This World is packed with people, some of whom have attracted the eye of the Outsider. A fair few are Marked, most are not, and some would be utterly destroyed at the thought of it! Where shown on character pages, some may be from the earlier 1837 era, while most will be set in 1855. These dates do not in any way correspond to Earth's timeline. Though some of these may overlap (Gang members that are also Marked, etc), whatever forms their most important feature will be the main banner they will be under.

	Shop keepers, both legitimate and black marketeers
	Gang Members, from a variety of areas and eras, standard types of thugs and street hoods
	Magical Groups, generally those that start out as 'gangs' but progress if their leadership has magic
	Heretics, Marked, and Overseers that fight them
	The Elite, Upper Crust, Society folk - or the people who report and serve them...
	Those Others, who cannot possibly be fit for society, and yet here they are
