Name: Therese Driver

Gender: Female, Straight

Age/DOB: 35, unknown DOB; arrives to Rookery Earth RY9

Origin: Aperturth, Swedish immigrant, Austin Texas facility

Family: Daughter Carina, Other daughter (or is it a clone? of which one?) Inge Driver

Other: doesn't understand what all the hubub is about. people got powers, right? that's awsome, isn't it?

Height: 5'8"

Weight: 135, even build, can still wear the same jeans she wore in high school

Hair: blond, will likely go silver, kinked and frizzes up in weather changes, kept pretty long for a scientist and in a tail usually

Eyes: grey blue, a darker shade, a bit sleep deprived, under strongly blond eyebrows and tends to be surprised

Appearance: fair skinned, very typical of Swedish heritage, freckles, a cute nose; speaks with a very slight accent, and usually doesn't wear her glasses even though she does need them for close up reading, and still has a bit of an accent so she's considered a bit 'exotic'

Genetic Abilities: control over electricity in a close range (under 25 meters), within which she can produce painful electric jolts capable of killing a human (or a mantis-man), start up generators, fry electronics, and the like. She can also use this to focus down into a very powerful arc-welder like heat, so she can repair metal items with touch. She doesn't need any protective gear, and seems to be completely immune to all electric-based damage, including visual blindness from the bright sparks or arcs. Her powers are well controlled, though if she's standing in a pool of water ... don't stand in it with her when she's working.

Icarus Processing: none needed, the Resonance Cascade of Aperturth did all it needed to... or did it?

Skills or Profession: hired as a scientist but added as a consultant as well for genetic practice, Therese is quite smart and is all about electronics, circuits, civil electric projects, power, and generators. She makes sure that any given power supply is properly routed, though she does seem a bit lax on the OSHA violations... She will double check theories and work out the kinks in designs before putting any of it into practical testing, but still forgets to tell people to wear insulation. Extremely good with calculations and estimations of power use, as well as having a good grasp on metallurgy and conductivity.
Personality: cheerful and good at her job, enjoyable to be around, has a weird sense of humor that usually revolves around multilingual puns. Is reasonably patient when explaining things to newcomers, though she's not one to sit down in front of a classroom and teach beyond a couple lab exercises.

Events or History: Apparently, she had control over localized electricity for years before the Resonance Cascade. Didn't even hide it from her coworkers. Got added to the genetic donation bin pretty early on. She came directly from Sweden as a teenager, her own parents part of the bigger world-wide Aperture 'family', which may explain her pre-existing powers. Her 'daughters'... well one of them is actually her child that she conceived and gave birth to, the other is a clone, but no one - including either of the girls - is clear on whether Inga is cloned from the adult or the offspring. Though she's a reasonably good mom, she does sort of wander off a little too often for their taste.

When Aperturth's portal storms started bringing people to Rookery Earth on their own, without Local Lane's interference, he kind of threw his hands up and would only give the heads-up to Keenan in case he needed to recruit. In this case, he absolutely did recruit them, this group she's part of is ideal for the Rookery. Therese resides in the Rookery itself, but has been tapped for excursions to the Borealis, North Aperture, and Rapture due to her extensive experience with power and electrical needs.

Dragon

Name: Sigmikeputh, "Siggie"
Gender: Female
Size/Shoulder/Length: Small, 5'9" s bipedal
Colors: Body Solid static, Tail nomk, Face Mks eyemask gold, Horns graphite, Crest yellow, Wings transparent no mk graphite, Claws white, eyes hazy blues
Features: half-Fira Hathian mutt, bipedal zappy dragon as shown
Powers: Winged Flight, using her main arms she is pretty speedy and strong, though will concentrate mainly on getting from point a to point b rather than any aerial acrobatics or heavy lifting. She cannot carry a human, but she can lift light machinery usually in a specially designed harness which doesn't interfere with her smaller arms to carry things.
Teleportation, she's not tremendously adept with on-site teleportation, but it's better than not being able to suddenly vanish out of the way of a falling structure, or hurriedly moving to save a friend from landing on sharp rocks. However she's good with off-site teleports, and seems to always know when someone has arrived from another dimension.
Communication, relies on telepathic speech only, and is generally talkative to those with any kind of electric knowledge or power. Has a strong bond with Therese because they share so much power!
Electrical Mastery, Siggie absolutely owns lightning, not weather but being able to breathe a massive bolt of it nearly a mile long, with extreme accuracy. Obviously this can kill pretty much anything including large or insulated items, just by being completely overwhelmed. She also has power over smaller electronics, able to diagnose, 'fix', destroy, or sense the purpose of anything that has electricity going into it - be it a refrigerator or teleportation device. She can sense at around 50 meters, diagnose or destroy at 10, and repair or alter it with touch. She leaves a spark trail - on purpose - which can linger in an area and be useful for tracking or distraction. However she likes to use it to aid Therese's mental calculations, as she can manipulate what the sparkies are shaped like, and can literally have bright visuals for what's going on in the scientist's mind hovering around them.
Parentage: Mother Toko, father Amphitorinath, has several siblings in the Rookery
Origin: Carramba High / Healing Den clutch
Other Info: Siggie is at least as attentive to the needs of science as any other Aperture scientist, and given how people have been altered very heavily on Aperturth, would probably fit right in without even needing to get an employee ID card.
