Family: Spliced from ELL DNA as well as added appearance and power from Lexie, thus she has an extended family of all the ELLs but also Damon, Nigel, Ruben

Other: there will absolutely be children from her, and she's not shy about that fact (in RY 9 for instance, she and Orrin of all people hook up and their son is Buster, becoming the first 'great grand-child' in the Rookery (Mars > Malachite > Orrin > Buster)

Height: 5'4", about 6' in heels and with her hair in an updo...

Weight: petite, barely 100 lbs, but curvy and sleek

Hair: dark brown, not quite black, tight wooly afro that she loves styling and having in different fashions; it's quite long if straightened (not her favorite look)

Eyes: Aperture Orange, unlike most ELLs but similar to those found among her other genetic parentage, they match her gear... Small and somewhat hooded, with natural smokey lids

Appearance: dark skinned with few markings, a small broad nose, full lips; she likes wearing a mishmash of 1900 styles - from the 40s and 50s of Rapture, the 60s and 70s from North Aperture and the Mansion, and even plenty of things found in costume shops and scattered around the ruins such as the sexy pirate or superhero catsuits she likes; she'll often have her nails done up, she loves the pampering that you can find in Rapture or North Ap, and yes she can walk in those heels why do you ask? They're not Long Fall Boots but they might as well be with how she can balance in them. She has a strong, commanding voice, and can sing like the dickens, the girls in Rapture have been trying to add her to their RookEttes for a while now, and she's seriously considering it

Icarus Processing: yes, while being spliced, as well as after delivery by surrogate. She was aged from a toddler into a late-teenager, and given downloads at that time including those to be able to utilize what was known of her powers straight from her 'family' members. The processing lightened her body considerably, and strengthened her joints and bones enough that she has never sustained injury from falling or crushing even when she walked straight off a Rookery ledge and tumbled over 500 yards straight down. Her skin heals quickly, but she's not really resistant to anything more than the internal injuries. Her eyes are tetrachromatic, and she thus can produce and detect a remarkable amount of colors - most of which can't even be seen by human eyes...

Genetic Abilities: Because of the mixtures of DNA and some... fiddling by Melissa and Rhea, she is strongly akin to the Reborn Pantheon more so than the ELLs. Her powers are quite active, thanks to the Icarus processing, and being 'born' seems to do wonders. She has the ability to mold light, energy waves centered mostly around the human-visible spectrum, and even weaponize that light. Closest up, she can turn effectively invisible to virtually all eyes including electronic ones, but this does not disguise her motion, sounds, or scents she might be producing. Only at around 200 meters, if seen through binoculars or some other method (squinting?) she can sort of be seen, but even then you'd have to know she's there, in order to spot her in the first place. At short range, to 20 meters, she can produce incredibly bright lights that blind eyes long term, or permanently disable sensors - though she can weaken this considerably to produce up close and personal light shows or just illuminate an area with them. She can move these lights - and those folks who play Bunkers and Badasses know to call it 'dancing lights'... She can create effects such as flickering candle flames, bonfires, fireworks, and even just sparks or full-bore sunshine in this manner, in all colors of what spectrum she sees. However, none of these are hot to the touch unless she's really concentrating on this, and that's mainly a conversion of Vortal energy to physical. (Keenan is quite interested in seeing how her Vortal powers might help convert some of the errant Convocation into flesh, but that's... a ways off to learn to control...) As far as weaponized light, she can cause laser-beam intensity bursts that are accurate up to 200 meters away, but in a straight and obvious line. These bursts are around 10 feet long, and 4 inches wide - about the width of her hand - but they last literally light-nanoseconds. She is very confident in using these, though, and that's probably part because of her ELL genes at work. This use of the power does wear her out quickly, however, because it is mass conversion in action, and throwing around so much Vortal energy tends to attract the wrong attention. She's remarkably visible when doing any of this, so aside from being blinded by the lights, anyone with additional Vortal sense will also have a chance at being briefly blotted with it. She has moderate strength Vortal vision herself, but tends to just see things in so many colors that no one talks about she rarely mentions it. Also she has medium ranged telepathy, good with other Vortal minds only, up to around 500 meters, and close up empathy that is also primarly of use with other Vortal entities rather than normal people without.
Skills or Profession: She has excellent aim and dexterity, so she does reliably spotlight for people as well as small repair jobs if she's able. However, mainly she's of use in distractions around a battlefield, guiding people around in the dark, and entertainment purposes. She has practiced with both ELLs and entertainers alike, usually found scavenging the Spheres, or hunting down fun things to spruce up in Rapture, but also likes taking day trips to the Grounds and surrounding towns. Though she is durable and won't take damage from outright falling, she's not a tremendous fan of the pits in either North Aperture or the Rookery itself, after that one fall as a kid. But still she can spot good places to run and jump to, even though she doesn't use portal guns. At some point, someone should help her learn how to teleport using that conversion... Keenan. Carefully. Bountell puts on outfits and likes to pose or bounce around, and though she knows some of these fashions are 'fake', she's put effort into helping others enjoy what things they find when running around ruins. In addition to her powers being distracting to enemies, she can also help with refugees who are scared or in need, just by talking them up a while and leaving them more relaxed.
Personality: She is definitely a talker... And a doer. She will without hesitation pick up on things being done or said nearby, and though she doesn't butt in where not needed, if something is going sideways for a friend she'll always defend them. She's flirty, with damn near anyone who looks interested. In a lot of ways she seems like she belongs in a much different setting - probably Carramba, possibly Vault Earth. But she's still well suited to life here in the ruins, because she absolutely does love rooting around in them for new - old - things.
Events or History: part of a batch that were modified or spliced from existing ELLs and other people, though she was intended more as a combat-oriented power user, it's clear that she doesn't go for that on the regular, due to how difficult it is to maintain energy in a tough fight. So as a combat unit she's 'backup only', and instead she serves in some of the family-packed locales, North Aperture and Rapture, and the Grounds after RY10. She has spots in each of those places but also a ready-room at the Rookery as well, where she keeps most of her combat-related items. All of her non-Rookery spots are shared with others, and rather than finding their stuff going missing, those roomies are often gifted with 'just the right sized boots' or 'thought you would like seeing this magazine I found'.

