension, and leading directly to him
Telepathy (strong) and Verbal Speech (Almost any language); most draks have a slurring or heavily accented speech, but Fey speaks clearly and in virtually any intelligent language available. He prefers telepathy with his rider, his family, and other dragons, leaving speech for those who cannot telepathically communicate; his mental speech is chill and warm at the same time, like a hot drink in cold hands, and can be heard clearly at up to 2 miles, to 10 for other telepathic minds receiving
Fire Breath (strong heat) and Cause Snowfall (make ice of any kind in any amount locally); that hot and cold run strong in him, and he is great for serving either hot or cold drinks! Need that case of wine chilled? Why go between with it, when you can just set it down and he'll freeze it up? He helps with those ice sculptures! But also he can breathe out a very pleasant heat, from 'mildly warm' up to 'crispy toast left too long in the oven'. He is very aware of what things need to be warmed, and which cooled down, though he himself prefers to be chilly with a bit of warm under his wings
Winter Senses (through any ice or water) Able to detect motion through water, snow, sleet, hail, or rain, as a form of sonar that he can feel shapes, motion, or even sound if he's detecting through a solid ice or water area. This works best at close to medium ranges, about 5 to 50 meters at most, but he can push the limits of this sense up to 10 miles if he knows exactly where to look for any motion; this also only works really well during whatever passes for a local 'winter' season, and is very strong in places that have natural snowfall - and almost overwhelming in places that have unnatural snowfall such as The Drift
