When he's finally back at the Rookery for good, he and Bountell have a rather explosive child in the form of Buster

Height: 5'8" (a bit on the shorter side but then again Malachite's not all that towering)

Weight: 140, balanced, on the slender side due to his mother's build

Hair: Green that grows into a pale yellow shade that is decidedly not blond, fluffy and flyaway, kept short for that reason

Eyes: Vibrantly blue-green, usually looks like he's judging you because he is judging you

Appearance: Pale to fair skin, does have some small scars because explosions often cause shrapnel, unlike his mother he absolutely could pull off 'model' but he doesn't do much with it beyond surprise people when they realize he's completely batshit nuts; likes wearing outfits as shown, snug jeans and yes that... that is what you'd be expecting. His eyes are up here, but... go right ahead and stare.

Icarus Processing: Oh hell no. First off: Natascha is stupidly powerful, Malachite is also stupidly powerful, and Mars' second body (which supplied the samples to produce Malachite) already was treated...

Genetic Abilities: Strong Portal Items (<3 feet across) Orrin is able to open portals between spaces, rather like having his own "portal gun", but doesn't require any external equipment to do it. They're not particularly big, and thus he uses them only to move items between his dorm or a room, to him, or away from him. If he can see an item, and it's of the right size to do this, he can teleport it, regardless of distance. Yes, that means a remote camera view across the planet, *bip* the item is now in his room. It's not advisable to have living things go through this portal.
Telepathy (only accidentally invasive, close range) His telepathic range is quite short, less than 25 meters, but it is reasonably intense - he doesn't purposefully listen in to private conversations or dive deeply into people's background thoughts, but there they are. Thankfully he's less of a gossip than he might seem to be, and unless those secret thoughts are going to endanger anyone, he just leaves them be. His Vortal aura is bright at that distance, too, but dims rapidly when more distant.
Produce Explosions (electrical based) At range (up to 200 meters), or up close, Orrin's ability to make things go boom is legendary. Or at least, will be, once there are people to spread word of them. He can place a pocket of built-up energy into a small spot, and watch it fizz for a while, and on command or just after a set time it will 'go off' - these can be as small as a ping pong ball, or as large as a Combine tank. And oddly enough, their intensity has nothing at all to do with their size. That ping pong ball is only tiny because he needs to carefully place it so others don't see it. It'll still utterly destroy the parking structure it's under... He can't wander off too far from these, they're only effective based on his own Vortal power, but that's fine, because he loves watching the results of his labors.
Electric Control (local, attack+manipulation, machinery, electronics) Quite a bit like the Vortigaunts, Orrin can manipulate electric power sources, generators, electronics, and even the energy coming from humans or other life forms to a great extent. Close range, within 5 meters, he can power up machinery as though he's literally plugging them in, for a short period; he also uses this for shocking enemies, which can be deadly to things less than human sized (he cannot quite kill a houndeye with a single blast)(but he can place a little explosive pocket and let it do the work...) and completely damage all electronic equipment if used against inorganics. The downside to any of his electric powers is that they're extraordinarily noisy and bright - there's no subtlety to them, but he's fine with that.

Personality: Absolutely Nutball; energetic, friendly, and more gregarious than others in his family to say the least. He knows he's hot, and he knows he's highly powerful. He's not arrogant as much as an attention whore, but when you do give him your attention he manages to keep it without being as insulting or callous as others. Following him into a mission is... dangerous, because yes there will be rubble by the end.

Events or History: Yeah, Natascha actually gave birth, and has enjoyed teaming up with Malachite... and perhaps even being his 'mom' on occasion for what that's worth. And now, this little explosive wonder! WHEEE! That's pretty much it. He got skill downloads, around age 4, to boost his basic skills until going to Carramba later on. He's quite popular there, for good reason.

Name: Toxie (short for 'intoxicate' but her name as he says it is 'Toxic Kate'),

Colors: Overall a deep rich peacock teal-green on head, neck, body, limbs and tail, with brighter yellow-green (slightly metallic) cloudy rosettes on face, neck, wing shoulders, back, and tail; belly is warm very light grey; wingsails are lighter medium blue under, and slightly darker and greener blue gradient on backs; horns and claws white, back and head spikes, tail spade black; eyes brightly glowing yellow, tongue slightly sickly yellow
Features: four legs with large heavy claws 5 fore, 4 hind; scaled hide with minor armor on neck and belly; long tail with prominent spade; 4-fingered wings with completely covered digits, leather, wrist claw with no other claws on wings, sails connect from shoulder to rump/tail; snub nosed head with very large teeth, two large jaw spikes on each side, two heavy backswept long horns, and large bone spikes from head to tail tip along spine
Powers: Winged Flight, Toxie is an aggressive, very strong flier with big scooped wings like that. She's able to gain altitude as well as power herself through an area, though if you're near when she's doing either of those you'll realize that she has a lot of force being pushed around, and she'll knock over anything that's not completely secure when she takes off or lands. She is also reasonably durable in the air, can lift her own weight (that's about a city bus full of stuff by the way) and fly for over 10 miles without tiring. Of course, since she's not tremendously 'big' overall in length or shoulder height, watching her try to pick up ungainly objects is hilarious... Until she starts dragging them across town.
Communication, Toxie screams a lot.
Acid Spit and Toxic Resist, though she doesn't 'drip acid' like some (Malachite's dragon.. for instance), Toxie can produce a variety of acidic breath or spittle weapons. Usually she hucks a snot ball about the size of a basketball that is accurate to around 25 meters, that splatters and starts eating through whatever it hits, no matter the composition. She can reduce the size of the spitball to around a softball and go farther, up to 100 meters, but loses accuracy after that point. Also she can just 'breathe acid', spewing a wide cone of very fine acidic mist to around 15 meters away from her mouth. It tends to linger in the air a bit longer than you'd like, so don't walk through this area for at least an hour... That spray is quite caustic, though more like strong stomach acid than the others. It can eat through organic material with ease, but stops at cement and metals, glass, or other such materials. It's pretty good for dissolving dead things, but leaving armor or vehicles behind. She does have to recharge after using that power, and claims that she gets indigestion if she tries eating afterwards - proof that it actually is horrible smelling dragon bile. Additionally however, she boasts complete immunity to toxins and acids, and sometimes she forgets that she's belched, wafting with her breath until she remembers people will die if they breathe it... She's been known to lurk in the depths of Aperture's traps, as well as in those hard to reach Black Mesa waste spills. Well, until Keenan cleans them up. Party pooper.
Parentage: Unknown, is of the same breed as a few others here, though not obviously related to any of them. They seem to run 'elemental'.

Other Info: She's suited to Orrin's personality, equally clear is her ridiculously big ego. She's 'little' compared to some, so obviously wants to prove herself, somehow, and that usually means by melting things in front of a crowd.
