Virus continues to enjoy his life - reveling in it in fact. And particularly since he and Ihrinnah have become instructors at Carramba High School, they have expanded their contacts considerably. Of course, they're not allowed to mistreat the students and staff there - something which they both sort of grumble about. However, they have both found new and refreshing inspiration there too.

Groups of clones, furries, mages and superheroes cross their paths every day. Virus appraises many of these students and staff with more than just a professorial eye. True, some will never amount to much in life, they'll wander through their bland days with an idiotic grin because they don't know better. But there are some who really shine. Those that caught the eye of this malign creature often bore him children (of course he waited until well after they were 'legal' - can't have too much untidy red tape, and children do not interest him beyond hosts of colds and flus). Perhaps 'bore children' is too generous of a term. Some of them 'spawned'. Others were 'brought forth'. And a fair few simply materialized whole-cloth directly from the imagination of the parent.

Many of those children have then grown into their own true class of still-young godlings. Immortal and dramatic, they chose their own names and fates. While they might not have the worship of people, they are strong enough to survive and thrive on their own, with belief in themselves and each other supporting their power base.

Don't underestimate them. They are legion, they are dangerous, they are... Freshmen.

** 2023 note that while this is their landing page their individual pages are found on Carramba's roster. **

They did not come about all at the exact same time, but within a decade or so and no one even notices at Carramba. Time works strangely there after all. These students range in technical age from around 4 real-years to 16 real-years, though all of them appear as teenagers (sometimes a bit more mature than you'd expect). In the image below note that the top are the 'youngest' Freshman class, then the Sophomores, then Juniors, then their Senior member in the middle/bottom. All of them are attending Carramba around RY 10 give or take a little, though all of their professors and classes are from the 'most modern' incarnation of the course listing.

Lethe (forgetfulness, oblivion) -
often seen as the leader of this group of godlings,
though perhaps that is because if anyone doubts her ability to spearhead their activities,
she wipes their memories... History repeats itself, perhaps for this reason
Phonoi - Ktinodis (brutality), Fonos (killing), Sfagi (slaughter)
While their sisters often took to the battlefield for their rampages
these brothers represent the hidden, silent delight in killing
on an individual basis
Amphilogiai - Diamachi (dispute), Syzito (debate), Ischyrismos (contention)
Always stirring shit up, always aware of the other view or a
difference of opinion, these sisters are sure to be
at the center of any heated confrontations
Pseudologoi - Atee (ruin), Hybris (insolence), Adikia (injustice), Dysnomia (lawlessness)
'Treading on the heads of men rather than upon the earth',
wreaking havoc on mortals, provoking delusion and infatuation,
blind folly, rash action and reckless impulse
Neikea - Kavgas (quarrel), Alastor (blood-feud), Momus (blame), Horkos (oath)
Proving that one doesn't need to always throw a punch to spread chaos,
legal disputes and family issues may be 'solved'
particularly when an oath is broken..
Makhai - Presiding over the havoc found on the battlefield
these sisters delight in the broad swaths of bloodletting
Palioxis (retreat of battle forces), Alala (war-cry), Kydoimos (confusion on battlefield),
Homados (noise of battle), Proioxis (on-rush of forces)

Hysminai - the 'street fighters' pulling no punches in brutal gang wars or brawls;
untrained and unhindered by rules and regulations, they are no army
Agon (struggle), Pygmachia (sparring), Chtypitri (beater)
Grothia (punching), Ioke (tumult)

Algea - Pains of loss, suffering, and woe; what happens after the battles,
the lingering sadness and distress of ruin and war
Ponos (hardship), Limos (starvation), Algeia (pain)
Oizys (misery), Penthos (mourning)
