The world of Copper Falls, no one's quite sure where this is in relation to, say, the Magicverse, but it is a high-adventure technomagic Steampunk realm with alchemy, enchantments and magic items (rare spells), as well as technomancy and pure technology. Airships and enchanted rings in one world! |

Powers |
Immortality - Bart has seen some shit. He also remembers as much as he can about any era or location, and learns from it
Genrehopping - aided by technology he's built and found, he gets from place to place carefully but enjoys also exploring haphazardly sometimes knowing he can get home
Breed With Anything (Tends to have twins or triplets) - anyone? Well, like. Maybe there are some cyborgs or synths out there just waiting...
Kindly Regent and Ruler - he has an inherent style and commanding air, not just because he's like 6'5" and immortal. He and his deceased sister were both far more interested in the people they were meant to govern, than 'ruling' the world, and thus has a lot more in common with any given mechanic on the ground, than most realms worth of kings and dukes

Clusters |
Technomancy +10 Though this is more or less engineering incarnate, he easily takes to magical items and can understand complex scripts that may have been written by wizards or bored technical writers alike. He can invent, break down and reassemble, clean, understand, and command basically anything he sets his mind to. ^Inherent +5 skills with any form of invention or engineering
Navigation and Piloting +3 On the ground or in the air, he's rarely under water but hey he could probably whip something up right?
Command +3 when things need to be done just-so, he can issue clear and concise instructions that virtually anyone will follow eagerly
|
Skills |
^Invent and Use Tech +5 as above
Speeches and Event Organization +5 Though he doesn't necessarily "love the sound of his own voice" he has a way with words, and enjoys writing up speeches before delivering them. He can rally troops as easily as tend a group of kids at a museum, and loves doing either of those things
Combat +3 Over time he's been in a lot of fights, even though he tends to be able to talk his way out of them for the most part. He prefers swords and can add effects like turning invisible and electrifying those weapons, so he's a clever fighter even if he doesn't focus on this too much

Knacks |
Adjusts To Any Setting Quickly +4 He's fit for a modern Twoarth classroom, the vast riches of Copper Falls' steampunk era, the high-tech high-style Zekiran steed races, and the intimate meetings of new people to make babies with... It is partially this ease that allows him to make virtually any 'commoner' on any world - be it a serf in Copper Falls, or a Budak in Telva, or low-income family members in a Carramba teacher-parent meeting - feel comforted by his presence. He fits in because he doesn't want to stand out, until he does, and then you'll know which side he's on when that feeling either shatters or becomes your shield...
Prefers Modest Magic +4 Though he definitely knows how to use the enchantements and arcane alchemical works of his homeworld as well as those found on Dragondeep or other realms, Bart clearly does like to keep it as simple as possible, rather than working up big rituals or intense spellcasting. He wants to be able to 'plug and play' as it were, so he wants an item that does one thing very well, versus a big grand scheme of interlocking spells
Is A Responsible Parent +4 He has had a lot of children. Some of them he's lost to time, but many others seem to have inherited his immortality or at least longevity to a degree. But all of them get his devoted affection and attention. He understands how precious they are, and when he learned of how difficult it is for Zekirans to breed he... eagerly participated there... His kids there Inherit quite a bit more than just his fertility!

Pets? |
He's often surrounded by little raccoon-like robotic assistants, who reside full time on his airship. Aside from them, sometimes he'll pick up a toy drone or tamagochi digital pet just to see if he can make it self-aware... And given his ability to work with technology, that's virtually guaranteed to work |
Partners? |
Quite a few, see other page; At CHS there's this other instructor, a synaethetic engineer and spaceship pilot who shares quite a bit of enthusiasm for the same things he enjoys! But... the weird thing is that kinda squicks him is that her name is Bethany, and that's kinda. Y'know. Creepy, since it's his dead sister's name. |

Many, as above |