Colors: body, limbs, wing arms and dorsal wingsails fog-white with very faintly silvered shadows; belly from chin to tail tip pale pink; dorsal armor from head to tail very dark crimson red; limb armor rosewood-red; facial armor mulberryish; ventral wingsails, back and tail fins grade from pale pink to reddish lilac, with liberal very light splots of mulberry; horns and claws very pale carnation pink; eyes pink
Features: LightWing, Pyrrhan variant LightFury
Powers: Winged Flight, Sparkle loves to fly, and is very showy about it, but when she must she is a steady and powerful long-distance marathon flier. She uses her weight to maneuver in stiff winds and bad weather, but woe to any nearby building that might get hit on her passage if she doesn't notice it in time because she's been known to level ruined structures with one massive hit. That said, indoors in the large spaces below the Shafts in North Aperture, she can maneuver well enough that nothing is in danger down there, but she does prefer being where she can really let loose and fly for long periods over vast territory. She is strong enough to lift a train car but prefers carrying smaller weights in specially crafted harnesses, so she can distribute the weight where she wants it rather than just dragging it along below.
Burst Teleport, like some of her kind on various worlds she is so fast at times that it seems she vanishes before your eyes in a burst of light. This is an actual teleportation power on worlds away from her birth-location, actually, and she uses it to escape or arrive suddenly and surprise enemies. When she does this, it's best to be hunkered as close to her as possible, because she does require a little lead time of flying hard, and then bam you're 10 miles away and your hair is a little singed. She too seems able to bend energy, and this teleportation is part of that ability.
Communication, she speaks Draconic from her home world poorly, because she's found English and other dialects more fun to work with. She has a tight and strongly Vortal connection to her rider, and communicates up to 20 miles away, which is good because 20 miles is a few quick flaps for her. She can sense the high-pitched chatter of headcrabs and other invasive Xenian creatures nearby, in order to warn people of swarms or dangers. Her voice is high and soft, but if she needs to let off a loud howl she will shatter eardrums as well as glass up close. She's very good with body language, and has been taking lessons for arial 'dancing' among the Old World dragonesses who like to show off for their mates before deciding who dances best.
Explosive Breath, a white-hot burst of plasma, she can aim this up to 200 meters away with great accuracy, and engulfs a meter-wide area in fire and melted scrap of whatever it's hit. She can burn through things with difficulty because this is not a 'ray' or 'beam', it's an actual puff of energetic material that travels very quickly to its destination and explodes on contact. Done into a rubble strewn street, there will be a hole and a shower of burning rocks coming down; sent at a living creature, it'll have a hole in it too and the rain will be meat. This is very loud, and very bright, so they don't do this anywhere alone - this is a combat move, not a hunting tactic.
