Telepathy (strong, empathy) - Samson is much more attuned to the emotional states around him, and though he certainly can try to control human-level minds, he doesn't really want to. Rather, he will attempt to console, urge on, and bolster healthy emotions rather than ignore individual people's needs

Teleportation (Genrehop in emergency) - Though his on-site teleportation is about as limited as his brother, to around 10 miles, he can also shoot himself into other dimensions that his family on either side has a presence in. This will tire him significantly, however his Genrehop can bring along at least 1 other full sized human mass, who also seems to experience this exhaustion when they come with him

Spellcasting (minor) - He's able to produce more detailed effects in magic, and understands how some spell magic works, though he'll hardly be considered a wizard, he's definitely not limited to cantrip-level stuff; He prefers to create scrying and tracking spells

Hears All Dragons - Samson is a classic type who can listen in to any and all dragon conversation within about 50 meters clearly, and can initiate telepathic contact with dragons at up to 500 meters, more if he knows them; this does come at a bit of a cost as he is often distracted by them too

Clusters Networking +4 Not computer networks, no, but mental and social ones! Samson is very much a people person, and utilizes that fact to make sure that he knows exactly who is where, doing what, and how good they are at it; then he can cycle back through that information and give it to the right folks if needed. He makes a terrific coordination type, a leader who doesn't want the spotlight and prefers to get others to do their best rather than degrading them when they fail

Spellcasting and Magic Reading +3 While he is certainly good at this, he considers spells to be an aid, not a goal, to help himself help others; he can learn new scripts and spells quickly, but keeps a book on hand, along with components if needed, and doesn't get too fussed if they are not accessable, he'll just do something else instead

Dragon Diplomat +2 Even the wildest dragons will at least pause and listen to him, if he's got something to say. He can tame emotions and urges more communication instead of fighting, and practices what he preaches: if a dragon wants him out of the way, he won't interfere, but he will contact those who might be of more help; he's as much a dragon emotional therapist as he might be to a humanoid, and does understand that there are dragons out there who deeply resent human interference with their lives

Colors: Dawn Blue, medium blue base body shade with speckling of red-violet and darker sunset purples on head, neck, forelimbs and upper wing arms, ending at waist; wingsails brighter sky blue; neck crest darker burnished blue
Features: Pernese, no headknobs, spaded tail
Powers: Winged Flight, a modest flier who can carry his rider where he needs to be, but is definitely not a combat model. Kiith is a slow-and-steady kind of dragon, though when he's flying without a rider he seems much more free to move and enjoys showing off in the air. The moment he's got a rider or important things to deliver, however, he's all business and will let nothing stop him from completing it
Teleport, Kiith is only able to teleport on-site at most 5 miles at a time, though he can send himself rapidly between points about 50 meters apart for up to a minute (around 5 or 6 ports) before needing to rest for a few minutes; he is able to carry much more than just his rider on a concentrated teleport jaunt, however, and can do so without being in the air, so if you need to get from the beach back to class, he will carry half a class worth of students back to Carramba's parking lot!
Telepathy, Where he absolutely shines is with deeply invasive and subtle telepathic prowess. Kiith can sense intelligent minds at over 50 miles, detailing them to his rider at around 2 miles; he can communicate with his rider at any distance including between realms, and with dragons in his line as well - though that's slightly less useful just now, if he has offspring they will definitely inherit this ability and have a ton of varied dragons able to sense them! Kiith has a stunning memory for mental energy, able to track individual minds without even seeing the body they go with, and still knowing just who it is if they're blocked from him. He can actively communicate with other dragons at 20 miles, Vortal or telepathic minds at 40, and non-telepaths at around 10 miles; All that said, he's not much of a search dragon, though it seems like people expect him to be one
Assisted Firebreath, Kiith produces a weak but accurate flame, and can shoot a target up to 50 meters dead on, burning any easily flammable items and igniting gas; however that's about the extent of it, and since he requires chemical assistance he just simply does without - his rider is a therapist in training, not a fighter, and so is he
